I would like the server to have a small community of similarly dedicated players. I would also prefer the server to have a decent amount of ram in order to ensure little to no lag. I would like it if the server had datapacks although this is not a deal breaker and just more of a quality of life thing. I of course want the server to be whitelisted and will fully understand if I am not a good fit for your server based on my application. This will sound suppppeerrrr arrogant, but when I'm trying to make an aesthetically pleasing build and someone makes an average looking square house, it is sort of upsetting because you can't just tell the person to just stop working with you. This is why I am looking for a server that consists of just not normal everyday builders, but above average builders that can cooperate with each other and consistently make builds of high quality TOGETHER. I've built with people before together, but it just is not very fun if your half of the build looks amazing and the other half just looks meh. We have a friendly staff that is trained in core protect to rollback any griefs. PVP is enabled, but cannot be abused to kill players and steal their items. There are donator packages that add extra perks, including an awesome particle trail or particle wings. We are running on 1.14, waiting for 1.14.1 for Spigot, but the server is managing fine.
