    A new server namely, Weirdcraft is opening soon. This will be pure 1.14.3 Vanilla.

    Why?

    We are opening this server because we felt like a server like this was lacking. You may ask what differentiates us from the rest? Well, to put it simple, not much on the Minecraft part, but the managment part is crucial for a good and well-built community. We focus on partners and contracts, this is because we have all experienced unserious server administrators using their power against you.

    When?

    The server will open in a couple of hours, to me more precise: 12:00 PM CET today. When the server is up, it will be open for years to come. We can allow this because of special deals to get cheaper nodes.

    Vision

    Our vision is to build up a community that will last for years, and for the communities to build up sub-communities. This is what Minecraft is for - solidarity.

    Hello, and welcome to the Octavian server

    We are a small gang of about 15 players that regularly play, with a few others joining from time to time. We are currently looking to expand our player base to make the server a bit more lively and to play with others. The server is about 11 months old but we are still far from done.

    The server is 99,9% vanilla, no mods, only a small datapack to allow people to sleep if others are AFK, and the more heads datapack from Hermitcraft, which allows most monsters to drop their head, though the chances are slim. We have a few plugins but these are only to keep logs and backups in case anyone griefs or steals. All your stuff is safe here, and we will of course repair all damage and return stolen items should anything happen.

    As a server we can promise 99,9% uptime and minimal amounts of lag. We also pride ourselves on our community which is always helpful and nice towards old and new. We try to help each other out and work together as much as possible. I, as the owner, have run countless servers before and i have many years of experience with it. I've also played on countless servers that was, eventually, shut down for whatever reason. I know the feeling of losing the ability to play on a server you've worked on for very long, and for that reason I can promise you, the player, a steady server that won't go down for any unexpected reason. We are hoping to run it for at least 1-2 years, and when the day comes for the server to shut down, whether it be 2 or 10 years, we will give out the world to everyone that wishes it so that their progress is never lost.

    As of right now we are also working on a game hub for players to use. We currently have a wrestling arena, a fully functioning chess board (using only vanilla mechanics), checkers, and a WIP boatrace but there is still a lot more to come!

    We've also just finished a Capture the flag arena, with even more minigames to come!

    New to the server is also lore! We have written and published lore behind the server and "gods" that inhabit it. We are making events with this lore and players can travel the wilderness to locate hidden dungeons and find more lore books, all using vanilla mechanics. This is a new direction for the server and we are really enjoying it so far!

    If this sounds like a server you'd like to join, please read on.

    We are currently about 10 active players daily, and we all get along nicely. It gets a bit quiet on the server with only us, and even though we enjoy ourselves a lot, it'll be much more fun with more people. If this sounds like something you'd like to join, please read the rules below, then post an application and i'll get back to you ASAP.

    The rules are simple:

    - Be nice and live in harmony.

    - No duping

    - Don't pvp without the other's consent.

    - Don't leave gaping holes ( creepers etc. )

    - Griefing, stealing and/or cheating is an instant ban. It's not fun for anyone.

    - Builds must look nice (No dirt houses, cobble cubes, etc.)

    - Let's all speak english, other languages may be used on signs or books for personal use.

    - You must be 16 years or older. We want mature players.

    - All player bases in the wilderness has to be at least 300 blocks away from each other, unless both parties agrees on building together or close together.

    - All bases must be at least 500 blocks away from spawn.

    Furthermore I would like to read what kind of person you are and what you like to do in minecraft before adding you to the list. Please note that we are very selective in picking players for the server, and the more effort you put into the application, the higher your chances. You will not get a second chance if the application gets denied.

    If you're struggling to find a server where you fit in, Echoes is the place for you.

    Ever since the server's inception in mid-2017, we've been committed to providing a place for Minecraft players who go from server to server searching for someplace that feels like home. We're not a server for rampant griefers or players who expect strict moderation. The players who feel at home on Echoes are the ones who share our individualist attitude.     What Makes Us Different?

    If you read this far, great! We're glad to see you have an interest in Echoes.

    Echoes may not have the age or player numbers (avg. number of people online at any given moment ranges from 6-12 on weekdays and 8+ on weekends) of bigger anarchy worlds like 2b2t or Minewind. However, we've got features to set us apart from other worlds.

