    Project Nebula

    Project Nebula is a Hermitcraft-style SMP started by /u/Colinator007 and I. We love playing as a community and generally interacting with new people, which is why we started a server. Our community is tight, and very welcoming! We are full of personable, interesting people, and I hope you give our server a shot. You'll meet lots of new people!

    About Us

    Colin and I are college students looking to play with new people! We're both engineering students and love to fiddle with redstone and farms. But we also love building beautiful structures and planning a nice base, and just generally hanging out and relaxing with some games. We encourage all playstyles and love to see the creative ways you guys play this game! We have experience hosting multiple servers in the past, such as Colincraft and Nebula Network, and have joined/played on many servers, too.

    Our goal is to not only create an active Minecraft server, but an active community and group of friends as well. While our community has a solid base, we are always looking to expand our group and we'd love to get to know you! We'd love to play other games with you in addition to Minecraft, such as Terraria, GTA V, Smash Ultimate, or whatever else you may have on Steam (or other consoles, like Switch)! We've found that many of our players tend to be college students majoring in engineering.

You must agree to our rules using !agree and will then be able to apply for whitelist, with a special message DM'd to you with instructions. Upon acceptance you will be granted access to the rest of the Discord!

    We are hosting the following servers:

    • Minecraft 1.14.4 Vanilla (Running Paper MC with no major plugins. Our map started June 8th 2019 :))

      -This server uses quality-of-life datapacks, which are designed to aid the experience and efficiency of the game without altering the Vanilla feel. Examples include one-player sleep, logical uncrafting, and Ender Dragon dropping elytra. A full list of datapacks can be found here! To improve server performance we've been running the latest builds of Paper MC because it has better chunk loading and is generally more stable than Vanilla. No game-changing plugins are used, we only use a couple plugins to optimize villagers and pillagers, as well as core protect for admin purposes. We run Paper just for the better performance. Full Vanilla experience!

    • Minecraft 1.14 Creative

      -Flatworld for our community to test their builds and other creations. Uses same datapacks as main server for consistency.

    • Terraria Server

      -We currently do not have a Terraria server running, but we can start a run soon if there is enough community interest!

    • Hytale server (Upon release)

      -We're hyped!!

    • Modded Minecraft server

      -We have a modded server with the All the Mods 3 modpack! Come check it out.

    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

      -Not a dedicated server, but we'll have arenas open pretty often for you guys to play, and even tournaments if we have enough interest in that. Send us your friend codes if you'd like to play with us! You already know we're playing as Sans Undertale.

    • Other Minecraft gamemodes & community events

      -We played our first UHC as a server on October 5th and it went well! We'd love to host more in the future. We've also hosted community events, like build battles on the Vanilla server. Let us know what you're interested in and we'll see what we can do!

    Rules

    The obvious rules with whitelisted servers, such as:

    • Don't be a dick (aka: the Golden Rule ™)

    • No griefing or stealing. Even if it's a small thing, at least notify the person with a sign or DM.

    • PvP is allowed only with consent from BOTH PARTIES. If you keep pestering someone into PvP, that isn't consent; it's peer pressure.

    • No hacked clients or client-side mods that provide an unfair advantage. Things like inventory tweaks, minimaps. and litematica are perfectly acceptable. Ask an admin if you are unsure.

    • No slurs or offensive statements that attack someone's religion, gender, or other beliefs. This includes building hateful monuments as well.

    • Discord and a working microphone are required. We obviously don't expect you to always hop into a voice channel whenever you play, but we value speaking to our players and getting to know them through voice chat!

    • This community leans towards applicants that are 18+. However, this is not a strict rule, and we encourage everyone to apply, no matter their age. We base our whitelist decisions based on maturity rather than age, but simply prefer applicants that are a closer age to ourselves (which means 18 years and up). To put it in perspective, most of us are college students around our 2nd-3rd years.

    Ingenium [Semi-Vanilla] {Fabric-Carpet}{1.14} {Whitelist}

    Friendly 1.14.4 server focused on making some unnecessarily large farms and builds. Some of us heavily into redstone and some not at all. No harsh rules or micro-managing. Accepting anyone willing to work together and contribute to community projects. You can of course have your own builds/base wherever you want, however.

    Server is now Two months old and we haven't slowed down. Important builds to mention so far: -Gold Farm(x2) -EnderEnder -Wither Skeleton -Slime -General Mob Farm -Trading Hall -3 Player Overworld mobSwitch (10-player coming soon!)

    Of course our first big server project has been the Quad Witch Hut perimeter that we've dug ALL by hand and a Guardian Farm inside as well with On/Off switch for easy use.

    We have even bigger projects being planned now such as a massive Nether Perimeter, Upgraded Slime Farm, Massive upgraded Trading Hall base in the End Void and more!

