    My son has a problem with Minecraft

    He's 7 years old and loves this game. He mostly plays in the living room on my Xbox and we watch him as a family while he plays.

    Sometimes play at night at night and progress a little and leave him surprises. Enchanted tools and stuff.

    But I've noticed a problem that I don't feel like I can ignore any longer. He won't eat.

    When he does, it's mostly rotten flesh and raw vegetables and only when he's starving. It's seriously distressing to me to watch him wandering around the desert, nearly dead and starving himself to death.

    I've given him stacks of food, but I feel I'm only enabling his bad habits. And it's only getting worse.

    Last night he was mining in the dark because he didn't want to bother with torches. "I can still see diamonds in the dark, dad. Don't worry."

    But I do worry. I worry about the path he's on. What's next? No armor? Mining bare handed? It's madness... Is there even any hope?
