We wanted to play Anarchy, but the issue you face quickly is that everyone just goes as far away as possible, and you rarely interact with people. RTSPlex solves this! We've set the world border to 2k (1k in each direction), and have 75 slots! This forces players to interact, and makes it important to actually hide your base and traces to it! The plugins that are included are Essentials, Coreprotect, and more.This server opened on 11/10/21. Having more and more people will make us the staff team happy. I'm putting together a community SMP server on Java, where the players are in charge (mostly) of how we run the discord and the server. The bare minimum is listed in the the title, so anything from what spawn will be, to how our discord looks is up to the player-base. At the start we'll function as a democracy with decision making but after that we'll choose a system to make decisions (I will simply act as an enforcer of the rules). With that in mind, the server could take several different paths such as colony developments, having one or more shopping districts, and even public and private farms and auto-farms. And the version we start on and how long we keep the world is up for deciding too. A few basic rules include: No griefing PvP only upon consent No stealing Be respectful towards one another No cheating or hacking Keep in mind you must be 18 or older to join. No griefing unless it's deserving. No stealing from chests I don't mind if there's borrowing and you leave a sign or whatever. Just be chill laid back and just have a good time the server is completely vanilla and I never interfere as the owner I don't spawn things or anything at anytime or for anyone I make back ups regularly so never worry about losing progress. To make up for this loss the sea level is lower, the mountains are higher, and the biomes are much more drastic! We are now using mediveal-factions (https://github.com/dmccoystephenson/Medieval-Factions/wiki/Commands) here is a list of all commands to help you get started on the server! We are also in an 1860-1960 time period that reflects the ships you can make, the countries you can make, and the guns you can use! Ontop of all these cool features we are introducing a new concept called World Tension, now if you are familiar with it you will know that a higher tension is bad meaning more nations can declare war on you. The tension restricts certain Ideologies from declaring on you. Fascists, Communists, and Anarchists can declare when there is 5% of tension, Monarchies at 50%, and Democracies at 100%. The ways to increase tension are: Killing players, Sinking movecraft ships, and declaring wars! Wars will jack up the pressure by 40%. Thanks for listening! That's the limit.I'm currently accepting applications to be a part of a community world building server. Just send in why you want to join, pronouns, and relevant experience on why you want to roleplay out creating a world with flowing economies and war. I'd give this post all sorts of flashy tags and info but personally I have no idea how to do that or the will to try. Too much work to do on these plugins and setting up a fair rule set for the players. However, in a month I will be opening a world to the public that will be a combination of HermitCraft-like SMP for all those solo players. As well as a bit of the Stoneworks server inspiration due to my love for what they have going on over there. My differences over the Stoneworks server is I really hate faction and eco plugins. I prefer to give most players the ability to gain wealth the old fashioned way. By disabling gold farms and telling players to find it. My difference to the Hermitcraft server would be the fact that most players in a completely friendly environment will get burnt out in a matter of time. I wanted to add the ability to fight, war, and create layers of history in each season. My server has a long history of resetting after a year or upon majority community vote. If you don't know, the premise is that everyone is in a world with a small border and only has a certain amount of lives (800x800 and 5 lives for this server). There aren't many rules and the last person standing wins the series! You can make alliances, have battles with other teams, just try to survive, etc. One twist this server has that wasn't in the 3rd Life series is that if you're on your last life left and kill someone with more than one life, you will get an extra life and be back to two lives! This adds a reason to be scared of red name players (one lifes) but not enough to have to break friendships with red names. Instead, you can try to help them get a kill and get back to yellow (two lives).
