We are reopening applications for very few players to join us. We currently have about 30 active players from all over the world. All of the problems we've had such as cheaters and lag have been ironed out. -To get to the point, we are a semi-vanilla, community-run server running 1.16.4 with our own economy. We have a starter island, a shopping district, community builds, events, and a minigame island! We use few plugins, such as micro blocks, one person sleep, a dynmap, and custom armor stands. But no commands, such as /home or /teleport are enabled. Please read below to find out more about the server. -As of the most recent applications, we don't have an age limit but ask that you are mature and can act like an adult. If people are annoyed by your actions and consider you to be immature, you won't be allowed on the server. -Application is at the bottom of this post. -Creating media for the server is encouraged and everyone would love to see it! we already have a couple content creators who make incredible videos! SERVER OVERVIEW -A decent amount of the members of this server have gone through a few servers together, A lot of us now know eachother and are excited to welcome on some new players. We rely on donations and currently have enough funds to last us until May! EXPLOITING/HACKING/GRIEFING We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for hacking or griefing. If you are caught doing any of these things, you will be banned without warning. Pranks are allowed, but they cannot be harmful and destroy other's property or items. We can find out who did what, so don't do it. Hopefully this doesn't apply to anybody, just follow rules and be respectful. RESETS -We will only reset or stop the server if there is never anyone active and there is a general consensus that everyone is done. SEMI-VANILLA -We have few plugins, that are still being decided, such as one person sleep, wandering traders selling micro blocks, custom armor stands, and a dynmap. Nothing is too game changing, as we are focused on maintaining the SMP vanilla experience as much as possible. Any other plugins will be voted on and discussed. FAQ -Q: Can I be a staff member? -A: We currently are happy with our staff team, and most members have been with us since the very beginning, so we are not looking for new members right now. Clients from 1.12 to 1.16.4 are supported but the server runs 1.15.2. The server started in September, 2020 and the world file is currently around 35GB. IP: sweetanarchy.net (updated Jan. 5) Description: Even though there is plenty of griefing, stash raiding, double crossing, withers, back stabbing, portal traps and PvP there is also a friendly community of players who leave kits around spawn and help new players get started... or kill them. You never know for sure. Spawn area is heavily damaged but not impossible to escape and trees and animals can be found within 300 blocks of zero zero. Basically you will find players from a lot of different countries on our server, but most of the players are from either America or Europe. We have around 15 active players, who are aged between 18 and 30+. Our goal is to establish a long term Minecraft community of friendly and mature players. Big projects are highly encouraged on our server. We also have an active subreddit! r/mcnursinghome Our ServerWe own an unlimited server hosted by OMGSERV that is running the latest version of Spigot. So far the plugins we are using are CoreProtect, One Player Sleep (modified), Dynmap, AutoRank (modified), Dragon Drops (datapack now), LWC (chest lock), Bookshelf, Parrot Glue and Essential replacing Color Me. We've decided to use AutoRank just for fun. People all have the same permissions once they've hit the "Patient" rank, meaning that a "Visitor" rank is attributed to you for ten (10) minutes. With this rank, you cannot interact with anything as a form of griefing protection, no items can be picked up, you will not get hungry or lose health, mobs will not see you and players cannot hurt you. You will then hit the "Guest" rank granting you access to almost every permissions except using lava, TNT and flint and steel for an hour (1h). AutoRank changes your rank based on how long you have played OR by fulfilling requirements that you can find in this exemple below : Our current spawn theme is Magic. We are using Epic World Generator meaning we have a custom map generation ! You will find housing, various shops and games. Other community projects are welcome ! We want all players to build a start up house at spawn so it has a community feel and after you are more than welcome to go elsewhere and build your awesome base, or do it in reverse. Rules- No stealing, griefing or behaving like a dick. Pranks are allowed, but make sure your prank is halfway reasonable and non destructive. We're a small group of friends gone HermitCraft-esque type server looking to build a community together. Our current Java server started April 4, 2019 in 1.13.2, and is currently based out of Chicago, IL in the US. We're a Vanilla SMP, on Hard difficulty, with a current world border set at 20k. Currently we are running in 1.16.4 and updating alongside stable releases. Our community consists primarily of players between the age of 25-40, all of whom have consistent play schedules. Although it is not a requirement, we are frequently in voice chat socializing with each other. This is regardless of if we are working on a server project, doing our own Minecraft projects, or just looking to chat with friends. Since we're looking for the best fit for our community, we're only planning to expand by a few members. Please be patient with our interview process. Server Rules
