When a pet wolf is on fire, it should automatically roll over until the fire is out. Posted: 25 Dec 2020 04:18 AM PST I just hate it when my pets die, don't you? So I think when a wolf is on fire, it should stop, drop and roll. Or it could just run over to the nearest body of water. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 06:19 AM PST I know what some of you are thinking. Im asking way to much. But here me out! I just think that when your pet dies, you should remember it and cherish it, not just say "oopsie doopsie. They'll just teleport back." In my opinion, no, you should cherish the dog, even make a grave for it. It also doesent teach our younger players how sometimes our pets just pass away; it will teach them how to let go of our pass and move on. This is just my opinion. I think that instead of doing this we could give pets better AI so they run away when close to dying and they avoid lava and teleport from water. Making pets have multiple lives it stupid. Make these lives count more, is better. Thank you. [link] [comments]
Nether fishing for treasure, junk or nether fish. Posted: 25 Dec 2020 01:07 AM PST Fishing in lava (this is only possible in the nether, you can't fish in lava in other dimensions) allows the player to obtain items. Mostly junk like rotten flesh, bones, saddles, etc, but sometimes treasure. This treasure includes: — Super rarely (~1% chance) 1 netherite scrap — Rarely (5% chance) a blaze rod — Rarely (5% chance) enchanted book with soul speed — Rarely (5% chance) a gold nugget — Rarely (5% chance) 1 magma cream — Uncommonly (20% chance) a random nether fish. Note: treasure can only be caught by fishing in "deep lava." Deep lava is calculated similarly to deep water. This means that treasure can only be caught in lava seas. There are four types of nether fish: Inflamed Fish, Golden Fish, Thick-scaled Fish and Sighted Fish. They restore 3 hunger bars and 2 saturation when eaten, but this is not their primary use. The Inflamed Fish can be brewed into a potion of fire resistance, the Golden Fish can be brewed into a potion of haste, a Thick-scaled Fish can be brewed into a potion of resistance and a Sighted Fish can be brewed into a potion of lava vision. This new potion is self-explanatory—it allows you to see through lava like it were water. The potion of lava vision can be brewed into a potion of blindness with a spider eye. The potion of haste can be brewed into a potion of mining fatigue using a fermented spider eye. This is useful for multiplayer pvp... or if you simply want to give yourself the mining fatigue effect for whatever reason, and you do not want to use an elder guardian. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 11:54 AM PST To give icebergs a bit of mystery and character players could find frozen in icebergs old archaeological sites and trinkets and other things of interest. Icebergs and there cold ocean biome have no mystery or insensitive for adventure. Players could explore boats frozen inside icebergs or excavate treasures from walls of ice. The ice block is mostly transparent so these treasures could be seen deep inside patch's of ice, so that players can see them as they explore. Or similar to the shipwrecks that litter the ocean floor ships could be found in precarious positions in the ice semi exposed or entirely trapped. [link] [comments]
In snowy taigas, there should be a very rare chance of finding a “jolly tree” Posted: 25 Dec 2020 10:25 AM PST Jolly trees would be the Minecraft equivalent of a Christmas tree. In terms of texture, I imagine the logs as looking basically like an off brand spruce, while the leaves would come in two forms. "Jolly Leaves" would be regular leaves, but with the ability to hold items like an item frame, but on all sides, allowing for you to have ornaments without actual ornaments. "Jollight Leaves" would look both leaves with traditional lights on them or leaves with red and green glowberries. Regardless, they'd naturally emit light, and would be a bit harder to break than regular leaves. The tree itself would be a bit smaller, so you could conceivably fit it into a house, but still looking how it should. Wandering Traders would have a rare chance of handing you a jolly sapling, but I'd imagine it'd be pretty expensive. Last but not least, if jolly llamas or any other holiday themed mobs ever get added to vanilla, standing near a jolly tree long enough will slowly heal them. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 01:19 PM PST Make it more viable like an item to harvest apples maybe or make it so that trees age and the longer it age the higher the chances for apples to drop? [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 07:34 AM PST Made by crafting Honey with Milk together, it is a very sweet drink that gives saturation and removes all negative potion effects. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 07:13 AM PST Windy would be a new weather type similar to rain. The Windy Weather type would have four main changes to the world around the player, and it would also blow in 1 of 4 direcrions randomly. There would be a 25% chance for every direction whether it be North, South, East, or West.
