The Beyond SMP has been around since early January 2021 and we have just started our fifth (on the 28th March 2022). We are looking for skilled and dedicated players to join the server! The community is aiming to have a very relaxed atmosphere with trust and mutual respect for other players. What makes the Beyond SMP different to other vanilla Minecraft servers would be that the community has become very close and have come together to build huge community projects in the past. The newly added Voice Chat mod reinforces this massively by encouraging players to communicate verbally when in a nearby area, it truly makes Minecraft a whole another level. We tried this mod out in the third season and it bought some very interesting interactions that most players had never seen before on a Minecraft server. The world is only six weeks old, with new players always coming in, so you won't have to worry about catching up! We don't plan on doing a reset for at least a year. We are looking for experienced and dedicated players, who want a long-term server and like to build big projects. We have a few community farms to help people get started, but we also encourage players to be self-sufficient and run shops in our shopping district! [size=18px][b]A little about MineArch SMP:[/b][/size] I started this project back in 2018, a year before my daughter was born and since about a year ago my health has gone downhill and I've been unable to work. So I've spent that new found spare time into Studying and into working on MineArch. Since then, I've come up with some fantastic ideas that I've incorporated into the server for your best gaming experience, whilst making the server as balanced optimized as it can possibly be. Instead of crate keys, (which every server has.. it's quite boring and overused) I've introduced my vision of a rewards system that benefits the player more than the crate keys you already know. When players vote, they're given a shard which they can go to the shard portal to sacrifice for a reward. (There's a whole lore based around the shard portal) Rewards are offered to the player using a 3D client-side animation using packets. Once all the rewards are shown, the player can then choose which reward they want just by punching it! Whether that be hiring freelancers (developers, artists, mapmakers), expanding servers, paying server fees or advertising costs.
