    Ever since the server's inception in mid-2017, Echoes has been a community for the liberty-minded. We are dedicated to providing a home for the disenfranchised interlopers and outsiders who go from server to server searching for someplace that feels like home.     What Makes Us Different?

    If you read this far, great! We're glad to see you have an interest in Echoes.

    Echoes may not have the age or player numbers (avg. number of people online at any given moment ranges from 6-12 players on weekdays and 15+ on weekends) of bigger anarchy worlds like 2b2t or Minewind. However, we've got features to set us apart from other worlds.

    • Let it be noted that every unique feature listed after this is done without plugins, mods, or server wrappers. Echoes is 100% vanilla. You can verify this by pressing F3 after you login. In the upper left corner of your screen, you'll see this, which indicates that you're playing on a vanilla world.
    • Though our staff login daily, all Echoes Network servers are (primarily) maintained by a bot named Saltshaker. In-game, this bot's name is saltshakerBOT. Saltshaker has a couple of features worth noting:
    • Saltshaker has the ability to teleport players to cities. This works via a number of steps involving two commands specific to accessing each city.
    • The first command, an invitation, is whispered to Saltshaker with a player's username after it. The invitation to visit a city called Otes is "pardon." So, if your username is qazt19, you'd whisper "pardon qazt19" to Saltshaker. After this, you'll be able to use the teleport command.
    • The second command is a teleport command, usually a phrase or book quote translated into Latin. Each city's teleport command will only work if you've been invited to the city you're trying to reach. For example. you cannot use the teleport command for Otes if you haven't been invited to visit Otes. So if my username is qazt19, and assuming I have already invited myself to Otes by whispering "pardon qazt19" to saltshakerBOT, I could then type the teleport command for Otes into public chat. If you'd like to try this for yourself, type "o tempora o mores!" into chat. Be careful of using these teleport commands in the End or Nether, because you'll be teleported to the city's coordinates regardless of which dimension you're in.
    • There is a caveat to all of this! ANYONE who knows a city's teleport command can invite WHOEVER THEY WANT to that city. If you follow the steps listed above, you can invite any player you choose to Otes, regardless of whether or not you've even invited yourself first.
    • Ready to try it yourself? Join echoesnetwork.fun, whisper "pardon <your username here>" to saltshakerBOT, and then type "o tempora o mores!" into chat. You'll be teleported to Otes!
    • Saltshaker will also teleport you to spawn via the !spawn command. We're working on a functioning (but nerfed) !back command, equivalent to /back on some other servers.
    • This command is a bit of a novelty; saltshakerBOT will place any block or item on your head that you desire (but the item will be enchanted with curse of vanishing and curse of binding) using the !hat command.

    • Unlike most other anarchy worlds, pvp on Echoes is rare. Despite our lack of constraining rules, Echoes is a very community-centric server. For the most part, everyone you'll encounter is friendly and cooperative. Be warned, however, it's still anarchy, and there will always be people out to mess with you.
    • We also incorporate vote rewards into the server, courtesy of xMamo's vanilla votifier. In exchange for voting for the server (vote links are available on our Discord, and on the server by typing "!vote" into chat.), you receive 10XP levels and the world border will expand by 5,000 blocks. As I write this, the world border sits 577,500 blocks from the origin.
    • We have a custom resource pack with sounds (mostly memes) activated by certain keywords in chat. For example, saying "bruh" will cause Bruh Sound Effect #2 to play.
    • If you're a fan of Fallout: New Vegas, you're going to like our player base. We're all huge fans. We've got a custom Discord bot that streams Radio New Vegas 24/7 in our voice chat, complete with Mr. New Vegas' narration.
    • In-game, we're working on a bot user form of Mr. New Vegas. Using server resource packs, we're close to making it such that you can tune into Radio New Vegas as you play Minecraft. This should be completed by the beginning of May.

By good economy I mean a server with player shops and a server shop (mainly to set the prices of everything) interesting ways to make money instead of repetitive farming or impossible ways to make money such as only selling ores for $5 a stack where the players who are #1 on /baltop have 1m+.

    Welcome to Hexacon!

