We currently have about 8 to 10 active players and are hoping to grow. The server is based in Europe and has players from all over the globe. We run the latest PaperMC but have removed some of the paper fixes so that e.g. bedrock breaking, improving villager trading by curing, etc is still allowed, together with a few plugins to assist with grief prevention and overall community integration. It is a randomly generated survival map with a world border currently at +/- 7500. We expanded the map to generate new 1.17 terrain, and will do again for 1.18. We do not plan on resetting the map. Some of the highlights you may find on the server can be seen here Server features: ✔️ Small but great team of staff with a mature and friendly attitude. ✔️ Difficulty is hard.Fire spread is turned off.Keep inventory is on. ✔️ No AFK kick. ✔️ Growing shop area in our community town based on diamonds as a currency. ✔️ You can use the community town and farms, or just go it alone, you decide. We are a relatively small community of excited Minecraft players, and we are looking for some people to join us! About us We are a group of players that share a love for Minecraft. We have a variety of different people and playstyles: we have people who focus mainly on building, people who love messing around with redstone, people who like to work on projects with others, and people who simply want to have their own house somewhere. What binds us all together is the fact that we like to play with other people, and have a chat with each other every now and then, either in Minecraft or in our discord server! About our world We're playing on a regular vanilla world that we plan to keep long-term. We started a few months ago when 1.17 was released. We don't have a lot of buildings yet, but we have a few projects we started working on:
Most of our players have their own base somewhere, by themselves or with a few others, and every now and then we try to get together to work on builds for the communal areas. Extra Activities Besides playing Minecraft together, we also hold mini-game events every now and then, where we play minigames or other games like Jackbox Party, Cards Against Humanity, Skribbl.io and others. We have gamenights at least every other weekend, and sometimes more. During these events, we usually sit in voicechat together. Everyone is invited to join, but nothing is obligatory :) Who are we looking for? We are looking for active, friendly players that want to be part of a long-term community. We accept players that are 17 or older, but don't worry if you're a bit older - most of our players are somewhere between 20 and 30 years old. It doesn't matter how much experience you have with Minecraft, both experienced and newer players are welcome. Our plan for 1.18 As we are trying to keep our world for as long as possible, we have made a plan to migrate to 1.18 once it is released. We want to incorporate the new caves and cliffs, but we don't want to lose all our building progress. So, what we will do is the following:
We are aware that due to the terrain generations we can't guarantee that the structure will fit as nicely in its environment as it did on the 1.17 world. In some cases manual relocation or terraforming will be needed to a certain extent. Of course we will discuss this when the time comes, and we will do our best to let this impact the players as little as possible. Technical details Our world runs on Paper. We try to play on the latest release, so when a new version releases we will most likely update as soon as possible! We aim to have our gameplay stay as close to vanilla as possible, but we do use a few plugins and datapacks for minor improvements, such as One Player Sleep and Armor Statues. We also make use of a Resource World, so that we don't have to destroy the terrain of our regular world by mining large amounts of resources, and we have a separate Creative World where you can work together on designs. Phoxis is a small active minecraft server looking to grow the community. We strive to enhance the minecraft vanilla experience through the introduction of plugins. The minecraft version is currently 1.17.1 java edition! How are we different to other MC Servers? Races! Do you ever feel bored of playing vanilla minecraft? Well in this server, every player has the ability to change their race. Ranging from Vampires to Lycanthropes, Angels to Demons and many more! The server is running a collection of mods and tweaks to make more items renewable and enhance the gameplay experience. The main projects that come to mind are a proposed spawn perimeter, nether hub, community village trader, and our own Carpet addon. While there are big projects planned there is always someone looking to start something new or help out with a project, so it's a great time to join and start something. CommunityThe Prosperity community is small, and primarily composed of builders and technical players, although everyone⁰ will be accepted. As stated above, there is always someone willing to help out with a project or provide feedback. Mods and tweaksThe server is modded, but fully compatible with vanilla. That means that all features work serverside¹, can be used with a vanilla client, and can be replicated using the public configs on a singleplayer world. The features introduced bring quality of life changes, performance improvements, and most interestingly, new possibilities for farms and redstone. These changes are documented on the wiki, and introduce features like auto-crafting, movable tile entities, and sticky chains. Servers and administrationThe server is run with a 4Ghz CPU, 10GB of RAM, and is hosted in the US. As well as this the server also has a fairly high 16 chunk view-distance². Connecting from Taiwan I get ~150 ping. While