Mainly Windy would just be a new visual affect of Weather, with a few new changes to make the world feel more alive, and "lived in" per say. Thank you for reading this! [link] [comments]
Make wither roses do wither effect when they're on pots Posted: 25 Dec 2020 02:43 PM PST Walking on top of flower pots with wither roses don't hurt or give the effect. So I'm suggesting adding this feature to the game. Minor update. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 04:08 AM PST If you breed two adult villagers and there's 4 beds nearby, there should be a small chance of having twins. This would mean two baby villagers instead of one. This would just be a nice small feature to add. [link] [comments]
When you lose an illager raid, you get the achievement ‘Surrender!’ Posted: 25 Dec 2020 06:24 AM PST The achievement gives you a new emote. You stand straight and raise both your hands. The name of the emote is 'I surrender!' [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 08:17 AM PST We all know the everyones hates the abhorrent squeaks of bats, and we know that the warden reacts to sounds. My proposal is that the wardens will actively hunt and kill bats that enter the deep dark [link] [comments]

Posted: 25 Dec 2020 03:52 PM PST Calling amethyst crystals as "buds" don't makes sense because we generally use "bud" to refer to very young plants. I know it also has other meanings, but it still kinda weird. "Pointed Dripstone" makes a little bit of sense, because they are made of dripstone and have a pointed shape. But it's kinda ridiculous to them being named in this way, because it's not a therm used to refer to them in real life. In overall, I suggest changing the names of these blocks/items to be consistent with mineralogy. [link] [comments]
Firework Stars can be launched from Dispensers Posted: 25 Dec 2020 08:20 AM PST It flies like how Fire Charges/Blaze Fireballs do. Upon hitting an unarmored player, it deals 2 1/2 hearts of Blast Damage. Upon hitting a block, it explodes in a 2x2 block radius from the center of the point of impact. This explosion does not damage blocks. The idea is that it can be used to make non-destructive explosive traps. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 12:56 PM PST This would basically work by having grown trees drop saplings if you are in that loaded chunk. The dropped sapling will automatically get secured into the ground. The sapling then eventually grows. This would be a cool new way to make Minecraft more realistic and interesting. It would also spice up building and staying in one area. It would even give a few new ways to farm. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 09:32 AM PST Currently shields are very annoying to face and way too easy to use. You just hold a mouse button down and - unless youre struck by an axe or a ravager - theres no punishment to holding it down 24/7. With the upcoming shield changes, i present you an idea - a Buckler. The Buckler would work like a shields, except that you can hold it down only for 0.5 seconds, and if you dont block anything, you cant use it for a second. However, if blocking, you will always take zero damage from any attacks no matter what, and attacks won't have any effects on you (for example ravager knockup). If you block anything, it's cooldown is immediately reset. Additionally, all projectiles blocked (arrows and etc) will get launched back, and will deal normal damage. This would - in my opinion - give way more skill expression to minecraft PvP combat, and a bit more optional high-risk high-reward type of combat to survival. Let me know what you think about this! Nether Wart Blocks should have a small chance of dropping Nether Wart Posted: 25 Dec 2020 11:55 AM PST Nether Wart Blocks are really useless right now and their only real use is as composter food. I think that Nether Wart Blocks should have a 25% chance or so to drop one Nether Wart, like grass with seeds. [link] [comments]
Piglins should be able to hunt Magma Cubes Posted: 25 Dec 2020 11:41 AM PST At the moment, Piglins do not have any way of getting the Magma Cream that is needed to brew the Fire Resistance potions that they occasionally give to players when bartering. They already have Magma Cube spawners in a few of their bastion remnants, so they should be able to use them. [link] [comments]
Give illagers more personality Posted: 25 Dec 2020 01:29 PM PST Illagers and the player are the only intellegent beings in the overworld. But i think they need more personality they are supposed to be intelligent but they have no motives so im gonna add it. Iceologer: i made a post about this before but i wanted to change something. Firstly i know the iceologer didnt win but agnes said that they might add the losers if it brings a lot to the game and as it wouldve won if dream wasnt there i think it is gonna be added. Getting to the point i think they should spawn in igloos. It makes sense and adds a lot of lore and character. They would still spawn in the mountains too but rarely Vindicators: vindicators are being left alone i think they are supposed to be these mindeless killing machines for the evokers Evokers: will yell at vindicators it gives them more of a leader position Pillager: pillagers will fight off zombies. They are the lower ranking grunts who do all the work the others cant bother with it. Villager: villagers will run away scared if they get near a dark oak forest. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Dec 2020 02:15 AM PST Currently the 3 types of skeletons are the normal type, strays, and wither skeletons. [link] [comments] |
