There are no rules. The server gives players the freedom to experience Minecraft the way the original developers intended. A community has been formed and various groups fight for control of the server. There are events held on the server weekly. You can use hack clients. We have a developed nether highway system with cardinal and diagonal highways including ring roads and even a map. The server will be online 24/7 and we will make every effort to update the server to the newest Minecraft version as soon as possible. We do block certain movement hacks to maintain server stability. Normal difficulty. DescriptionAll-new amazing world spawn, built in newly-generated 1.16 chunks (with a Nether portal to 1.16-generated Nether chunks, so all the Nether Update goodness!) A good, simple survival server, running since 2012 with a small friendly community, close to vanilla but with the addition of Grief Prevention to allow players to claim land to protect their houses from griefing. PvP is enabled, and there is an awesome city-based PvP arena to battle in, although PvP isn't the focus of the whole server - there are plenty of players who play only to build, and do not partake in PvP, along with some who do play to PvP. The spawn area is PvP protected, and the Grief Prevention plugin means you're safe if you build a safe house. New players are also immune to PvP for a period to get settled safely. There's also automatic spam-kill prevention to deal with repeated kills, bed spawn camping, etc. We upgrade to new Minecraft versions once the new Spigot build is available, had a little time to shake out the bugs, and we've tested it on our test server and are happy with everything. General Rules: 1) We're here to have fun. These rules are meant to help with that, usually by resolving disputes between players with competing ideas of fun. 2) No griefing. Griefing is the intentional destruction or deletion of others property. 3) No stealing. 4) No duplicating items, utilizing cheats, hacked clients, x-raying, or anything else that can give you an advantage that other players do not have. 4a) TNT entity duplication is allowed for the purposes of limited perimeter clearing, and in blast chambers for farms. World eaters are not allowed. (see V. Economy for more details) 5) No non-consensual PvP. Killing of other players without consent is highly frowned upon and can net you punishment. Community Areas, Community Builds, and Themed Districts: 1) Community Areas encompass constructions by multiple players regarding a common theme and/or purpose, often for a public service. 2) Community Builds are buildings which provide a public service for the entire server to use. 3) Themed Districts are specific areas that are meant to follow a specific design theme (i.e. medieval or industrial). Multiple players may have builds or bases within such areas, often in close proximity to one another. 4) Community areas, community builds, and themed districts will often overlap. When in doubt, ask. 5) Neighbors are expected to work with one another to avoid issues. 6) Anything that would cause major damage to the surroundings around it (such as a wither fight or defacing a biome for resources) must be conducted at least 2,500 blocks away from (0, 0) and distanced appropriately from anyone else's base or farms. IV. Reserved Space: 1) Areas listed here have special restrictions or concerns when building in them. Please ask before you build in these areas. 2) The world border is set at 7500 blocks from (0,0). This is to ensure ingenerated land is available for future updates. 3) All space 200 blocks from spawn is reserved. 4) The End outside of +/- 1500 x/z (The main island, and a few of the smaller ones surrounding it) will be reset on a periodic basis to increase the supply of shulkers. Selective exemptions may be considered on a case by case basis. V. Economy: 1) Selling resources for diamonds, services or other materials is encouraged. Building farms is part of the fun, but if everyone can access the first farm of a type, you remove a lot of the incentive to build more. 2) The basic currencies of the server are diamonds and trust. Don't abuse either. 3) Many items can be automatically farmed. You are encouraged to build these farms for personal and commercial use. If you are looking for a family-based community where players help players and everyone is kind, this is where to go. Lots of changes are occurring, which doesn't affect gameplay, but promises great things in our near future. We have creative, a vast survival with McMMO and SF, and sky block.