    • Let it be noted that every unique feature listed after this is done without plugins, mods, or server wrappers. Echoes is 100% vanilla. You can verify this by pressing F3 after you login. In the upper left corner of your screen, you'll see this, which indicates that you're playing on a vanilla world.
    • Though our staff login daily, all Echoes Network servers are (primarily) maintained by a bot named Saltshaker. In-game, this bot's name is saltshakerBOT. Saltshaker has a couple of features worth noting:
    • Saltshaker has the ability to teleport players to cities. This works via a number of steps involving two commands specific to accessing each city.
    • The first command, an invitation, is whispered to Saltshaker with a player's username after it. The invitation to visit a city called Otes is "pardon." So, if your username is qazt19, you'd whisper "pardon qazt19" to Saltshaker. After this, you'll be able to use the teleport command.
    • The second command is a teleport command, usually a phrase or book quote translated into Latin. Each city's teleport command will only work if you've been invited to the city you're trying to reach. For example. you cannot use the teleport command for Otes if you haven't been invited to visit Otes. So if my username is qazt19, and assuming I have already invited myself to Otes by whispering "pardon qazt19" to saltshakerBOT, I could then type the teleport command for Otes into public chat. If you'd like to try this for yourself, type "o tempora o mores!" into chat.
    • There is a caveat to all of this! ANYONE who knows a city's teleport command can invite WHOEVER THEY WANT to that city. If you follow the steps listed above, you can invite any player you choose to Otes, regardless of whether or not you've even invited yourself first.
    • Ready to try it yourself? Join echoes.fun, whisper "pardon <your username here>" to saltshakerBOT, and then type "o tempora o mores!" into chat. You'll be teleported to Otes!
    • Saltshaker will also teleport you to spawn via the !spawn command. We're working on a functioning (but nerfed) !back command, equivalent to /back on some other servers.
    • Saltshaker has functional !sethome, !delhome, and !home commands, equivocal to /home and its associated commands on spigot servers.
    • Saltshaker features functional !tpa commands. To teleport to someone, type !tpa <their username>. To accept a teleport, type !accept <their username>.
    • We've got a !leaderboard command, allowing you to display the highest-ranking players in a number of categories like time played, pvp kills, total kill count, blocks mined, and more novelty objectives like bells rung and steaks eaten. More information is available on saltshakerBOT's help website.
    • This command is a bit of a novelty; saltshakerBOT will place any block or item on your head that you desire (but the item will be enchanted with curse of vanishing and curse of binding) using the !hat command.
    • View a full list of saltshakerBOT's commands here.
    • Unlike most other anarchy worlds, pvp on Echoes is rare. Despite our lack of constraining rules, Echoes is a very community-centric server. For the most part, everyone you'll encounter is friendly and cooperative. Be warned, however, it's still anarchy, and there will always be people out to mess with you.
    • We also incorporate vote rewards into the server, courtesy of xMamo's vanilla votifier. In exchange for voting for the server (vote links are available on our Discord, and on the server by typing "!vote" into chat.), you receive 10XP levels, regeneration and health boost 4 for 10 minutes, and a random item.
    • We have numerous datapacks installed to enhance the Vanilla survival experience. More information can be found on our website, but in summary, we have datapacks that make it easier to find your death location, cause players to drop their heads when killed by another player, make it easier to farm, as well as several other amusing and aesthetic additions.
    • We're working on a bot and a resource pack that'll play music in-game with news report-esque narration interspersed between the songs. This is inspired by Fallout: New Vegas' Radio New Vegas.
    • Spawn is very difficult to escape, but you aren't forced to leave it the hard way. Saltshaker implements !wild and !wilderness commands (BUT NOTE: !wild and !wilderness can only be used once per player), we've got a secondary spawnpoint called Noob Jungle (this can be accessed via the !jungle command or by typing "There's no place like noob jungle" in chat), and our nether roof features extensive rail networks reaching all the way to the world border, occasionally punctuated by portals and rail stations. Spawn may look difficult, but it's incredibly easy to escape. You can view an overview of spawn here.

    Overview

    The 'Minelanders is a semi-vanilla survival server. We believe that Minecraft can be a political game as well as a creative and PvP game, and our server is intended to lean into that. This means our server includes this general structure:

    • Griefing is allowed, except in protected player plots
    • Stealing is allowed, everywhere
    • Player clans can be created for a small in-game cost, with access to clan chat.
    • Protection plots can be purchased in three sizes (11x11, 31x31, 101x101) for not-so-small in-game costs
    • The world is restricted to 6,000 by 6,000 blocks, to encourage additional player interaction
    • Player shops are available near spawn to encourage player bartering.
    • We have no teleport systems, to encourage players to interact with the world and increase player vulnerabilities.
    • Despite all this, griefing tends to be less common in our community, as there's also a desire to connect and build alliances between clans.

    The Details

    Due to a resurgence of support from our community (which dates back to 2010), we've decided to relaunch a minecraft server and start advertising to a broader community. The map is just a few weeks old, and we have a steady player base of about 20 players currently (meaning at least a few are on almost all the time). We are eager to welcome new people into the community – log in to check out our player built spawn, and say hello! There aren't any major bases public yet, given that the server is so fresh, but there are already a few clans with the largest plot size (101x101) building private areas before becoming more public. With shops and an area for player built shops at spawn, it tends to see a decent amount of traffic.