    About Hexacon: This whitelist server is all about vanilla survival, but also customizing our experience with a handful of unique and simple datapacks, but mainly our own creativity. "Infinite possibilities" is our motto. We build anything from aesthetic structures, to farms and machines. Add in an economy, theme parks, and other attractions, and things can get real interesting. Hexacon used to be called "InfinityCraft", but we have since changed the name in anticipation of season two, and to avoid name conflict. Hexacon is a blend of the words "Hexahedron Congregation", which was a joke that one of our members, PigCart, made on our Discord.

    Our group is spread out around the world, and can continue to be diverse. We have a variety of ages, genders, orientations and ethnic backgrounds.

    Lemson Server [Vanilla] {Whitelist} {1.12}

    Hello!

    About a month ago me and a friend started a 1.12 server. Currently there's just my a couple of friends and me playing on the server so not much activity. We are primarily looking for technical players, that like doing redstone and building big technical things, doesn't always have to be redstone things though so we are also looking for builders so that our things can look good! You can join the server even if you don't fit either of those categories, but those are what we are primarily are looking for. We got a survival server, and a creative one! There's also a 1.13.2 server if you'd rather join that!

    We have a area where we have built our starter things, nearby there's a cobble farm, and I am currently building a spruce wood farm. We'd like if most farms and things are public and free to use for everyone. Not all players on the server are technical players, or great builders, so you can join even if you don't do either of those!

    The only rules we got on the server is:

    1. Don't be a dick.
    2. It'd be good if you help on some of the bigger projects we'll have in the future, not a rule really but it'd be great with help!
    3. Don't grief or steal!

    Superflat, not what you would call an interesting server from first glance, but superflat brings one of the most challenging server experiences you will ever find. Walk across the land, finding villages, which supply you with everything you need to survive and thrive. But when night sets you are instantly swarmed by mobs which will murder you if you make ONE wrong move.

    One of the most interesting experiences in minecraft with a map that never resets(Now over 100 gigabytes!), where no one gets banned for any reason, no pay to win bs, and a small, but consistent playerbase, what are you waiting for?

    Hi Everyone.

    Let me tell you about SwitchMC and my goal.

    SwitchMC is a open for all PvE server, with an emphasis on building relationships between players. My goal with SwitchMC is to focus on the people that play on my server.

    Curent Server Rules

To prove this point, for the first few months, there won't be any "donor ranks". Although, donations are welcome, just not incentivized at the moment.

    We're a bit rough around the edges. We haven't finished building our website, nor have we implemented voting (so you can rank up + earn $), but we would still love for you and your friends to join our small and humble server.

    Etherea is a survival, PVE oriented server, and has been open for two months now! We have a very close community of players and would like more players to join us! We have a laid back attitude, competition between players isn't a major aspect of gameplay here, and we encourage players to cooperate through.

    Give Me the Deets.

    ASMP is a whitelisted, private Minecraft server. We center our community around the ideals that a small, tight-knit group of high-quality, good-natured players is far more invaluable than a large community open to the public, and are far more interested in the integrity of our community than in the growth and expansion of the server or in increasing activity in the server. As a result, all new member seeking to play on the server and participate in the community Discord will have to apply to join the server.

    Our gameplay focus is on pure vanilla (minimal plugins.) survival mode and player-centric community. The difficulty is set to hard. The map type is amplified.

    How Active is ASMP?

    We have a group of regular/active members and 21/35 slots on the whitelist taken. Once we reach 30, the server will be closed. The server is currently played on a daily basis by a group of people. We have a bunch of shops and builds.

    What Are The Rules, Though?

    1) No griefing/raiding. Griefing is intentionally breaking or destroying things built by other players or trashing up an area with ugly blocks (i.e. covering everything in lava, placing dirt all over, destroying a build.) Raiding is coming onto the server and spamming it with obscene text in order to drive people off of it. This will absolutely result in an instant, indesputable, permenant ban,

    2) Do not take from other players' chests without their explicit permission in that circumstance. Taking their inventory after you kill them is okay (they might come after you), but don't rob their house/storage unless they give you permission in that instance, for that chest, in that circumstance.

    3) Do not either directly communicate or otherwise insinuate racist/sexist/neurotypical belief, slurs, or anything in between. This includes neurotypical slurs (rtrd). If you use slurs in a non-hateful context it's still a slur, and still disallowed.

