Diorite are pretty rare IRL but in Minecraft, they're quite common so they should be tiny bit rarer than before, this would make caves a bit clean but not too clean since the rarity increase is pretty low.

Granite is formed during volcanic activities so I think they should generate less in high y level caves and more in the low y level where there's many lava pool.

    Taller trees

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 11:27 AM PST

Trees should be realistically taller in general. It's unrealistically difficult to move through oak and birch forests and roofed forests are even more difficult. A remodel of all trees would be a big improvement!

    More liquids

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 02:00 PM PST

I think there should be more liquids in Minecraft besides only lava and water. Here are a few examples I've thought of, though these are just examples and the general idea is for more liquids, not these specifically. Also, what are your ideas for liquids?

    1. Acid- Green water, hurts you while you're in it significantly, puts out fires, can be placed in the nether

    2. Tar-Opaque, Black liquid, more viscous than lava, very hard for mobs or players to get out of

    3. Oil- can be used for fuels, generates underground, if lit on fire, it would all catch on fire very fast and burn away very fast.

    4. Sap- doesn't generate naturally but is crafted, gives you slowness after you step out of it

    5. Mercury-Silver, shiny liquid that flows slower than water. Going into it for too long will give you nausea.

    6. "Fluidized Sand"- ever seen those videos of people having some sort of bathtub with liquid sand? Magma blocks below sand will cause sand above it for 3 blocks to act like water

    Teleporter arrows

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 09:16 AM PST

Crafted using one Ender Pearl and one arrow. Obviously, it can be fired by both bows and crossbows.

It would perhaps a lot more useful with crossbows, because the reason I'm suggesting this for the extra range you get while shooting it versus when you throw it.

"Ender arrows" seems like a cool name for it as well, but I'm not sure.

As always, thanks for reading! :)

    Sea Urchins and Blowguns

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 06:48 AM PST

Sea Urchins would be like underwater slimes that dont hop but instead stay still on the ocean floor. Hitting one with your fist or a weapon or just running into it will effect you with poison 2. Killing it will drop a needle which can be shot from a Blowgun ........................................................................................ Blowguns are crafted from 3 pieces of bamboo in a vertical line. They deal 1 heart per shot, and have a 2 second cooldown, although they dont need to charge. When a mob is shot by a blowgun with a needle, they will be poisoned with poison 2. Needles can also be used to repair leather armor for minimum xp each time. ........................................................................................ Sea Urchins can come in the colors purple, blue, black, red, and rarely pink. They can be scooped up with a bucket.

    Dispenser minecarts

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 01:32 AM PST

    IMG-20200124-102709-01.jpg

While this has been done before, I'd like to add my take to dispenser minecarts.

Activated by an activator rail or redstone signal going into the back

Can be placed in two orientations (forwards and backwards)

Craftable with a dispenser and Minecart

Useable in farms, defense systems and flying machines

+Preference: should be able to replant crops over tilled soil

If they were added, what would you use them for?

    Thx for 50+ updoots :)

Smithing tables should be broken using a pickaxe, not an axe.

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 08:35 AM PST

I mean, the texture looks like it's made of some sort of metal. When you look at the smithing table, it seems natural to pull out the pickaxe as metals are mined with pickaxes. But you break it using an axe. This doesn't make sense.

Also smithing tables don't look wooden, but wood is found in the crafting recipe. I propose the recipe to be 4 iron ingots. Or at least, emphasise the iron over wood in the crafting recipe.

Thanks for reading; what do you think?

Player skin overlays should render in 3D

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 11:19 AM PST

I think player skin overlays should render in 3D instead of rendering as 2D floating pixels. It would look much better that way.

    Example of the 2D render:

    Options for cave sounds.

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 01:56 AM PST

I just think that the ambient sounds volume bar should be split - one bar for general ambience and one for cave sounds. Or something like that. Myself and a lot of people I know don't like playing with the cave sounds but really like the general ambient sounds. It'd be really nice to be able to appreciate the general ambience without cave sounds over it, and without needing to use a mod to get rid of the cave sounds.

I've seen a few people over the years want to get rid of cave sounds completely and that's just unfair on those who like to play with the cave sounds, hence why another option in the sounds menu would be good.

(Sorry if this post breaks any of the rules, I read them and as far as I know it doesn't but please tell me if I've overlooked one of the rules)

Make Minecraft Bedrock addons overwrite instead of deny "duplicates"

    Posted: 23 Jan 2020 07:44 PM PST

When making an addon, most of what everyone makes needs some trial and error for debugging and feature testing, which gets incredibly annoying when you have to unzip, rezip, delete the .mcpack and reinstall it every single time you change something. Instead of denying duplicates, have the previous addon get deleted and the recent one added in its place to save time and sanity.

    Arrow Deflection

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 03:59 AM PST

This enchantment when worn on armor causes arrows to bounce 1-2 blocks away upon hitting the player. The player will not take damage and will not gain the effect of tipped arrows. However, because this enchantment is very overpowered, it is balanced by the fact that the armor loses durability per every arrow, and loses a bit. Around 30 arrows are enough to break it if unrepaired. This also cannot be put together with Projectile Protection.

    Arrow Protection

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 03:50 AM PST

Another one of the protection enchantments. When used and the armor worn, less damage will be taken by arrows, and there's a 25% chance to not get effected by a tipped arrow. However, that's all tipped arrows, good and bad.

    Redstone Junction

    Posted: 23 Jan 2020 09:20 PM PST

Similar to a repeater, the redstone junction simply allows redstone signals to cross each other without interfering.

The signal inputs from one side and gets spat out the other and can take a maximum of 2 inputs. The output signal strength is boosted to 15 regardless of the input strength as long it isn't 0.

    Smelting crops gives seeds

    Posted: 24 Jan 2020 04:02 AM PST

Smelting a crop item in a furnace gives their seeds. Wheat gives wheat seeds, Pumpkins give pumpkin seeds, Melon gives melon seeds, beetroot gives beetroot seeds, etc. However, carrots and potatoes don't do anything.
