    Project Nebula

    This Saturday, August 15th, we will be hosting a community UHC event with the Dominion SMP server! We do joint events with the Dominion server every month, and do plenty of events on our own! These events are a great way to meet new players and integrate into our lovely community. Diamond prizes will also be provided to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place players! We hope you join us today!

    Project Nebula is a Hermitcraft-style SMP started by /u/Colinator007 and /u/RavingPlatypi. We love playing as a community and generally interacting with new people, which is why we started a server. Our community is tight and very welcoming! We are full of personable, interesting people, and I hope you give our server a shot. You'll meet lots of new, friendly people!

    About Us

    Colin and I are college students looking to play with new people! We're both engineering students and love to fiddle with redstone and farms; but we also love building beautiful structures and planning a nice base, and just generally hanging out and relaxing with some games. We encourage all playstyles and love to see the creative ways you guys play this game! We have experience hosting multiple servers in the past, such as Colincraft and Nebula Network, and have joined/played on many servers, too.

    Our goal is to not only create an active Minecraft server, but an active community and group of friends as well. While our community has a solid base, we are always looking to expand our group and we'd love to get to know you! We'd love to play other games with you in addition to Minecraft, such as Terraria, GTA V, Smash Ultimate, or whatever else you may have on Steam (or other consoles, like Switch). We've found that many of our players tend to be college students majoring in engineering, but of course, anyone is welcome and will feel at-home with us!

Most of our channels are hidden until you become a member. You must first agree to our rules using !agree and will then be able to apply for whitelist, with a message DM'd to you with instructions.     We are hosting the following servers:

    • Minecraft 1.16.1 Vanilla - Updating soon! (Running Paper MC with no major plugins. Our map started June 8th 2019 :))

      -This server uses quality-of-life datapacks, which are designed to aid the experience and efficiency of the game without altering the Vanilla feel. Examples include one-player sleep, logical uncrafting, and Ender Dragon dropping elytra. A full list of datapacks can be found here! To improve server performance we've been running the latest builds of Paper MC because it has better chunk loading and is generally more stable than Vanilla. No game-changing plugins are used; we only use a couple plugins to optimize villagers and pillagers, as well as core protect for admin purposes. We know that Paper/Spigot can mess with redstone timings, so please message me (RavingPlatypi) before you build large-scale redstone projects so we can put it on a test server and troubleshoot any possible issues. I'd hate for you to build a giant machine only for it to not work!

    We run Paper just for the better performance. Full Vanilla experience!

    • Minecraft 1.16.1 Creative

      -Flatworld for our community to test their builds and other creations. Uses the same datapacks as the main server for consistency. Also has a limited world edit available to all players.

    • Terraria Server

      -We recently finished our playthrough of the Journey's End update, but we're willing to start a new playthrough if there's enough community interest!

    • Hytale server (Upon release)

      -We're hyped!!

    • Modded Minecraft server

      -We recently created a joint modded server with the Dominion community mentioned previously. We began this modded server on August 13th, running the FTB Revelations due to its emphasis on performance, stability, and easier learning curve for newer players. Just give yourself the Modded Minecraft role in our self-assign-roles channel once you are accepted onto our server to gain access!

    • Other Minecraft gamemodes & community events

      -We've hosted numerous UHC events and other gamemodes in the past and they always go down really well! These events are a great way to socialize with people on our server that you would've otherwise never spoken to before, so we hope you join us! We've also hosted other community events, like build battles on the Vanilla server. Let us know what you're interested in and we'll see what we can do!

    Rules

    The obvious rules with whitelisted servers, such as:

    • Don't be a dick (aka: the Golden Rule ™)

    • No griefing or stealing. Even if it's a small thing, at least notify the person with a sign or DM.

    • PvP is allowed only with consent from BOTH PARTIES. If you keep pestering someone into PvP, that isn't consent; it's peer pressure.

    • No hacked clients or client-side mods that provide an unfair advantage. Things like inventory tweaks, minimaps, and litematica are perfectly acceptable. Ask a staff member if you are unsure.

    • No slurs or offensive statements that attack someone's religion, gender, or other beliefs. This includes building hateful monuments as well.

