    So what I'm looking for is a relatively small server, probably not one with 100+ players that only allows like Renaissance/medieval style architecture (really just nothing super modern looking).

    This with a hardcore survival mode so that as the players build towns and outposts and connect them with the roads they start to feel like outposts/safezones against the monsters at night. I personally have a wooden fort in mind to build that I'd love to find some server like this and build it on some major road to help players traveling across the map.

    Resource worlds are nice too, but not necessary for what I want.

    Lasagn is a whitelisted, semi-vanilla SMP server established June 8, 2018. Our friendly and welcoming community focuses on having fun playing the game with others and constructing big projects together. You'll always find something interesting to do--whether its participating in weekly events, joining a town, helping with a community build or stocking your shop in the shopping mall! We recently reset the map in December 2018 and we won't reset again until the community calls for it.

    Rules:

    1. Respect one another and don't ruin others' experience. If you have any problems with a player, contact staff.
    2. Don't grief. Innocent pranks are fine, but destruction of property and non-consensual PVP are not. If you break it, you fix it.
    3. Don't steal. If the chest isn't marked free, or you don't have explicit permission from the owner, don't take from it.
    4. The answer to the last question on the application is "Penguin" :)
    5. No game-changing mods. Things like JourneyMap, BetterVillagerTrading and most QOL mods are fine, but anything that'll give you an unfair advantage (X-ray, PVP hacks, etc.) server-side is not allowed.

    KrumbledMC was created back in February 2015 by 2 experienced Owners and opened to the public, by the following April. We have players from very diverse backgrounds and countries.

     

    We are an adult only server, offering a unique player experience, serving people who are 18 and older. We have a large map with lots of room to build. We utilize anti-griefing plugins along with a variety of other plugins to make the game fun and your builds safe. The plugins we have aren't meant to take the challenge out of the game, but to add a whole new dynamic to your gaming experience on our server.   To make things more fun, we have a Vanilla map for those who enjoy minecraft in it's purest form with no plugins. We also have a City Map where you can enjoy building your favorite high-rises and such using creative.

    We are a survival-based Minecraft server. Much of the server content focuses around Greek Mythology, including the currency, death messages, and regions that display messages from gods. The gameplay is set to Hard Mode, which means that mobs will be stronger and the staff will not help any players with in-game matters such as food items or building blocks. If you get bored, the staff has created a variety of dungeons that serve as "easter eggs." It is up to you (and your friends) to find an entrance, complete the challenges, and purchase the reward. The server itself is hosted in Canada, but most of us are from the United States.

    In order to gain access to the world, each player must use the command /rules, which displays the in-game rules and automatically sets your rank to Citizen. We use LWC to help players protect their items and homes. Griefing is legal as long as the structure has been abandoned for at least 3 months. Aside from simply surviving and playing the classic Minecraft story, the player has the ability to climb the rank ladder by aiming towards in-game riches (Noble) or proving their strength (Hero). We have a set of commands that the player can use to explore the rank options (use /rank to get started). With the use of many plugins, the player has access to fun commands such as MCMMO, /pet, /marry, /disguise, and many more. In-game money can be obtained by voting with /vote, receiving a daily bonus with /kit free, or selling items to the Market (/warp market). Our Portal Room serves as a hub to many different locations and can be reached with /warp portals.

    No, it's not the map

    Hello!

    Diversity is a Minecraft SMP community that does not discriminate, our #1 rule is to respect each other. Our goal is to be a safe and fun environment for everyone, regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality, beliefs... you get the point. Trolls are removed quickly.

    We have some rules (link above) that you must agree to before joining our community, so please make sure you read them.

    What does Diversity offer?

    • A world that will never be reset or deleted (as long as we can keep paying the bills!) - our server has been alive for 4 years, and so has our Overworld and Nether, the End was reset at some point but will never be reset again. You can build knowing your stuff will always be there, no matter what.
    • Friendly community where everyone is happy to help others out and the staff are just the same. We have a forum and a Discord server if you'd like to get more involved. Our Discord is linked to the server, so you can always stay connected, even when you're on the go.
    • Resource worlds called Ores where you can mine for the good stuff without ruining the main worlds. Ores worlds get reset every week, and they have a higher difficulty (more lava, no water buckets, for example).
    • GriefPrevention for protecting your builds from troublesome folk. We can't catch everyone who breaks the rules unfortunately, but you can take measures to ensure your builds will always be safe from harm. It's super simple to use and we give out claim blocks like candy on Halloween :)
    • Timed ranks, the longer you play the more rewards you will get.
    • Public farms for the community to use and gather resources easily.