    This is a role-playing server, not a survival one or a single-player one. You will be expected to work together, form communities and interact with others, not just wander off into the wilderness .

    Two generations-old factions flee their homeland, in the wake of an undead horde that is destroying everything in its path. They set sail for lands unknown.

    • The Imeris Entente
      Comprised of the proud Dwarven clans of Votha, the star-gazing Caeli, the Lambent Front after returning from Hell and more recently the mysterious Myriad; constructs who have fallen from the sky.

    • The Wildchoir
      Made up of the comfort-loving Cuthaill, the plant-like Kihai, the fearsome yet spiritual Hjen and the monster-killing Endless Spears.

    The World

    A huge custom-made map, populated with over 90 wildlife mobs unique to our server, gorgeous biomes and dotted with unique builds! Our Storytellers and Community Managers provide support for personalised crafting and plot. Mechanical combat and profession classes are available!

    Role-Playing

    On this server, you will be playing a character.

    Think of a backstory, which can be as detailed as you want. Where does your character come from? What are their interests? How do they talk and act? Are they brave or cowardly? All these little nuances will add up to create a truly memorable character.

    You can be any profession you wish, from mechanically-based ones such as blacksmiths, farmers and alchemists, to more roleplay-based ones, such as scholars, explorers, cheesemakers, and many more. Our team of Storytellers and Community Moderators will do their best to allow each player to form their own stories and make their own experiences.

    SimpleCraft is a free-to-play (meaning no purchasable ranks are available), semi-vanilla Minecraft server with a friendly and welcoming community.     • The map doesn't have plots. You can build anywhere claims don't exist at present.
    • If you want to use World Edit, you need to make a /modreq wherever you want to build, and a moderator will create a region for you. World Edit only works in World Guard regions you're the owner of.
    • Building without World Edit can be done without making a modreq.

    World Edit

    • Most World Edit commands are enabled by default.
    • To use World Edit, you must either have a region created for you wherever you're building, or be added by another user to use World Edit in their region. For more info about this, ask a moderator.
    • World Edit is currently capped at 20,000 block edits. This limit may be lowered or heightened depending on how the server handles World Edit.

    If you're 18+ and looking for a fun, relaxed, and community driven server, then Near Vanilla is the place for you! We offer a Multiplayer experience in a Vanilla Minecraft world, where you can create and make whatever you like in a safe and positive environment.

    About the server:

    Oftentimes the multiplayer experience can negatively impact the vanilla minecraft experience, or vice versa. Therefore, the only plugins we have aid grief prevention, administration, and those that enhance the vanilla multiplayer experience.     Pinchcliffe SMP [PvE] {1.14.4} {Survival} {MCMMO} {SkyBlock} {Economy} {GriefPrevention} {MobArena}

    Server Features:

    Economy:

    Our server features an economy system, wherein players can buy, sell, and trade items and services between each other, the market place, or the shopkeeper. Our shopkeeper sells nearly every item ingame, and likewise players can /sell nearly every item ingame.

    In addition to money, we also use "Merit" points, earned through completing daily tasks and voting. These can be used to purchase ranks, lucky blocks, etc. through the website store.

    PvE:

    We run a PvE server, so you won't find PvP or griefing in the survival world. We have a land claiming plugin in place to help you protect your homes and keep your valuables safe.

    As we are a PvE server, we include MobArena, where you can fight waves of monsters and bosses to earn money rewards. Our 3 MobArena maps are Call of Duty themed, including Highrise, Standoff, and Hijacked.

    For that PvP fix, you can take to /pvp where you can fight your fellow Minecrafters with the items you've earned in our Nuketown arena.

    Hardcore Skyblock:

    If you feel up to the challenge, we have a Hardcore SkyBlock world, if you die, punishment is high. This world offers no protections from fire spread, creeper explosions, or other natural disasters, tread lightly. Consider teaming up with up to 3 other players to try to conquer SkyBlock and reach the top 10 islands leaderboard!

    mcMMO:

    We have mcMMO on Pinchcliffe, a plugin which implements a levelling system for various minecraft tasks, such as mining, woodcutting, taming, and archery. Level up by simply performing these tasks in your play time, and watch as these skills become more and more powerful.

    Extra Hard:

    Our server difficulty is currently set to hard. We have a system in place to increase the amount of monsters that spawn near the player, truly making nights something to fear.

    Parkour:

    In addition to MobArena and a PvP arena, our server includes a custom built, custom coded parkour hub, so you can practice your jumping skills in up to 12 parkour stages when you need a break from surviving.

    Daily Tasks:

    To keep you supplied with a goal moving forward, we have a daily task NPC so that each day you log in, you have a goal from the get-go, and an extra means of earning item/money/point rewards.

