In specific we are looking for a towny war server or a server with a way of raiding (not cannoning raiding) and "conquest" with plenty of pvp (not factions please). We are specifically looking for towny war as it provides a good dynamic between building cool cities and bases and pvp action and raiding. In specific the aspects of not being attacked when your members are offline. We are happy playing with most custom features as long as they don't radically change the game. (Ex. We have mods that add guns and the like in the modern packs but the main focus is nation building and players can get pretty involved. We get propaganda campaigns and nations hold elections and fight in wars and all that fun stuff. It is a really friendly and close knit community and I'm really proud to be part of making it happen. Players team together and claim land and build their nation and their cities. There are a pretty big set of rules about rules of engagement but basically you can only attack other players while you are at war and they must be online at the time. Players are often discouraged to aimlessly attack weaker players since overly hostile nations are often targeted by the majority of the server (I speak from experience) The server has gone through multiple iterations from cold war and modern packs to medieval and lord of the rings themed packs. It is a lot of fun for all ranges of players. People who want to be peaceful and be by themselves often get protection by the big nations. Players who want to build massive beautiful architecture can build cities and other builds. Those who love military can stock up on weapons and fight in wars. Players like me who want the make awesome automated industry can go wild with the mods. Those who don't even want to play and just wish to cause trouble and get involved in server politics on the discord can even have some fun. We really try to welcome all ranges of players. Hello, we are Graphite Community we run a small Vanilla server, that is pretty much bare bones vanilla we do not normally include many if any plugins into the server, the most we have is plugins to help with moderation, if the community as a whole desires a plugin then yes that would be added but as of now we only have a few plugins most are admin tools. We have been running a server since the 1.7 age and have been continually updating or changing what we're playing either that being modded or vanilla, we currently have decided to start a vanilla server with no plans to ever reset it again, with nightly backups being made as well to the world to prevent any and all data loss. It seemed like a great idea and a great way to showcase smaller streamers that deserve more more attention. This is in the same format, both me and my friend have twitch accounts and we stream occasionally, but we aren't big streamers because of the fact that it is hard to get followers. We devised this idea to create a server with some other smaller twitch streamers focused on the game. We figured that if we all worked together we may gain some traction and grow as a community of streamers, together. We are different from Carson's server because we are small twitch streamers working together, unlike Carson promoting a bunch of other small streamers. The server is running 1.13.2 with a couple of basic plugins. We wanted to have PVP just to speed up the game a bit and to make it a more challenging experience. We are looking for around 8 other players to start with until we (possibly) get big and expand. We are working together to host the server even though he owns it, but he has given me EXPLICIT approval to write this. Rules -PVP is enabled and keepInventory is off, you can steal from those you kill, but you also have to give their stuff back in certain cases, like agreements or duels. -There is no stealing from other players or griefing their bases, because that ruins progress and makes the game un-fun for players. -We are looking for younger players, we are both under 15 and we feel uncomfortable around people above that because it is hard to connect as well with them. -Teams of up to two players are allowed at the start, but you will get a 1 day ban if you are caught "double-teaming," as its referred to, another player, to make all fights fair and to base it on PVP ability not just if you are working with another person. -Streaming the game is required to make sure all players are playing fairly, you each have to show proof of your twitch channel in your application. You will have to put a discord server link in your twitch channel description where viewers can report if they see any suspicious activity. -We are all here to have fun, we wanna play a fair game, I know at the start it will be hard to enforce these rules, but we really don't want to punish anybody, we want just to play fair and to have fun, punishing people causes controversy and controversy is something we would like to stay as far away from as possible. -Lastly you have to have discord and have to be able to talk in voice chat with a decent microphone.
