Astra is an incredibly old non-profit server, and through the years, we have grown a community and formed our own identity as a server. There are certain requirements that a city or country must meet for it to be recognized as official. These can range from how many members they have, to city banners and such. 🌍 We also have a Dynmap (full server map on a website for live viewing). Personally, I find it really fun to just wander around the world, and finding these various destinations - seeing what our community has put together. 👥 Despite the fact that we're a lot in this community, we all get along. That's something rare that I haven't seen on many other servers. No, you don't need to be 18+ to join our server. I have always found that rule on other servers quite idiotic considering people mature at different ages, so that's not something you should worry about. We have an active staff team - handpicked members that I find suitable to be staff. All our staff members are long-time players of Astra. 🧰 We also have a few custom plugins just to spice it up a little (e.g. you can vote in chat for the time of day, report others, list all cities, view relics (exceptional or sentimental builds handpicked by staff & the community), a world map, and much more. There are quite a few data packs as well (vanilla tweaks). Our players are also able to check by themselves who has interacted with their build/storage without needing staff to do it. LegoWelt server is just that... This is a small vanilla server with a few vanilla tweaks. We started out as a small group of friends from Germany. We are in our mid 20s and have been enjoying Minecraft since our school years. We have always been keen on playing together and having fun in this virtual world. Living in a world not only by ourselves is a lot more enjoyable and fun! Seeing buildings grow and other things being built from other people is just a great feeling and gives so much joy. We have formed a very diverse community of people from all over the world in almost all age groups.Very friendly and helpful. Most of us are Europe Based but anybody is welcome. There are many abandoned bases, depending on who's base it is, these bases may be claimed and brought back to life. If that is not your thing, there is near unlimited unclaimed land... just go anywhere! If you don't feel like building alone, I am happy to introduce my big mountain area project that needs a lot of work but is looking great already. Or just ask others to come help out or form a partnership! There are also a few groups around that you will learn to know that exist. There are no set rules on where you have to be on the server, it would be cool if we are all closer together so we can see each other from time to time. (There is a lot of space nexts my mountains ) Features: This is a vanilla server and there are no mods installed. We are running on papermc with a few little tweaks that visually don't change the vanilla gameplay but improve the vanilla experience on a server by a lot! We do everything in survival, no creative or other game modes. There will be no commands for items/levels/spawning etc. Literally the scoreboard command will be used, because we like to see how often someone dies when pressing tab. We use a few tweaks without destroying the vanilla experience, some are just plain fun or near essential for a SMP. None are final and voted on by the community: Mob Heads have a chance of dropping on a kill (Reason: Fun) Player Heads will drop if killed by a player (Reason: Fun) The Enderdragon will drop an elytra (Reason: this helps the long marches through the end when it's been raided for thousands of blocks already) Shulkers drop 2 shells each (Reason: Same as above) XYZ and Time Display (Reason: Ability to show only the Coordinates and Direction instead of the whole F3 screen, which is overwhelmed by information and text) AFK Display (Reason: To see if someone is afk and not active) Multiplayer Sleep (Reason: Only 30% of the people in the overworld have to sleep to skip the night) And a few more small changes, check them out on our discord server! RandomSkyBlock RandomSkyBlock is a unique twist of the classic gamemode: Skyblock. You will be given a random item every 15 seconds (10 for new players) from any of the materials in the entire Minecraft catalog. Your luck will be tested, and you'll have to engineer your way to the top just as you would on an ordinary Skyblock server! If PvP is your jam, you can hop into our expansive warzone with the gear you acquire to pillage even more, whether it be through other players or our unique events that happen within. | Settlers of the Barrens [SMP] {Custom World} {Economy} {1.16.4} Posted: 08 Mar 2021 10:30 AM PST Minecraft's First and Only Genuine Economy Server (18+) Many Minecraft servers claim to have an 'economy'. However, I've never come across one with a genuine, functional economy. Servers that make this claim provide no genuine incentive to