    • Discord and a working microphone are required. We obviously don't expect you to always hop into a voice channel whenever you play, but we value speaking to our players and getting to know them through voice chat!

    • This community leans towards applicants that are 18+. However, this is not a strict rule, and we encourage everyone to apply, no matter their age. We base our whitelist decisions based on maturity rather than age, but simply prefer applicants that are a closer age to ourselves (which means 18 years and up). To put it in perspective, most of us are college students around our 2nd-3rd years. Due to the recent influx in players we've had, we are not accepting players under the age of 16, unless they are referred to us by another member. We are sorry about that, but we have to be a bit more selective about who joins our community due to Minecraft's server performance.

    What's up guys! Quarantinecraft is a community of social-minded individuals who just want to play Minecraft and have fun. We started roughly three months back, and just (Two weeks ago!) had our first map reset, making now the perfect time to join.     What is Oasiscraft?
    Those of you familiar with the Hermitcraft series will be happy: Our server draws inspiration from said Project. A couple of friends playing Minecraft in a fun but civilized Vanilla server where we create an economy with our Shopping District and build a close-knitted community! As we stand, so far, we have created a foundation to work on but we are looking for new members to our server and community. We can work together to create amazing builds, projects and even cooperate to create stores for our Shopping District. We would be happy to get to know new people as we expand our server into something great!

    What makes our server unique?

    We rely heavily on our economy. Instead of every player building a farm for ALL the items in the game, we trade buy and auction goods from other players, but keep the classic Vanilla feeling of Minecraft, meaning no complex trading, classes, or currency systems.

    There are some datapacks installed on the server, nothing big just stuff like "Statues", "Multiplayer sleep" or "More mob heads". A list of all the datapacks will be on the discord server shortly.

    Hello there! We are a small tight-knit community of Minecraft players, aged 21 and over, who are looking to expand and to continue to expand in the future!

    We have been playing together as a community for over a year now, however, we recently started a brand new server - Pinnacle - on the 18th of July (4 weeks ago).

    Pinnacle is a semi-vanilla server, but not as you typically know it. Our server features datapacks and plugins, as well as exclusive custom content, to enhance the Minecraft experience. All you have to do, is download our resourcepack.

    THIS IS NOT A MODDED SERVER (this is aimed at the subreddit's moderators)

    The aim of our server is to provide modded-like content that feels like it could've been created by Mojang. We currently have custom weapons, tools (including 3x3 hammers!), food and new structures for you to explore. Once a month we update the server with new content that we create ourselves.     Other useful information:

    • The server is running on Spigot and is based in North America.
    • We currently have around 10-15 active players on the server (however we aren't active at the same time! There are usually 4/5 people online). The majority of our players are from the USA, however, the owners are from the UK. We have players around the world.

    VYBN Minecraft was started for one purpose: to provide a good Minecraft experience, as close to vanilla survival as possible. No mods, just some data packs, so you don't have to deal with server crashes or buggy features.     Duck SMP is a brand new 99% vanilla whitelist survival Minecraft server opened on 7th August 2020! We are currently a small group of players. We welcome all countries! There is no age limit just make sure you are mature. Staff do not cheat.     About the server:

    We use PaperMC 1.16.2 and a few Datapacks to make the experience the most fun. A full list of the used Datapacks (fully Vanilla-Tweaks) is available on our Discord (link below). We are still playing in Season 1 but will soon update to the new season.

    Our Concept for Season 2:

    New World, Worldborder at around +/-15000 Blocks (still point of discussion), Mushroom Island as Shopping District (with payment for shops because of limited space), Bases shouldn't be too far away

    We are a small community of about 20 players from around the world, who are searching for some more people to join for Season 2 of TravelCraft. We played on the Season 1 map for almost 6 months and have now decided to start a new season. We have a lot of fun but can be serious at the right moments. Perfectly balanced as all things should be. We are also not family friendly or something, so swearing is okay with everyone. The community decides on most of the stuff, so your opinion is an important part of it.

    We want you to be here for the long run. We don't expect you to play all the time, but we still want to see you at least once a week.     About the server:

    Oftentimes the multiplayer experience can negatively impact the vanilla minecraft experience, or vice versa. Therefore, the only plugins we have aid grief prevention, administration, and those that enhance the vanilla multiplayer experience.
