There should be a new painting for each major update.

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 07:52 AM PDT

Imagine how cool that would be. The paintings haven't changed much in recent years - the latest one I believe is the Wither one which is great as it marks the time when version 1.4 was released.

Doesn't even need to be a huge, grand painting, just something to mark the release of a new update and to give players a wider range of paintings to choose from.

    Examples of past version paintings:

1.5 - Could be something simple like a redstone circuit or the redstone block.

    1.6 - Painting of a horse galloping.

1.7 - Landscape painting of a new biome.

1.8 - Painting of an Ocean Monument - maybe slightly obscured to make the player inquisitive as to what it is.

1.9 - Igloo or End City?

    Etc.

You get the idea - a painting which commemorates an update dropping which also gives the player more of a choice in paintings.

    What do you think?

    The "Trash can for worlds"

    Posted: 25 Jul 2020 06:50 PM PDT

I accidentally deleted my world with no copy! I wish you could just switch around the yes or no buttons or make the no button more obvious, or maybe implement a "trashcan for worlds" function, it would save a lot of worlds being accidentally deleted. I REALLY hope Mojang sees this.

Mooshrooms Should Drop Mushroom Upon Death

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 03:06 AM PDT

On a mooshroom(aka mushroom cow), there is several mushrooms on it, and you see it. It is there, and you see it! It doesn't make sense why we don't get any when we kill them, if we can get the fragile eyes of a spider if we kill it.

    Horse amours should have enchantments

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 08:22 AM PDT

I think horse amours should have its own enchantments like an enchantment that makes the horse faster or an enchantment that makes the horse jump higher or like this

Throwing a splash water bottle/lingering water bottle at your feet should put out the fire that is on you.

This could come in handy for putting it out quickly while in the nether instead of using cauldrons, which can be a slow process.

More end mobs and 1.17 should be the end update

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 06:48 AM PDT

Mojang should add more end mobs because I feel like there aren't enough mobs. Considering that the nether got many additional mobs in the nether update, the end should get more mobs in an end update. I'm thinking something like a mini boss at the end of an end ship, like a shulker king or levitator and maybe something in-between an enderman and a skeleton, so like an enderarcher. If the end update is the 1.17 update then mojang should also add additional biomes. If you got and ideas or questions please comment.

    Polished end stone

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 06:36 AM PDT

All types of rock (cobblestone, granite, diorite, andesite and Blackstone) have polished versions except end stone so it would only be fair that polished end stone becomes a thing. I'm thinking that this could be added in an end update soon.

    Camouflaged creepers

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 07:12 AM PDT

This has probably already been said, but i'll say it nontheless. It would be awesome if creepers changed colors depending on the biome they're in (white in snow biomes, sand color in deserts, maybe a sort of red for the mesa, etc). I think it would make them extremely more deadly since the player will have a more difficult time finding them

A change to how hardcore worlds are preserved

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 08:38 AM PDT

Currently, when you die in spectator mode, your whole world is practically preserved. Everything you have built, to every last item in every last chest stays forever. But some things are missing from this list. So here we go.

    All of these can be solved by doing one thing, but before I start I'll list out the problems;

    1. Your inventory's gone for the rest of time

    2. Along with that, so is how you died

    3. It's possible that some mobs would despawn

Those things really prevent world preservation besides what you have made. so? What's the fix? I'll give you the solution, the world is locked and frozen the tick before you die.

This can be achieved by turning off ai, preventing mobs from spawning and despawning, and creating a statue of the player, when right clicked, it'll show your inventory.

Some players may not like this, and decide to turn it off with a hardcore spectator only command, maybe /continue ?. This will also obviously not happen if the world is multiplayer, but perhaps there is a feature to let you see it anyways.

Carrying a parrot on your shoulder should lengthen your jump by half a block and carrying 2 should deaccelarate your fall like a parachute.

Minecraft as it is has too many useless mobs and this would be a fun little feature to give players the incentive to get these pets. It would also be good for mini games.

There should be a slider to adjust sealevel

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 10:37 AM PDT

When creating a world, there should be a slider to adjust the sealevel. For example, you could have a flooded world, or a world without seas. This affects the Nether too, although this is a separate slider. Another slider adjusts the height of the terrain.

Bedrock Edition really lacks world customisation.

Beach Biome update part 2: Coconut Crabs + Tide pools

Beach Biome update part 2: Coconut Crabs + Tide pools

Here we go. Heres part 2 of what a minor beach update could look like. This time new generation and a small amount of new mobs are being looked at.