participate in their economy. For example, why would I bother to buy wheat, iron ore or redstone off another player in Minecraft when I can easily go find some myself. Items with a higher scarcity such as wither skulls or enchanted items make sense to trade but there isn't enough demand. Especially amongst a smaller player base. The server takes this concept of scarcity and applies it across a lot more items making the economy of the server a key and essential aspect. How will you do this? you may be thinking. To do this, the server will have a custom map, with players spawning in the centre. The centre is a green and fertile region with plenty of food however there is no precious ores or metals. To get ores and metals such as diamond and redstone, one must travel outside of the green and fertile centre into the 'Barrens'. The Barrens are a dangerous and barren land but contain valuable resources. No two types of ores will be able to be found in the same area so a lot of dangerous traveling will have to accompany mining therefore making ores valuable and worth trading. Furthermore, scarcity will also be applied to food creating another whole dimension to the economy. This will be executed by preventing players from farming in the barrens (due to the barren and harsh conditions) and food will also expire. This will mean that if you want to mine for an extensive period of time, you will need to stock up on food and constantly replenish your stocks. This also means that if a player were to set up a settlement outside of the "fertile area" to conduct mining operations or a trade outpost, they would need to import food. This adds another dimension to pvp and raiding as you will be able to siege an enemy player by starving them out. Factions will be used for the land claiming and raiding aspect of the server. OneDayDeath is a hardcore survival world that will ban you for one day if you die, we run 24/7 on a hosted service and can host up to 50 players at a time. Why join us? This server aims for a hermitcraft feel to it, so if you like building and interacting with others, this is the server for you! This is a mature community with all players over 18 years old. At the moment we have 13 players with up to 3-8 players active at any given time and would like to have at least 20-30. The server has most of the datapacks from hermitcraft(VanillaTweaks), many of which improve the quality of life of gameplay (while still keeping it survival). Plugins on the world include CoreProtect, ClearLag, Dynmap, and ViewDistanceTweaks and datapacks such as one player sleep, mob head drops and coordinates HUD. (Looking for builders and redstone experienced players, but all players are welcome as long as they are active. Despite being up for 2 months, we feel we are just getting started!) If you're tired of only playing on a server for a month or two and having all of your work discarded or dealing with troublesome players, you will not have to worry about that here. You can join with Java or Bedrock version, but it is a Java server (some Bedrock mechanics are buggy). Afterwards, a short player application must be completed before you are whitelisted, located at https://www.dragonbornserver.com/joinserver/ This helps us weed out the types of players we do not want: (example: griefers or people who hop from server to server daily). We have a nice discord and minecraft community. Join the discord first to be whitelisted. We prefer ages 15+, but if you're mature enough its ok. Our world isn't full of exciting things happening so if you need to constantly be entertained then its not for you. If you enjoy a chill community playing survival with no toxic environment then this is for you! Server has gotten slow lately and we need to give it some life! Our world is 5 months old and established, and we would love to see a few more friendly players who will stick around longer than joining once or twice. Use hacked clients, build bases, grief them, help people or oppress them, it's all up to you. There is no staff, hub, kits or teleport commands. Minewreck went online on March 6, 2021. The server's world is one that has been revived from a long-dead anarchy server, and is the permanent map for this one. It has been explored and built in extensively by hundreds of players, offering a seasoned and already-established environment. There's lots of things to explore and discover beyond the carnage at inner spawn. The world's original nether and end became corrupt last year and had to be reset, meaning that the current dimensions are fresh (as well as permanent). New players will have an effortless time obtaining items from them, as well as having the opportunity to slay the world's second Ender Dragon, obtaining the second Dragon Egg, and starting new Nether highways. At this moment, there are several undiscovered dupe staches present in the overworld. Lag machines and other such abuse of the server are not tolerated and will result in a ban. Don't do it.
