Our goal is simple, to create a non-resetting map where peoples ideas and builds can come together. We aim to strive as close to vanilla Minecraft as possible in servers and allow an "anarchy" style feel to the game, whilst disallowing hacked clients. The server was set up on the 23rd July 2021 and we will never reset from this map. Those of you familiar with the term anarchy in Minecraft are likely familiar with FitMC, our ideals are similar to 2b2t however we disallowed hacked clients to make the game more fair. Many players opt to create history in the way of massive builds that are incredibly hard to create on survival servers, some create huge farms with complicated redstone mechanics, and others embrace full anarchy and loot and pillage any and all builds they can find. This creates an interesting dynamic where builders will often hide their bases in careful ways to prevent being found whilst they work on their masterpieces. The idea of allowing griefing is intentional as we aim to mirror a survival experience as best as possible, there is no protection from people in vanilla Minecraft and the thrill of that is often enjoyable. We noticed a lack of anarchy style survival servers in the EU Community and so set our goals on providing a server for people seeking better ping and connection to the server. Despite this, ping is good for other players such as NA East often receiving around 80 ping which is good. We enjoy long term vanilla survival gameplay to unwind after our daily tasks. Our maps usually last at least a year, and some of us build some amazingly large projects! | Posted: 05 Mar 2022 11:12 AM PST Greetings, My name is Connor (23 y/o) (IGN: conman8432). I run Pangeacraft, a vanilla server that is back for season 2 in Minecraft version 1.18. We also have a realm that is used for minigames as well as a creative world! The server is approximately three months old, having begun upon the release of 1.18 on November 30th, 2021. So far, we have a whitelist over 30 players strong! Some players are more established, and some are still in the very early stages of the game. The more established players would be happy to lend a hand to new players getting started! I am looking for active, ambitious players (16+) to join me and have fun playing Minecraft. I am planning on keeping this world for a long time, so this is the perfect place to make that mega base you have always wanted to do! Pangeacraft is centred around community. The server spawn is a sparse jungle above lush caves and bordering a mesa. It is the home of an active shopping district and community builds like a large Christmas tree which was used for a Secret Santa. We also have a community Ender Ender XP farm and the beginnings of a community nether hub. We also do events on the server like a biweekly secret stat event where the person with the highest score in a certain stat at the end of the event wins a prize! With a few exceptions (such as spawn), you will be free to build however you want, wherever you want. I am excited to welcome players that have many different styles of playing and building. For example, my play style is very focused on redstone engineering and game mechanics. The server is on Hard difficulty and will always run on the latest official update of the Java Edition of Minecraft or some variation such as paper. There is currently a 20,000-radius world border in place in order to ensure that there are unloaded chunks for the addition of the deep dark biome and mangrove swamps that will come with update 1.19, as well as any other new generation that may come in the future. The server also includes some plugins such as Dynmap, and datapacks from vanillatweaks.net such as: Double shulker shells, multiplayer sleep, armour statue tweaks, and more. There are no server-side mods, and only certain client-side mods such as Optifine will be approved. Anyone found using unapproved mods such as an X-ray mod or texture pack will be removed from the server. Recording or streaming is totally fine, but not in the least bit required. Server Rules/Guidelines: · Discord is mandatory. It is the primary form of communication. · Players must be at least 16 years old. · Being active is a requirement. If you become inactive, you will be removed from the whitelist until you send me a message indicating your desire to continue playing. · Pranking is allowed, provided it is not destructive or impossible to remove. · No griefing.
