The goal with this server is to have an awesome community and never reset the world for an example if you get tired of a place/city you can find another place to build, explore etc. This server is a Vanilla server with 0 plugins and it's for people who wants to play normal multiplayer Minecraft. It can be a place for people who wants to relax, meet new friends, or just have fun. You could create awesome buildings/creations or maybe go on an adventure, It's your choice! Players form their own nations, enforce their own rules, and are responsible for protecting what they've made. Playing as a hermit is an extra challenge compared to other Survival servers: Punch a tree? No, you need to get sticks from leaves, and make planks from sticks. Make wood/stone tools? You need to get flint or bone to make primitive tools instead. OK I've got a primitive tool, why isn't this stone breaking? Primitive tools are junk, you need to hit it 1-10 times until it randomly breaks. Found some iron, why can't I smelt it? Uhh I could explain how to make Factories, but you'd probably better join a nation at this point. OK fine, let's make a boat and sail to a nation! This is a server that is based on HermitCraft and what they've created, (I didn't realize HermitCraft was a thing until after I started advertising), in that we'll all join an empty world, pick our area(s) and start building according to..well, we can decide that when we get enough members. The plan is to have these members record/document their progress through the "Season", if you've seen HermitCraft on Youtube, you've got the idea already. I thought it would be a great way to maybe get a small number of Youtubers, some more views/subs. And have fun while doing it. We will just be running XISuma's Vanilla Tweaks Datapack and you can use whatever Resourcepack you wish. Rules are simple Having a good mic is a must, no one wants to listen to a video where the mic quality is grating. Having the ability to record in 1080p or higher at around 60 FPS is also a must, if you can manage 720p 60fps, that should be ok as well. I'm looking for members that are 18+ (There may be exceptions if the sample videos are of nice quality.) When you apply, you'll need to submit a short video sample, What you include is up to you, it could be showing a build, red stone, anything really, it's mostly just to see the quality of mic and video/editing. Also, include your age and time zone either in the video or when you send the video to me. No harassing/grieving, this stands without saying, but the bot thinks it needs to be here. We'll be running on an honour system, meaning everyone is on the same page and there's no stealing from other members, pranking is great, and encouraged though. No Toxicity, this one is actually more serious. No one wants to be around toxicity, least of all on Minecraft.

| Posted: 24 Aug 2019 08:30 AM PDT What even is Ratcraft?¯\_(ツ)_/¯ rc.badrats.org So basically, Ratcraft is vanilla hard-mode survival with a twist.🍦We've got a couple of unique features which make for some different & challenging gameplay, and are also pretty fun! duh. Apart from hacking, cheating, spamming, and the like... it's pretty much complete freedom to do whatever your little rat heart desires. Our 3 main features include: RANDOM SPAWNWhen you join for the first time you'll spawn in a random location in the world. This can be anywhere from +29,999,981 to -29,999,981 x/z. When you die you'll also respawn in another random location in the world, unless of course you've slept in a bed... so you should try and do that as soon as possible! NO COORDINATESThe debug screen (F3) info is greatly reduced, and your XYZ coordinates aren't displayed. Neither you nor anyone else knows where you are. You're also likely many millions of blocks away from the nearest player! RAT PORTALSTo counteract these difficulties, we've got the incredible power of Rat Portals! Based off SnowGear's Color Portals, these nifty structures can be built by players and are used to connect one distant location to another. These are one of Ratcraft's most essential features! They're also the only feasible way to find friends or foes when starting out. Our Core Philosophophiesprivacy – players don't have to worry about being found or griefed by others if they stick to their random spawn area. Other players are very likely many millions of blocks away. lostness – having no coordinates makes people lose their bearing on the world. Players will have to rely on maps, compasses, landmarks, and their sense of direction in order to navigate. interconnectability – Rat Portals give players the ability to easily interact with others if they so choose, and allow for communities to exist even across great distances. (\^ is lostness even a real word idk?)) We are a whitelisted, semi-vanilla, 1.14.4 Mostly survival multiplayer server updating as updates roll out. The server is relatively new being up for only a couple months. We at RiseMC do not sell anything for real money. No in-game ranks, items, cosmetics, etc. All items and ranks in the game are earnable through playing and/or voting. We pay for server costs, website fees, and teamspeak out of our own pockets so players don't have to feel like people are shilling to them for cash. Who are we and who do we want?We WantWe're looking for fun, dedicated minecraft players. Our server is owned and operated by adults, but all ages are welcome. As a general rule of thumb, all players should behave in a way that does not negatively represent our community or ruin the game experience for other players. Please keep in mind that we believe PVP does not ruin the experience, PVP is part of RiseMC.