I can't guarantee 20TPS³, I have never seen the server drop below that, even with multiple players and demanding farms. As far as administration goes, I am always open to new suggestions, and willing to help with issues any way I can. Yoshilands is a community server that offers many various gamemodes such as Factions, KitPvP, Skyblock, and Creative/Plots! Many staff members, testers, and anybody else you can think of have been recruited to help with this project. While searching for answers, there were numerous moments when hope seemed to have faded away completely! Hii, we are a survival server with 2 months old map, we have lots of interesting plugins that work together to keep our economy dynamic, here you can join a town with other players, create your own community, you can even make your own town and invite people to live in it! Towns mixed with our proximity voice chat make it so much more interesting! Depending on how you handle it making a town could even be profitable depending on how much you charge per plot, or you can choose to not charge taxes and stablish a communist empire, whatever floats your boat I guess. Not to mention how many P2W servers are out there, which only make the game easier if you open your wallet... NO MERCY MINECRAFT puts the fear back in the night. Semi-vanilla with a twist. Hard mode wasn't enough to satisfy us - so, all mobs have double health and double damage [with some exceptions]. Zombies have better armor than you. Piglins will one shot through full iron armor. Oh, and you can't just sleep the night away [Phantoms are removed though]. Prepare to die. NMM already has an active community despite being opened very recently. NMM is moderated by veterans in Minecraft server creation and management who strive to operate with integrity [and without favoritism]. In addition, we aim to keep the server as lightweight as possible. No bloated, unnecessary plugins that destroy TPS. No huge list of unnecessary commands. And of course, only the best hardware on our dedicated servers. As a team, we are committed to keeping the survival experience free of game-breaking kits and donor ranks. Why did I make this an 18+ server? I have nothing against people under 18, but I want people on the server to be able to talk about adult subjects (like what you smoke on 4/20 for example). The server was created one week ago, so if you like playing on a new world and progressing with everyone else on the server this is a great opportunity to do so. We are Playhouse SMP and always looking for like-minded people to play Minecraft with us. We are a semi-vanilla survival java server for adults. Are you looking for a friendly and tight community? This is it! We all have things to do in our lives, be it kids, work or studies. We simply cannot devote every minute of the day to Minecraft, even if we wanted to sometimes. A while ago, a group of players who met through different servers, noticed we are all looking for a place to hang out and play, but never really found it. So we decided to create it ourselves. As we were all in our 30s, we noticed we have less time to play than our younger counterparts and we need a steady place where we can play at our own pace. We were tired of servers shutting down, resetting maps just when we were getting started, leaving us to have to start over again. Because of this, we decided to create our own server. A steady server which is still there, even when you are unable to play for a week or even longer. A server where you know the other players because they don't change every day. After we founded the server, we thought it would be fun to include other like-minded people. And so we did. We have been growing steadily since we started in August 2020. Right now, we have a player-base of about 50 active players from all over the world: about 35% European based, 50% USA, and 15% from Asia, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. There is always someone playing because of this diverse population. The majority of our players is between 25 and 50 years old. A rough estimate would suggest 30% of us are 30+ and 50% is between 20 and 30 years old. Usually, you will find around 5 others online, with peaks going between 10 and 15 on the weekends, and the daily activity is at around 20-30 unique players. Rather than have everybody fend for themselves, we tend to help each other. We build big communal farms for everybody to share, like iron, slime, wool, enderman for exp, etc. Currently, we have an Easter event going on, a community village being built, and a bunch of other projects. Everybody who wants and has time can help by either supplying resources needed or building. It's a real group effort. Besides all the group projects, many of us have built our own bases, but even here we can see the community coming back. Some of us are good at building farms, some can do redstone, some can decorate really well. We all tend to help each other everywhere we can because, in the end, Minecraft is most fun when being shared with others. Having farms of our own also allows us to trade with each other. There is a huge shopping district, with shops selling pretty much anything. Our server is on a dedicated host, which provides us with excellent performance and stability. Season 2 has started recently, we have been playing on the current map since June 2021. Some of us have grouped up and started our own community village west of spawn, for those who don't want mega bases, but would rather live closer to others. There is plenty of space available, so you're welcome to find a place for yourself as well. The area around spawn is the shopping district, directly linked to our nether hub. We develop all these projects as a group, and everyone can pitch in as much as they'd like.