    • Shopping districts for you to trade with other players. We don't use a virtual currency to buy things, transactions are usually done trading items with custom villagers in shops.

    What Makes Us Different?

    If you read this far, great! We're glad to see you have an interest in Echoes Anarchy.

    Echoes Anarchy may not have the age or player numbers (avg. number of people online at any given moment ranges from 4-7 players) of bigger anarchy worlds like 2b2t or Minewind. However, we've got features to set us apart from other worlds.

    • Let it be noted that every unique feature listed after this is done without plugins, mods, or server wrappers. Echoes Anarchy is 100% vanilla. You can verify this by pressing F3 after you login. In the upper left corner of your screen, you'll see this, which indicates that you're playing on a vanilla world.
    • Though our staff login daily, all Echoes Network servers are (primarily) maintained by a bot named Saltshaker. In-game, this bot's name is saltshakerBOT. You'll see him on all five of the Echoes Network servers at almost all times. Saltshaker has a couple of features worth noting:
    • Saltshaker has the ability to teleport players to cities. This works via a number of steps involving two commands specific to accessing each city.
    • The first command, an invitation, is whispered to Saltshaker with a player's username after it. The invitation to visit a city called Otes is "pardon." So, if your username is qazt19, you'd whisper "pardon qazt19" to Saltshaker. After this, you'll be able to use the teleport command.
    • The second command is a teleport command, usually a phrase or book quote translated into Latin. Each city's teleport command will only work if you've been invited to the city you're trying to reach. For example. you cannot use the teleport command for Otes if you haven't been invited to visit Otes. For example, if my username is qazt19, and assuming I have already invited myself to Otes by whispering "pardon qazt19" to saltshakerBOT, I could then type the teleport command for Otes into public chat. If you'd like to try this for yourself, type "o tempora o mores!" into chat. Be careful of using these teleport commands in the End or Nether, because you'll be teleported to the city's coordinates regardless of which dimension you're in.
    • There is a caveat to all of this! ANYONE who knows a city's teleport command can invite WHOEVER THEY WANT to that city. If you follow the steps listed above, you can invite any player you choose to Otes, regardless of whether or not you've even invited yourself first.
    • Ready to try it yourself? Join v.echoesnetwork.fun, whisper "pardon <your username here>" to saltshakerBOT, and then type "o tempora o mores!" into chat. You'll be teleported to Otes!
    • Unlike most other anarchy worlds, pvp on Echoes Anarchy is rare. Despite our lack of constraining rules, Echoes Anarchy is a very community-centric server. For the most part, everyone you'll encounter is friendly and cooperative.
    • We also incorporate vote rewards into the server, courtesy of xMamo's vanilla votifier. In exchange for voting for the server (vote links are available on our Discord, and on the server by typing "!vote" into chat.), you receive 10XP levels and the world border will expand by 5,000 blocks. As I write this, the world border sits 177,500 blocks from the origin.

We maintain a very small group of players from around the world with varying levels of activity, focus and skill; from building small houses/settlements to large structures/compounds and OP farms (both, jointly and independently), The server is "HARD Vanilla" with no mods. We're not a big mainstream server. More of a private server looking for a few more players.     About Straight Up Survival

    Straight Up Survival or SUS has been operating since 2012.

    Our current map was started September 8th 2018 (Season 7)

    We created the server after some of our favorite servers closed and we were unable to find the same game style. We are a Raiding-Survival server with very little moderation. We allow raids, PVP, and griefing. On Straight Up Survival you cannot protect/claim land or chests so your best protection from raids/grief is to build far out in our 75k x 75k world (37,500 blocks from 0,0) and to build smart. Straight Up Survival is a somewhat anarchy style server with some limited moderation. Play your way on SUS. Grief and raid, hide and collect, design and construct, enchant and pvp, it's up to you.

    Although we somewhat stick to a vanilla like gameplay, SUS has a few plugins that allow features we like. More on server features later.

    Community

    Most of our active players are located in North America however all are welcome. Our most active time of day is around 6 PM CST - 11 AM CST. The majority of our players are friendly and supportive however because we provide very limited moderation, you may find some toxic players. You are able to use /ignore <player> for anyone that is bothering you.