    Gapple Ultra-Hardcore [Semi-Vanilla]{1.14.4}{Competition}{Prizes}{Discord}

    Friendly Public Welcome

    Minecraft multi-player server: gapple.duckmc.net You're invited.

    Goal: Stay alive and earn the most points doing it.

    Score: +1 per minute you stay alive, +1 per experience point you earn.

    Examples: killing a skeleton earns 3 points, and killing the dragon earns 12,000 points.

    You will start in a safehouse until you are ready to enter the world.

    Hold a bone_block to see the server's current top scoring players.

    New lives reset typically every Friday (3:00-ish).

    Server Rules:

    1. Do we even need to mention play fair and friendly? That should be a given on every server.
    2. Do not use client-side mods that give unfair advantages.
    3. No hacking, xray resource packs, or hacked clients on our servers.
    4. Spectators assisting live players will get both players banned.

    Night-Fight DataPack:

    1. Day time is peace time, PVE.
    2. Night time is perilous, PVP is possible, although traditionally players cooperate and sleep the nights.

    Apocalypse DataPack:

    1. Players killed by a zombie will become a zombie.
    2. 10% of skeletons get an enhancement.
    3. Bats bite, and can morph into an illusionist.
    4. Spiders can spin webs.
    5. Ox-Heads defend the pastures.
    6. The Litch kills everything he touches, so repel him and stay away.
    7. Herobrine is a veteran miner, and not to be trifled with.

    This is UHC, but not the UHC you know! Read on to find out what's up here! I'll start with quotes from the MineCraft Wiki: Ultra Hardcore was started by members of the MindCrack SMP server on February 23, 2012.
    Ultra Hardcore (UHC) is a custom gamemode, similar to Hardcore, with the main difference being players cannot naturally regenerate health.
    The main goal of Ultra Hardcore is either to defeat the ender dragon or defeat all of the other players in PvP. Like regular Hardcore, players cannot respawn if they die.

    This is where we're coming from. This isn't one of those 30 minute speed UHCs, or even the collapsing border UHCs of later versions.
    GatKong created this MineCraft datapack in the spirit of that original season, but made it more difficult with a few additions.
    On this server, this is how you'll be playing:
    There are no teams. Free-For-All is the order of business here.
    PvP is enabled at night, but you'll need to find other players if that's how you want to win.
    There's a whole world out there. No borders, shrinking or otherwise. Go see it!
    The game lasts a week, from Friday to Friday
    The server resets every week, with a new world and nothing carried over. This will happen Friday afternoon in US time.
    The winner will be determined based on points. You score points for being logged in, gaining experience, killing things, getting achievements.
    The first dragon kill is the big score, and is worth 10,000 points to whoever manages it. That won't guarantee victory though, so don't give up, and don't stop just because you got it.
    If you die, you don't win. Anyone might die, even the leader. This world is not friendly.
    No one is going to be on all the time, and there'll be time to jump in, score big and win, possibly as late as a few hours before the reset. If you don't have time to beat the leader, consider it a practice run.
    There are a lot of customizations, So check out the tips and rules. Oh, and have fun!

    EON9 is a 1.4.7 - 1.14.4 anarchy server for those who want to just simply play vanilla minecraft with no rules in a nice anti lag free experience. Unlike lots of server duped items wont be taken away... the coords to those stashes will just be posted on the subreddit if found by me. On this server it is a chill environment for players to be able to build and hang around other players in a chill environment while also enjoying minecraft with no annoying game play changing rules or plugins. It is on a fresh new map that's been around for about a month now from the time of posting this message so a few structures may be found around spawn.

    Why should I play on this server if you can do whatever you want in survival vanilla Minecraft?

    There will never be any map resets ever! Even if some player tried to create some form of crash zone it would just be world edited out. EON9 has the goal of also just being a nice Minecraft server for all to play on. No annoying lobby, white list, admin abuse, or any of that. No messy plugins or annoying plugin spam in chat. This is simply Minecraft and nothing more. The server has been optimized to handle up to 125 players before little lag and even then there shouldn't be much to any problems. So what are you waiting for? There are no rules so just hop on and enjoy nice vanilla Minecraft.

    EON9 currently is running 1.4.7 - 1.14.4 Minecraft java edition. This means you can join using any version between 1.4.7 - 1.14.4 (not including snapshots). The server wants to allow you to not just be limited to one version of Minecraft. Also you then don't have to update your client and save storage on your computer.

    JeNePas [SMP] {1.14.4}

    JeNePas is a new Minecraft SMP server, but it's slightly different!

    The server has a plugin that allows a meteorite to fall every 16 minutes, with a barrel inside of it with a treasure inside. But there is a boss that is guarding it that you'll have to defeat to MAYBE get the treasure. The Treasure doesn't appear 100 percent of the time.