    This server is guaranteed to be hosted for at least the next six months. If the server has an active player base in six months, it will likely be hosted for a full year, as donations have already covered the cost so far. Donations give no in-game advantage, but they make me, the server owner, happy. We plan to expand the world by 1000 blocks in every direction after a few months, to encourage additional exploration.

    Hey! We're Planet One.

    We're a community of Minecraft players from all over the world who originally came together to play Feed the Beast Infinity. We've recently reset to experience Vanilla 1.14.3 and open the server to more people, and we're keen to start building a long-term Vanilla world and a long-term community to match. Come and join us!

    - Towny OR Survival: You can either join a town or wander off into the survival world and setup a home somewhere! If you don't feel like being adventurous then you can claim a plot outside of spawn.

    - Self-serve protection and anti-grief: You get a Protection block when you join, this can be used to claim land to prevent players interacting with your area. Futhermore, you can lock your doors and chests! If you forget to protect land and do get griefed, Keep calm, One of our friendly and trained staff members will fix everything!

    - Custom mobs and bosses: Take on a new challenge with our 10 unique mobs and 4 new bosses for you to kill. Each boss has unique drops such as Speed boost gear, shield that grants bonus health, Collectable pets and chat tags!

    - Keep items on death: You will no longer lose your hours worth of mining by falling in lava or losing your items from a sneaky creeper. You keep all of your items on death.

    - Good Economy with player shops: Choose a job and earn money from doing tasks or earn money by setting up your own store!

    - Chat Tags/Titles: Earn unique tags by reaching max level on jobs, Killing bosses, Buy with in-game money and taking part in annual events, there is over 100 different chat tags to be collected!

    - McMMO: Level up skills to gain extra powers or Become #1 on skills leaderboard. Your total level appears below your name so you can show off your skills.

    - Earn and upgrade your own Tiered gear/weapons: Mobs in the spawn Mobarena & custom bosses around the world may drop tokens, These are used to buy powerful gear and weapons. There are 3 tiers of gear/weapons!. This gear has a unique feature called Sockets which are filled using Socket gems. Gems are found randomly when killing monsters and range from level 1 to 5.

    BBON Mine Co [Vanilla][PVE]{Whitelist}

    I currently have a server which me and a few friends play on. The realm has enough room for 15 players so with there only being 4 of us I feel like its not being used to its full potential so I would like to invite additional people to come join.

    We all work full time and are from so unfortunately we don't get a great deal of time to play so I am looking for people in all walks of life to join us and help build our server.

    About: The server is just standard survival and i have no limitations on what people want to build or do. It would also be good if there are a couple of small groups who would like to join so everyone isn't a stranger to each other.

    The realm is also paid for and requires no contribution from other members

    Tired of rules? Tired of servers asking for donations, plugins galore, and other nuisances? Well /r/NoRules sure has the server for you. Introducing the now one week old /r/NoRules MC server. Ever wanted to get in on a relatively fresh map/server? This is your chance.

    Try us out. No moderators, no ranks, nothing. Almost vanilla, with the exception of our anti-cheat plugin. That's it, seriously. We have a COLOSSAL world border (the limit is a secret) (hint, after one week there is one known player at 10% of the border distance that involved a ton of gameplay hours and nether highway). Map will never be reset starting with 1.14.3. Running on powerful personally owned hardware and via fiber optic internet, so no begging of "donations". Fuck profits.

    FroobWorld is a (mostly) vanilla survival server that's been around since 2011. Our gameplay is simple: do anything you like, as long as it's constructive. Absolutely everything is done in survival mode. No matter what you see, no matter how impressive it is, it was done is survival. There are no diamonds for voting, we don't even take donations, and admins can't spawn items.

    Our only real game changer is teleportation. We have /home, /back, /spawn and /tpa for example. Some people don't like these features, which is understandable, but we find that they help make the world feel more connected. If you plan on playing with friends you can add each other to your friends list using the /friend command. This will allow you to teleport to each other using the /tp command.

    Our current map was created in 1.13. For the 1.14 update we expanded eastwards, doubling the size of our map to 14,000 by 28,000 blocks. We like to keep our maps for a reasonable amount of time. For reference, our last map we had from March 2016 to July 2018. We are hoping to keep our current map until at least mid 2021. In any case, all old maps are available for download after a reset.

    We are a greylisted server. This means anyone can join and walk around, but are not able to modify the world until they have been removed from the greylist. To be removed is very simple: you just need to read the rules, type a command and wait for someone to remove you. There is no written application process.

    New Survival With Minimal Changes [WANTED] [SMP] {NEW} {anti-grief} {land claims} {small changes welcome}

    Hi all! As the title says, i'm looking for a brand new (less than 2 days or soon to start) server which is basically vanilla with minor changes. If possible I would want an anti-grief system, active community, difficulty on hard, and all the usual tweaks (dragon drops elytra, etc). Please comment letting me know if you are aware of any servers that match the bill. If your server doesn't quite fit the requirements but is close, you're free to comment as well.