    We have an active Discord server for Straight Up Survival. Discord is where we give out important information about the server. You'll find voice channels with active players and text channels with memes etc. If you join the server and decide to stick around, please join the discord.     Server Features

    • Teleportation - You are able to teleport to a few warps /warp, /warp <warp>, spawn /spawn, a private home location set by you /sethome, /home, and other players if they accept /tpa <player>. You will teleport with anything that you're riding on or in. E.g. a horse or a boat.
    • World Border - The world border is 75,000 x 75,000. About 37,500 blocks N,E,S,W from spawn.
    • The End - The End resets every 20 days. The reset occurs at 8 PM CST. This makes the end a very poor choice for a base location.
    • Ender Chests - Ender Chests are uncraftable and unusable. We've done this to make raids more profitable.
    • Clans - Players are able to create clans with other players. A shared clan home location (separate from your private home location) can be set for clan members to teleport to. You can also chat privately to clan members by using the command /. <message>.
    • Spawners - All players are able to collect spawners my mining them with a silk touch enchanted pickaxe.
    • Beds - On SUS, beds have no effect on your respawn location or home location. The night will pass exponentially as the percentage of sleeping players increases.
    • Events/Mini games - From time to time we provide fun games or events to the players. These do not affect the survival world inventories.
    • Discord - As mentioned above, discord is the main source of server information and the center of our community. Please link your Discord by typing "/discord link" on the Minecraft server.
    • Player Commands
      • /help - Displays in chat a complete list of commands available to you.
      • /clan - Displays in chat all commands available for setting up and using clans.
      • /afk - Display in public chat that you are "Away From Keyboard.
      • /msg <player> <message> - Sends a private message to another online player.
      • /rules - Displays in chat the server rules.
      • /ignore <player> - You will no longer see messages or receive teleport requests from the player
      • /ping - Receive "pong" in chat. Used to test if youre lagging
      • /lag - Displays in chat your current TPS. 20 is no lag.
      • /spawn - Teleports you to the spawn location.
      • /sethome - Sets a private teleport location.
      • /home - Teleports you to your sethome location.
      • /tpa <player> - Request to teleport to another player's location.
      • /tpahere <player> - Request another player to teleport to your location.
      • /tpaccept - Accept a teleport request.
      • /tpadeny - Deny a teleport request.
      • /warp - Displays in chat warps available to you.
      • /warp <warp> - Teleport to the warp location.
      • /seen <player> - Displays in chat how long since a player last logged on.
      • /kit - Displays in chat kits available to you.

    Quick About Us:

    This is a quite small and cosy purely survival server, offering classic vanilla 1.13.2 experience. If you've watched Mindcrack or Hermitcraft or Sci Craft, our server is similar to those in that there's really great relationships to be made, lots of interaction and collaboration. We always have around 4 players online at the least, and this shuffles so you get to meet people from all timezones depending on what time you're playing. We've managed to do some really impressive builds and huge projects so far, both as a community and people doing their own things individually.     We have a creative server you'll be given access to when you join, where you can play around and test anything you'd like. We also run an overviewer of our world every 24 hours.

    Moderation:

    We have a small mod group, who more than anything just play the game and you wouldn't realise they are mods unless you looked at their roles on discord. This isn't a server for strict rules or overbearing admins, we've never ran into any big problems because everyone here has integrity.

    Character of the Server:

    We have a discord with almost as many offtopic channels as 'ontopic' ones (FYI if you cook food a lot or go out, u'll love the #food channel) and the server does serve as a way to meet some cool people around the globe, but more than anything we are focused on the life of the server. People are really talented in their own way- there are all round great builders, some specific theme builders, some really talented redstoners, people truly talented at terraforming etc.

    Community:

    Best way to describe our community is like it's a really huge apartment, and we socialise like we are roommates. Kitchen is always clean and if you lose something it will be placed right on the living room table rather than slipped into someones pocket. We interact on a more personal level than I'd think most servers, and probably joke around more than most too. It's a great balance between real life and server related chat. If you are considerate, interested in playing actively and want to be a part of a really warm server you should come join us!

    Above The Clouds is a server created by and for players who are nostalgic for the earlier days of Minecraft, but who also want something more challenging and meaningful from their survival playthrough.     The World

    Above The Clouds takes place in Eversky - a custom-generated world exclusively made from floating islands based on alpha world settings.     MC-X is a semi-Vanilla Minecraft server which uses a minimum amount of plugins to keep the vanilla experience real. We also have a minimal amount of rules that you should read before you start playing. As we are trying to deliver a real vanilla experience we cannot give away rewards for voting for our server.

    PVP is an important thing that you should remember when joining us. Keep in mind that you can kill anyone and anyone can kill you.