    Inside of the meteor there can be diamond blocks and other "good stuff".

    Server rules:

    No griefing.

    No hacking/cheating.

    No chat abuse, be nice.

    Have some common sense.

    Do not spam or advertise.

    Do not steal items.

    Do not randomly kill other players.

    This server is mainly a community server for people who likes to chill and play Minecraft with eachother. You can invite your friends and play with them whenever you want.     FishCraft is a 21 and over Vanilla SMP server, we aim to have fun and enjoy Minecraft as is meant to be played.     About: A classic Alpha server for those people who either joined back in the alpha/beta days or just wish to see how the simpler days of Minecraft were. We are looking for more mature players to join our community but anyone is welcome to join. The server is running on the old server mod called hMod with plugins including rollback, land protection and chest protection so there is no need to worry about griefers.

    We also have working multiplayer nether, so if you want to experience multiplayer nether in alpha you can join and try it out. :D Constant new features are also being added (I develop plugins/server mods for the server) so if you have any ideas suggest them to me!

    PVP is off in the over-world unless your in select areas, such as a PVP arena. PVP is enabled in the nether and people are allowed to kill you for any reason, so please be aware of that. Towny is used for protection of player builds in the over-world but isn't enabled in the nether. We have separate rules for the over-world and nether. Please read the rules below to familiarize yourself with them before you join.

    Rules:

    1. No duplication/using exploits.

You can also use the modern launcher by selecting old_alpha_1.2.6 but retrowrapper is required to join so follow the instructions below for retrowrapper installation. (If you don't use retrowrapper you won't be able to join)

    Skin fix: RetroWrapper Download Link Run retro wrapper after you have played alpha 1.2.6 at least once otherwise it won't show up in the installer.

    What current projects are we working on right now?

    Most people are busy with their farms and all, but currently we are making the shopping district spookified and also on a build anything contest on an island next to the shopping district

    How to apply?

    You simply just DM me for an invite to the discord server and you can check #applications and just send it there, fast and simple, currently we are looking for people that play the game at least once a day or multiple times a week, most people barely come on so we want a more stable playerbase and not one that fluctuates every now and then, if you think you can play a bit everyday then apply, we'll do a simple check like always and most likely accept you!

    The rules are simple =// All the mods must follow these rules too \\=

    • Don't grief, even if you encounter a hacker, it's still up to the moderation team to decide its fate

    • No stealing, if we noticed you stole something (all members have access to /coreprotect inspect) you will get instabanned if you dont answer why you took it in less than an hour, if not, we will rollback your entire existence and ban you

    • Duping sand + gravel (TNT too, as in the entity for farms, not the item) is okay, it's not broken, it's just a building block

    • Hacking is bad; we all know that, if you want to hack just go on an anarchy server, we aren't in the mood to ban people after checking their applications

    This is an upcoming 1.14.4 vanilla server. We are looking for around 12 players to join us on our adventure and grow our community. On this server we want to build a friendly atmosphere to relax while playing Minecraft together. The server is gonna launch in a few days, everything is ready we are just waiting for players to gather up.

    We want to build amazing things on our world and be able to enjoy them with other people and have an enormous amount of fun.

    You can build anything in any style you want, as long as you stick to some of the rules. The community/shopping area is going to be at spawn.     Rules:

    1. Game rules.

    - 1.1 : Griefing of any type is prohibited. You can play pranks on people, as long as they remain simple and innocent, easily repairable. This means no mass destruction or kill traps.

    - 1.2 : Player killing is prohibited, unless they have formally challenged you to a duel or a fight is agreed upon.

    - 1.3 : DO NOT STEAL anything under any circumstance. Ask a player before you borrow something from them or use their chests.

    - 1.4 : Do not use any cheating method. We count on everyone's honesty when it comes to their gameplay. This is not a competition and cheating defeats the purpose of a survival game.

    - 1.5 : You are free to build farms, but limit the amount of farms to a reasonable number.

    2. Zoning rules.

    - 2.1 : Please try to remain within a reasonable amount of distance away from spawn.

    - 2.2 : Feel free to put blocks on the corners of the area you plan to build in, so people know if that area is reserved. Remain reasonable in the size of it and remain respectful of other people's building areas.

    - 2.3 : Any building style is encouraged. Let your creativity run wild! Any inappropriate builds will be removed as soon as they are found, regardless of items in them.

    - 2.5 : Keep massive/automatic farms away from spawn and the shop/community area, since they are meant to be somewhat decent looking.

    3. Server rules.

    - 3.1 : Remain respectful of other players in your actions and language. Insulting others will not get you anywhere.

    - 3.2 : Inappropriate content must be kept to yourself.
