Released to the public on 4th Febuary 2020, Classic Survival is an old school style survival server, we offer our players a semi-vanilla experience with a few plugins to make your survival journey a little easier.
We offer all our players access to /tpa, allowing you to teleport to your friends without the hassle of having to walk tens of thousands of blocks to find their base. We allow all of our players to set up to 3 unique homes, giving you the opportunity to travel quickly to different bases.
However, this does not mean your base is safe. No land claiming and no grief prevention. So remember to keep your base hidden and far away!
Play the game however you want, team up with some friends or explore on your own! Build an empire or take down another players hard work. The opportunies on this server are endless!

| [Wanted][Vanilla][PVP][Anarchy] Looking for a 1.15/1.16 (snapshot) 100% vanilla server Posted: 17 Feb 2020 10:00 AM PST Hello there, I've gotten back at minecraft around a month ago and am currently looking for a server to play on. My "requirements" are basically the same from my last wanted post about a year ago so I simply copy-pasted it here. Here's what I'm basically looking for : - The server should be in 1.15 (or 1.16 snapshot to test the cool new stuff) - The server should be on Hard Mode. - The server should be vanilla for players. I don't mind plugins making moderator's job easier, but a player should not have any sort of command directly impacting gameplay. No teleportation, no build limit, no grief protection etc. I'm fine with small exceptions such as a protected spawn zone or something allowing a player to loot the head of another player he killed, but that's pretty much my limit concerning changes to gameplay. - The server should have no rules beyond the classic "no cheating/no doxxing" kind of stuff. Players should be free to act as they wish : Griefing, looting, hunting, betraying, the whole bunch that makes an anarchy server. That's part of the thrill : Knowing you can lie to people, but they can lie to you as well. You can trap someone's base, only to come back finding your own base gone. Complete anarchy, alliances forged and broken, this kind of thing. Let the players handle things. I've mostly, if not only played on this kind of servers for 9 years now, and the really cool part about anarchy is that you never know how it's going to turn out. Sometimes, you end up chasing someone spawn killing new players. Sometimes, you end up being that guy. Sometimes, a huge groups forms up and they can accomplish amzing thing without even fearing other players, because they know everyone on the server and can easily make them pay, mafia style. - The server should have a limited map size. Having someone being a prick and then hiding in the far end of the world is annoying, and having your own base impossible to find is removes any danger. The thrill of an anarchy server is also finding better and better ways to hide your base, or finding someone else's. Checking the number of entities via F3 to discover a secret mob farm, waiting for hours at spawn with invisibility potions to follow someone back to their base... - Bonus feature : Having a sort of deathban cooldown : When you manage to wipe out a rival group you'd have plenty of time before they're back, you'd have to plan out your trips, etc because dying isn't as trivial. Not absolutely necessary though. Spawn protection would make sense with deathbans, otherwise you could pretty much wait for your ennemies to respawn and kill them asap, ruining the purpose of a risky life. - Bonus feature : Hidden coordinates, making you use maps to travel etc. Combined with a limited map size, you quickly get to know the world around you.ce. Anyway, that's pretty much it. (and that's quite a lot already!) If you know a server matching those conditions, even if they don't match all of them, do tell me. The goal of this server is to have a nice community akin to hermitcraft with no griefing/stealing. PVP is allowed but only if both parties agree. As it is on the snapshot there are no anti grief plugins. However the operators will be very active and griefers will be banned instantly, any damage rolled back. I consider the server a lawless server because there is only 1 rule concerning gameplay, No cheating. My goal as someone hosting a server is to create an environment where people can enjoy all the mechanics of vanilla minecraft, both pvp and pve. What really makes minecraft shine is when people work together and it is all the more impressive when people decide to work together on a lawless server. While I encourage cooperation, I also enjoy some chaos and that is why there is only 1 rule. Please note, there are minimal plugins on this server (to prevent lag during tps drops). And there is minimal intervention by admins. Everything built in the game is built in survival mode, creative mode is not permitted. Most people login to server and immediately die, over and over, then they rage quit. Be warned the server is set to hard mode and because there is very little lag the monsters will make your life difficult. Some people asked me, why the server has the name it does. Well, when I first started the server, a zombie pigman broke my door. Other things of note, the map will never be reset and the seed will never be given out. Location: Montreal, Canada Difficulty: Hard. Rule(s): Cheating = Perma ban, spamming nonsense = muted chat, lag machine = fuck you. Clarification on no cheating. No cheating means using any client or code to give you an advantage or "hack" the game. This includes any kind of x-ray. Duping is a grey area because it's using an ingame mechanic or exploit to give you a benefit in the game. Since duping is almost impossible to reliably police we will not be banning people for duping, but it is frowned upon by the community. What this means is most of our players look very negatively upon it and will be less likely to work with you if you are a known duper and may be more likely to target you for griefs or pvp. We're looking for friendly people that want to build a hermit-like server and come together to have fun and build things. We're not looking to make it into a massive server, but we would like to build a community of active players that come together and create a fun world! Mainly Vanilla, the server does have some slight tweaks. It is run off of a spigot/bukkit server. We are a few months established, with about 10 people on the server right now, but still looking for another 10-20 people. Once joining the server there are some rules, and things to note: The server is based off of an honor system, and you do have to pull your own weight. The server does run 24/7 Daily backups! We allow farms, and afking, but make sure your farms have an option to be turned off, and have overflow protection, just so that the server runs as smoothly as possible.
