We love playing as a community and generally interacting with new people, which is why we started a server. Our community is tight, and very welcoming! We are full of personable, interesting people, and I hope you give our server a shot. You'll meet lots of new people! About Us Colin and I are college students looking to play with new people! We're both engineering students and love to fiddle with redstone and farms. But we also love building beautiful structures and planning a nice base, and just generally hanging out and relaxing with some games. We encourage all playstyles and love to see the creative ways you guys play this game! We have experience hosting multiple servers in the past, such as Colincraft and Nebula Network, and have joined/played on many servers, too. Our goal is to not only create an active Minecraft server, but an active community and group of friends as well. Each member is assigned to a primary region where he or she is expected to contribute. Region-specific rules and building guidelines are established by the governing minister in the region. How the regions relate to each other is entirely up to the players and the ministers – trade agreements? War? Military alliances? Who knows – only history will show. Players form their own nations, enforce their own rules, and are responsible for protecting what they've made. Playing as a hermit is an extra challenge compared to other Survival servers, it is almost like, multiplayer RLcraft: Punch a tree? No, you need to get sticks from leaves, and make planks from sticks. Make stone tools? You need to get flint or bone to make primitive tools instead. Oh major buff recently: Stone will make wooden-equivalent tools now! OK I've got a primitive tool, why isn't this stone breaking? Primitive tools are junk, you need to hit it 1-10 times until it randomly breaks. Iron/Bronze/Steel/Diamond are better. Found some iron, why can't I smelt it? Uhh I could explain how to make Factories, but you'd probably better join a nation or trade some logs at this point. OK fine, let's make a boat and sail to a nation! No, you can't make a boat without several factories, but you can use /ott for a one-time teleport to join a group :) Benefits of a nation: Factories can make things quicker and cheaper than normal, and the basic ones aren't very expensive. A small group of players can afford the intermediate ones too. The guy who logged on to quickly gear up and go raiding can't do that; your new friends with an iron sword and leather armor can take him out. Easier to build and protect a secure vault, where PrisonPearl can store captured prisoners. Or if you get captured, being in a nation can help negotiate your release or free you in a war. After that you will see two portals where you can choose Vanilla or Amplified. You can always go between worlds later by returning to the world's spawn point and going into the hub portal. | [Wanted] [Creative] City/Metropolis Project Posted: 07 Nov 2019 10:43 AM PST I have thousands of hours on this game, and I have personally attempted this three times. Even with help, these type of projects can take years. I'm hoping to find a group, or solo player who is looking for an extra hand, or a contrasting style that will give their city a more authentic look. I can do turn of the century skyscrapers, art-deco, and modern type buildings. I have built a few modern, and mid century bridges, fountains, stadiums(football and baseball), street lights, mono rails, and a lot of other city related items. I'd like to find a project that was doing skyscrapers, and larger type builds, but for the right project I would consider something different. I have the absolute most basic world edit skills, I can copy and rotate things, but that's really about it. If need be, I'd be willing to build something for you, kind of like a probation build. I have a video of a cathedral that I built, but other than that I really don't have any screenshots. I'm an adult, and I have no intentions of coming onto a server and ruining a theme or intended style for kicks. I'm terrible at interiors......I'm just throwing that out there. This server uses 1.8 pvp mechanics for duels Rules 1. No harassing of any kind will be tolerated 2. No use of racial slurs, comments, or talking will EVER be tolerated 3. No use of discriminating terms to any religion, race, ethnicity, people, etc. 4. Be nice to everyone whether you disagree with them or not 5. Evading taxes on purpose WILL GET YOU BANNED! 6. Killing people randomly will also GET YOU BANNED! 7. Avoiding jury duty could get you possibly banned, but definitely punished. 8. Please restrain from profanity. It is allowed in moderation. 9. The IP is: The server is pretty simple, just survival, but hacking is allowed. To apply for staff, its very simple. The rank you are given depends on how good you do on the test. The test is very simple, only about 2 questions. STAFF HAVE THE SAME RULES AS STAFF ON ANY OTHER MINECRAFT SERVER. If you are found abusing your rank, you will have a 1 day ban, then your rank will be reset to default. But don't worry! If you get demoted after abusing your rank, then you can still apply again.
