Experience an RP environment, do your class job, earn money, live a free life... until the night comes. Each player has a class, each with their own roles and jobs within a town. For example, A blacksmith is the only one who can use an anvil, craft iron/diamond tools, Armour etc. A farmer is the only one who can farm, the list goes on. This system allows for a rich and diverse economy and allows townspeople to work together, if a Miner needs his pickaxe repairing, he needs to visit the blacksmith. If the blacksmith needs ores, he will go to the Miner etc. This server uses a chest shop system, that way if someone is offline it does not halt your role within the town, it can always be purchased. This server uses factions, towns use factions to protect and manage people in the towns. Beware of the Foxes! They raid towns at night and are fierce warriors skilled in wielding axes and bows. The Foxes can and will raid towns, steal, kill and pillage at night time. If you are caught outside of a city's walls, you can be killed on sight by Foxes, regardless of your class. It is up to the Paladins and bravest of townsfolk to protect the towns! If the townsfolk life isn't for you, you can be a wanderer. This class is skilled in many things, which makes them able to survive out in the wilds on their own, or with friends. This server boasts a large plugin list, with custom recipes, custom generation and mechanics, bloodmoons, all with it's own home made plugins for reliability whilst keeping a very stable TPS. As you travel by roads outside the town walls. Enjoy both PvP and PvE aspects, challenge other players to PvP, participate in events, live your life doing your profession, delve into deep custom generated dungeons or claim bounties. There is no limits! The staff team is constantly looking into making a more stable game play so you can expect weekly updates. The server doesn't destroy the main principle of Minecraft, meaning the world isn't protected on 90% of the places. Minecraft is a sandbox game, and this server respects that. Introduction When you first spawn, you will be greeted with a choice, which will define your entire playing experience. There are three classes that you are able to pick: Futurist, Chemist, and the Ender. Each class has its own respective abilities relating to its origin. Along with its abilities, each class has its own respective spawn and personalized kits. The First Spawn Once you have chose your class, you will be teleported to your spawn, this is most likely where you will be spending most your time in between quests, boss hunting, and socializing. You are welcomed with multiple holograms explaining how our spawns work and how to navigate them. You will be welcomed by two NPCs, The Strange Old Man and the Mob Hunter. These are the NPCs that will give you access to a majority of our custom features and unique quests. The Mob Hunter at first glance will not have anything available to you to begin with, however once you go to the Strange Old Man for your quests, you will understand how to get those entries. Quests By completing quests, you unlock the abilities to see mob entries within the Mob Hunters GUI. These quests range from killing mobs, mining certain materials, farming certain crops, and building certain blocks. We do this to provide the player with a sense of progression, having to work towards something that will eventually give them are powerful item. However, quests are not just there so you can get access to the Mob Hunter entries; if you are short on money, experience, or perhaps need a challenge, this is the place to go to. You will see the extensive categories available to you within the GUI. Factions Factions is one of the most important aspects of this server, it is implemented to be utilized by players to join together with the other classes and form a powerful faction filled with abilities, leveling, and raiding. We aim to maximize the player experience with popular addons such as factions fly, factions top, factions perms, and so much more. With faction perms, for example, leaders can now be picky with what kind of power your moderators, admins, and co-owners have. Of course, featuring the same features that factions is known for. Bosses Bosses are our way of making the playing experience a little more challenging and engaging. The Elytra is one such item that we have decided needs to be a little harder to obtain than in vanilla. In order to obtain the item, you must defeat five bosses, each that give you their piece of the crafting recipe. Also, if you somehow get the items before hand, you still will not be able to craft it. With the killing of the final boss comes the required permissions to craft the item. Bosses are in specific, protected regions all around the map. In order to find the bosses, you will need to have a compass in your hotbar and go to your spawn and access the Mob Hunter NPC. Once you select a boss, your compass will point towards their coordinates. Be sure you're the first one there! They only spawn once every four hours! We're looking for friendly people that want to build a hermit-like server and come together to have fun and build things. I'm not looking to make it into a massive server, but I would like to build a community of active players that come together and create a fun world! Mainly Vanilla, the server does have some slight tweaks. One person sleeping, just for convenience sake. It is run off of a spigot/bukkit server. We are a few months established, with 10 people on the server right now, but still looking for another 10-20 people. Once joining the server there are some rules, and things to note: The server is based off of an honor system, and you do have to pull your own weight. We want people to contribute, and it takes a lot of resources to gather things. People's item are their time, so make sure that you're contributing, or trading in some way. The server does run 24/7 Daily backups! We protect your builds and items! We allow farms, and afking, but make sure your farms have an option to be turned off, and have overflow protection, just so that the server runs as smoothly as possible. Now, we're looking for new, active players to add new life to the developing Hermitcraft-esque server. There's a strong sense of community but also individualism. The realm is still sort of starting up — we have a few farms (gold, iron, general mob) and elytra and even a beacon — but nobody really has a base and everything's in the ugly developmental stages. If you like building large scale farms, small detailed houses, anything at all, this server is for you. We pretty much do everything except for cheat, but are in desperate need of someone to pretty the place up. We have a lot of functionality at the cost of our eyes. The player base is small. There are donator packs for some extra perks at a decent price. Our community is friendly and full of people of all ages! Looking for more daily players to make into mods.