    4) Do not share or distribute pornographic content. If you're having a respectful conversation about a topic that has adult themes that's okay as this server isn't strictly PG, but no content with the intent of being erotic is allowed.

    5) Do not use mods that give you an unfair advantage over other players. This includes X-ray texture packs, ore scenters, waypoints, minimaps that give you fullscreen maps, biome finders, aimbot, automine, afk-fishing, and other similar mods. Optifine is okay. Minimaps that do not give you fullscreen/world maps, and by extension just show the area immediately surrounding you, are okay - so long as they don't show the location of other players.

    6) Do not share or distribute pirated or otherwise illegal media. Any such media you distribute in the Discord server or on the Minecraft server will be removed without warning. In addition, all actions and interactions undertaken on the Discord server must abide by the Discord ToS and Community Guidelines.

    7) Don't be pretentious, rude, demeaning, patronizing, or behave in an otherwise funkilling manner. This is absolutely against everthing our community holds near and dear. If you don't cooperate with your fellow man (or woman, not discriminating), at bare minimum treat them as a charitable equal. Behave as though you possess some degree of competence; and, lest you believe otherwise, I promise that you do.

    8) No staff have OP. As far as in-game gameplay goes, we're all equal. No cheats. No hacks. No creative mode. Just pure survival gameplay. The moderators are always keeping an eye out, and NGS will be able to ban, kick, or mute you from the console, though - so don't get any funny ideas.

    Beanscraft [Semi-Vanilla] [SMP] {GriefPrevention} {PopulationDensity} {PvP} {Discord} {Website}

    Beanscraft is a 1.13.2 Minecraft survival server with PvP, GriefPrevention, /tpa, and of course - the complete Minecraft experience with nothing taken away! The server is optimized well for performance, and thus far nobody has reported any server-side lag. There are some non-vanilla configurations for convenience, for example: all block damage caused by mobs (creepers, endermen, etc.) is disabled.

    I've played Minecraft since Beta 1.7.3, and have helped staff plenty of servers. I decided a small while back to put together a new server of my own now that I'm older and more than capable of doing so effectively. The goal with things like this is always constant expansion, so while Beanscraft may likely turn into a network in the future, my plans for now are simply to have a well made vanilla server to act as the foundation for the hypothetical network, long term. What better way to start building a community of block gamers than by doing it with the quintessential type of Minecraft server - Vanilla Survival?

    The plugins currently on the server tend to support its vanillaness. GriefPrevention keeps the world looking nice while allowing players to build anywhere they want without worry of being griefed, so long as they protect it properly! At the same time PopulationDensity gets rid of the need for random wilderness teleports or a shared re-spawn point, while keeping new players in the same areas of the world. No more wandering for in-game days looking for other players! On top of these things, EssentialsX, VentureChat, Trade+, and some other lightweight plugins serve to make it all work together in multiplayer.

    There is no whitelist, nor are there any hoops to jump through to start off. Just join and play! The world border is 30k by 30k, and there are no plans to reset it in the near future. Play with friends, play alone, you have plenty of freedom here.

    FishCraft is a 21 and over Vanilla SMP server, we aim to have fun and enjoy Minecraft as is meant to be played.     Towny

    The classic land claim and village plugins. Please ask anyone in the community about how to work it, we will happily answer. To create a town, you need to have $1,000 (gained from jobs and other ways, look @ jobs section below). Running /town new <name> will deduct $1,000 and create a new town with 10 claim chunks. Extra chunks may be purchased at an initial rate of $125 + 5% of that for each new block. We will be monitoring this price closely

    New Chat Plugin

    The new chat plugin allows for many channels. The channels and their guidelines are listed below: Global ( /g ): Used for general chat, etc. Help ( /h ): Used for asking questions about gameplay and other issues. Trade ( /td ): Used for WTB (Wants to buy) and WTS (Wants to sell) trades between users.

    We have added several useful hints in the chat that will go around every 10 minutes and give a helpful hint. Submit yours for a reward and for it to be added to the hints.

    When you first join....

    You start with logs and food, plus $250 to buy and sell goods with other players. You may join up to one job at a time, managing these jobs with /jobs. You may set up to 3 homes, not including your separate village home. Village creation costs $1,000 and will allow for land claiming. Type /help or /inform if you have any questions, or message a staff member.