    Lets get started

    Coconut crabs

Coconut crabs are a new defensive mob found exclusively in the beach biome. They are usually found alone, wandering around the shallow waters and the sand of the beach biome. Coconut crabs will not go below 4 blocks of water, and will climb the blocks of the beach to get back on land. They are defensive, meaning if you attack one or get too close to one, they will snap at you, dealing 3 hearts of damage with no armor. After they attack or get hurt, they will run away. If a palm tree is nearby, they will climb the tree to escape you.

Being arthropods, they take extra damage from the bane of arthropods enchantment. It is helpful, because they have 20 hearts of health!

If killed, they drop 0-2 coconut blocks, and a chance of raw crab meat. It behaves like any meat, but it will poison you if you eat it raw.

Enough about crabs, lets move on to terrain!

    Tide Pools

Tide pools are uncommon structures found in beach biomes. They are made up of gravel, stone, and andesite as the walls and base. ( See picture for reference ) Multiple Coral Blocks can also generate in tide pools, and finally sea cucumbers also generate in tide pools, lighting up the ground.

    An Updated beach biome

Some tide pools can be small like the one in the picture, but some can generate to massive sizes!

If a tide pool is open or big enough, tropical fish can spawn in them.

Let me know what you think of my beach update! I'll be doing similar posts soon, but in the meantime, please feel free to leave feedback.

Stop piglins from getting angry when you break shulker boxes.

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 12:23 PM PDT

This behavior is irritating and barely even makes sense. Why should they get angry when you break an item they barely know about? Also, if you are resource gathering in the end for whatever reason and you are putting your items in shulker boxes the behavior is infuriating

You should be able to connect note blocks to make them set to the same note.

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 11:54 AM PDT

If you're trying to make a song using a note block contraption, I'd imagine it would be a tad annoying if there was a section of the song with repeating notes and you'd have to manually set each of the repeated notes to match. What if you had the option to connect a number of music blocks to one that has a particular note and have all the connected note blocks set to the particular note the original is on? That way you can give yourself a "palette" of notes you need to work with, then depending on how many of each you need in the song you could simply copy the note to the corresponding number of note blocks and then all you'd have to do to make the song come together is simply place them in the order you want the notes to fire. This would make musical contraptions less of a pain to make than they are now I'd imagine.

    Improved Painting Selection

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 09:18 AM PDT

One of the most annoying parts of Minecraft is when you're placing and breaking a painting over and over again, just to get the right one. So I think the better solution would be that when you craft a painting, and place it, it's still random. However, if you take a painting and put it in a loom, you can pick a specific design, and whenever you place that painting it will always be the design you picked. You can always swap the design in the loom if you made a mistake. This would also make it way easier to add new painting designs, and make building way easier.

    Duengons should be updated.

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 01:26 AM PDT

Ok the duengons are pretty boring, just a cobblestone box with a spawner and some chests. But i think the duengons can have much better potential and can be updated. So first they must be much bigger, almost the size of a stronghold (also strongholds should be at least 4x the size), next they need more spawners, or more danger like traps and maybe a new mob. Also the duengons must be more rewarding, the place is literally called a duengon, adding some more chests makes it much more worth exploring.

Dogs and Cats should pick up Raw Meat and Fish (Like Foxes)

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 10:16 AM PDT

Foxes already pick up items and Berries, so this could easily be implemented for Cats, Dogs, and perhaps even other animals like Ocelots and Bears.

Its a pretty simple idea not sure if there's much else to add.

    New biome: Spooky Forest

    Posted: 26 Jul 2020 12:32 PM PDT

These biomes could appear in 2 variants Normal and taiga.

The visibility would be darker and mistier than dark/roofed forests and the trees would be extremely tall and large. Whenever it rains Fog would cover the forest floor making it dificult to see.

Mobs would spawn here more often and wolves, sheep, rabbits and pigs would spawn here more often than in normal forests. There is a higher chance to find pillager outposts, Forts (see link to my post on them below) and wodland mansions here and illagers would patrol these forests more often.

A new variant of wolf, skeleton and spider called the alpha wolf, sharpshooter and the Shadow spider would spawn here and I will go into more detail in a different post.

2 new structures would spawn here the abandoned cabin and the wolf den I will go into more detail in a different post.

A new mini-boss would spawn here called the spider matriarch Which Ii will go into more detail in another posts.

I will make more posts on this explaining the mobs, structures and mini-boss in the meantime tell me what you think on this post!
