make the clouds go higher... or... Posted: 06 Jun 2021 08:55 AM PDT "The clouds in minecraft hang quite low and don't look all that good, so I'm suggesting making the clouds go higher up" is what I would've said if that idea wasn't all too bad (which it isn't too bad). But my suggestion is to give clouds different layers, weather conditions and types, it'll mean:
overall I think it would be an amazing idea to give clouds an overhaul, maybe even texture-wise too but I haven't thought that far. [link] [comments] |
Just like beds, placing a dye next to Cake paints it that color Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:26 AM PDT Pretty simple, although I would prefer if it were to change its overall theme (similar to Glazed Terracotta), for example, dyeing cake Blue would make it a blueberry cake, dyeing with Brown would make it chocolate, etc. Combining different dyes and ingredients make more complicated cakes. Classic Minecraft Cake, for reference Cake + Brown Dye = Chocolate Cake Cake + Blue Dye + Sweet Berries = Blueberry Cake Cake + Brown Dye + Sweet Berries = Black Forest Cake Does it add anything to the game? Not really, it's just a simple, fun idea for decorating. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Jun 2021 07:00 AM PDT we already have like +0.5 block reach, but why not more? it's creative so there's no such thing as overpowered maybe even make it adjustable in settings, but it would work only in creative and maybe spectator for entities [link] [comments] |
Bees should be able to pollinate potted flowers Posted: 05 Jun 2021 10:00 PM PDT It says it in the title bees should be able to pollinate potted flowers as this would free up a lot of space [link] [comments] |
Master level fisherman sells luck potion Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:11 PM PDT Master level fisherman have 50% to sell 1 luck potion for 3-5 emerald Player cake make all types, splash and lingering in brewing stand or tipped arrow in crafting table PS: Luck make better fishing loot (More treasures, like luck of the sea enchantment) [link] [comments] |
Zombies should be attracted to loud noises (disc/bells) Posted: 06 Jun 2021 07:39 AM PDT Playing a music disc will cause nearby zombies to go to the jukebox/noise source [link] [comments] |
Axolotl color should be visible in description of bucket of axolotl Posted: 06 Jun 2021 04:56 AM PDT Like with tropical fish bucket, the color should be in bucket description [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Jun 2021 04:02 PM PDT Flute is craftable using bamboos. It works like the Goat Horn except it will produce flute sounds [link] [comments] |
Banners with certain patterns used as map waypoints should display specific markers Posted: 06 Jun 2021 03:26 PM PDT Right now, if you use a map on a banner, it only displays the color of the banner with no patterns. I think that mapmaking could me more interesting if certain banner patterns displayed special markers when a map is used on them, like: - A skull with crossed bones (skull pattern) - A flower (flower pattern) - A Creeper face (creeper pattern) - A little Earth (globe pattern) - A Nether Portal (snout pattern) - A basic house (field masoned) - A cross like the one on a treasure map (saltire) - A tree (bordure indented) Not sure what the Mojang logo pattern could display, but you get the idea. The marker would be of the pattern's color. If multiple patterns are on a banner, the first one applied that makes a specific marker is selected. What do you think of this idea? Feel free to suggest more possible markers with this. [link] [comments] |
There should be a way to make permanent baby mobs Posted: 06 Jun 2021 11:30 AM PDT Baby mobs are so cute, why can't we keep them as babies? There should be an item that makes it stay small or a way to keep it from aging! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Jun 2021 03:30 AM PDT Type: Challenge Advancement This is obtained when you dip below y= -64 in the end and go ascend back up past y=-64. Parent: The End? This is a fun advancement because it is possible but quite risky. [link] [comments] |
Wandering Trader (Fix/Gameplay improvement) Posted: 06 Jun 2021 02:04 PM PDT In my long term survival Minecraft single and multiplayer worlds (I play Bedrock just to clarify) I've noticed a trend that often the wandering traders stack up they spawn, die, and leave their lamas everywhere near my house. They spawn often and random carpeted lamas run around ruining the feeling of my homes and bases. I know the trader gets hate and has been memed to extinction being "just a source of two free leads" so I've come up with a solution to better gameplay experience, and give the player something to do similar to how you can create your own village anywhere you want. So give the trader a home better yet an outpost a at the minimum 3x3 space with a bed, a door, and a source of light. Add a new item/block The Traders Post. Put it in the suitable space and whatever trader is near will move in hitching his lamas out front like an outpost. That way when I find a trader selling gunpowder and I want him near I'll keep him in his outpost and not a 1x1 dirt hole. This would stop other traders from spawning outside within maybe a 128x128 map but every once in awhile when you checked on your trader another would be inside, without new lamas. If the two lamas outside had been killed two new ones would spawn but the new trader would then disappear after a short period. Unless you placed another bed. If you wanted more traders you would then expand. I really think this would help and if the player decided to never take part in it, their Minecraft experience would not change from what it is now. Thank you for reading! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Jun 2021 07:08 AM PDT ok this might be weird.durians will only spawn in jungle bioms.eating one durian will restore full hunger.eating more than 3 durians a day will give the player "nausea" for 50 seconds.whats your opinion? [link] [comments] |
If you throw 7 snowballs at a mob it gets frostbite Posted: 06 Jun 2021 12:20 PM PDT Due to powder snow giving frostbite then snowballs (which are made from snow lol) should also give frostbite in my opinion. [link] [comments] |
Be able to sync music across all clients connected to a server Posted: 06 Jun 2021 11:12 AM PDT Excuse the language, but i think it would be super cool for players to vibe out together with the same ambient music. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Jun 2021 09:58 AM PDT beetroots in minecraft are kinda useless, yes you can make soup but for how surprisingly uncommon they are, it's not worth the time. Beetroots could not only give a status effect or two (namely haste, strength, jump boost or speed for its athletic use) but they could also be used to make a new kind of soup, BORSCHT! Borscht would be the big brother to beetroot soup, crafted with 2 beetroot, a milk bucket, a bowl and any kind of vegetables and meat. Yes that's right, ANY, ranging from simple carrots, beef, raw chicken, poisonous potatoes, rotten flesh, bones, phantom membraine... you get the idea. Borscht would be a good way to use up mob drops or have a readily available food source, and the funny thing is, the more garbage you put in it, the more saturating the meal is! As more of a counter measure to using already saturating things like cooked steak or golden carrots, wasting the saturation from them. edit: changed the recipe, beetroot soup is dumb [link] [comments] |
Strays should be able to Use/Drop More Types of Tipped Arrows Posted: 06 Jun 2021 11:56 AM PDT Giving strays the ability to shoot out more arrows gives an interesting sense of combat and unpredictability, which would make for a fun challenge. It would also make farming strays more worthwhile, because you would be able to use the arrows later. (plus it would go well with the new mechanic of skeletons becoming strays when freezing in powder snow) [link] [comments] |