    Typing /wild or walking to the boat in spawn via the dock will allow you to randomly teleport to the wild and you are free to begin your journey.

    Current Features

    Random Teleport - /inform wild

    The first time you join, you will go to the dock and get teleported somewhere. This will teleport you in a radius around the (0, 0) coordinate, so as to encourage community play as well as letting people go off on their own.

    Jobs - /inform jobs

    Players can join a plethora of jobs to earn money, and level up at their job to receive more income. It is a very lightweight but powerful plugin and an obvious choice for a server of this kind.

    mcMMO - /inform mcmmo

    mcMMO was an obvious choice, as it allows for abilities and skill building outside of jobs and achievements. It comes with many modifications that most seasoned Minecraft players are quite familiar with, such as repairing, salvaging, acrobatics, etc. It has a lot to do, and if you have any questions please ask! We will always be happy to help!

    Custom Achievements - /inform achievements

    In the new version of Minecraft, we are able to use the same interface as Minecraft's default achievements, and we sure did. We have added several starting achievements with plenty more to be added on the way. Rewards include money, experience, tags, and more as time moves on. Simply press ESC and click Advancements, finally clicking the Custom Achievments tab. This is where you are able to track your achievements.

    PlayerLevels - /inform playerlevels

    This is more of a simple indication of how much a player has played on the server. XP can be gained many ways such as completing achievements and more will be added soon.

    LWC - /inform lwc

    LWC allows players to have private chests, furnaces and other containers that only are accessible by the owner, and anyone chosen to have access. This also prevents players from destroying other players containers, as you can only break your own containers.

    PlayerShops - /inform playershops

    Our economy is solely based on bartering and trading. Players may buy and sell from other players shops, at prices set by the seller. To create a player shop, simply place a chest on the ground, place a sign on the chest, or one block away from the chest. On the sign, write:

    Now players may buy and sell at your shop, and you can start to build your fortune!

    Everyone knows about chat tags and our server is no exception. To go along with achievements, we have paired chat tags as well. More things will merit chat tags as time moves on so if you think something is worth it let us know and it just might make the cut!

    RPG Campaigns

    This is a very large undertaking and we understand the scale, and we hope you will understand that this will take time to develop. We are planning the first campaign right now, and it will have Quests, Dungeons, and MythicMobs that will be spread throughout the regular world. We will not rush perfection so this will be a more dedicated project in the future.

    Voting

    This is a more immediate change, and is just something to tick off of a todo list. Voting will give rewards such as money, items, playerlevels, experience, and in the future just maybe a rare questline.

    Marketplace

    Players will be able to rent out market spaces to buy and sell goods, with the added advantage of PvP being disabled there.

    --The server--

    We are a small server owned by 2 brothers that have been playing casually since the nether updates. It is a small server with about 7-8 active players and is about four month old. We are not stressed about server events nor progress - so everyone can go their own pace. The community is also very generous.

    The reason we made a server, after joining many in the past, is because we seem to always end up with irresponsible server owners that either become paranoid, or dissapear with the server one day with no explanation. We hope to break that curse and make a nice environnement for minecrafters.

    --The Rules--

    Players must be mature.

    PvP allowed, if both parties agree.

    Pranks allowed, but grief and outright stealing is not.

    Buildings must be aesthetically pleasing. (exeptions for things like grinders). This is judged in usually one day from our discord. We post the picture you send publicly and people vote on it. Enough votes and you're in.

    Build at least 500 blocks away from spawn.

    No cheating, of course.

    --Plans for the future--

    We aim to get a small community of people to play minecraft in a mature environment while making nice builds everyone can be proud of.

    Me and my brother are personally city builders. We encourage people to build a summer house in our towns. We don't want to restrict our community to any type of builds, but we enforce a ''District'' policy where nearby builds must match eachother.

    In order to keep the rule of aesthetically pleasing buildings, we demand at least 1 screenshot of a previous build you've done when you apply. This is simply done to avoid mud huts and wooden cubes - and to show there is a maturity to your builds. We also want to know your age and location, and also for how long you've been playing. This, either by PM or post right here. The application process usually takes a day max.

    For the rest, it's up to you! We're seeking a small adult community that can play Minecraft in a mature and fun way. If this is what you're seeking as well, why not give it a try?
