Plugins: Craftion is a new survival server with a handful of plugins to give a custom experience to the player. A lot is still being worked on, that being said there are still many plugins the server has to show. We have MCMMO, Jobs, Claims, tree feller, upgradeable furnaces and spawners as well as hoppers, Ranks, A market world for player shops to be rented. We have custom fishing and farming being worked on, as well as custom mobs and bosses. There is a cozy tutorial hall that is being polished up for the new players who are new to many of these plugins. I try to be very active and responsive to any feedback given, all criticism is accepted to help improve the server! Anti cheat/chat moderating: Our chat auto censors offensive words for a family-friendly experience, with anti-spam and auto unall-caps. We have a four strike policy, first a warning then a mute, followed by a temp ban or kick, to a perm ban. Our Anti-cheat will stop most modded clients, I'm confident that it will provide a fair experience for all players. To reduce lag as much as possible we do not allow AFK farms but instead have chunk loaders that can be bought for in-game currency, like renting a plot of your choice to let your crops grow while you are offline. We plan to host events on holidays and special occasions for players to have a chance to collect loot and have fun. All-inclusive: We would love to see you on our server and our discord and create a wonderful community together no matter where you come from or what you believe in, look like, talk like, you are welcome here. We mainly talk English but also wouldn't mind some integration of other languages. I find it fun and a challenge to pick up a new language and wouldn't mind taking the time to ask my players how their day was, and help them build their house. We are now a Civilizations server with a heavy emphasis on community and relations. We release constant updates, with a new patch coming at least every week bringing new items to get, new buildings to unlock, or new classes to tinker with. We have a 20,000 radius circular worldborder that will be expanded with each major patch, with lots of custom world generation to explore! I do play on a great server and made some dear friends on it, but looking for a secondary server to play on. Requirements * Large map, 20k minimum * Semi-vanilla Survival * Economy plugin or banking system for non diamond currency * No "jobs" needed (not looking for an economy server) * Grief protection * Bad lands biome Preferred, but not needed * Land claim * Bad lands near a woodland mansion, pillager Outpost, and/or village. As this is where I'll be looking to build a base. * Public farms (especially a pillager farm) * Mature server * The economy plugin or banking system rewards many styles of play, whether a player kills mobs or trades in non farmable items. * Sure voting prizes are great but don't have them give an overabundance of stuff. All different types of players will be accepted, though the server's main intention is building machines and farms. The server is run on it's own dedicated box. This is a brand new server, with a brand new world. We'll build it together. The world is permanent, so you won't lose what you've built by an update. The server is whitelisted. Only players who are entered into the list will be allowed to join. We are running a variety of plugins: Armored Elytra - Players are able to combine their chestplates with an elytra, effectively granting that elytra all the enchantments the chestplate contains, as well as armor and armor toughness. Chestplates are lost in this process. Additionally, enchanted books such as protection, blast protection, fire protection and projectile protection can also be used to enchant elytra. Death Chest (Pro) - Gives each player, upon death, a chest containing all items in the player's inventory. The chest is placed at the location of death. Coordinates to this chest are sent to you in chat upon respawning, at which time a timer will begin. You will have 1 hour to return to your chest before it breaks and your items are dropped, then despawning according to normal game rules. All players have a maximum of 10 deathchests at any given time. The number of chests outside of the "all at once" allowance is infinite. DiscordSRV - Enables cross-chat between Discord and ingame chat. Players ingame will be able to talk with people on discord, and vice versa. EssentialsX - Adds many / commands to the game. Grief Prevention - Use a Golden Shovel to create land claims, ensuring that no other players can destroy your creations. Permissions to each claim can be set by each claim's owner. Subdivisions can be created within each claim, effectively allowing you to create individual permissions for every different item or entity in every claim. MCMMO - An RPG plugin that adds extra abilities to mobility, tools and weapons. Upon using each item or ability, you'll gain XP in a certain category (mining, swords, fishing, acrobatics, etc. ) and subsequently gain access to special abilities (abilities are unlocked at certain levels of each category). Moneyhunters - Adds a $ currency to the game. Money has a chance to drop when killing mobs, mining certain blocks or fishing. This works with the previously mentioned EssentialsX (eg. /pay, /paymultiple) to individually pay other players, and the later mentioned Shop plugin (create shops and sell your items for $) Player(Mob) Heads - Upon killing another player or a mob, said player or mob has a chance of dropping their head. Heads may be worn, or displayed by being placed. Not an especially useful plugin, but it adds a bit of fun to the gameplay. Create your own shops - Each player can create their own shops. Shop types include buy, sell, barter or gamble(admin created only). There are 4 different options for item display, which can be toggled through by right clicking the sign after you create the shop. Simple Portals - Custom portals have been created to transport you to a variety of places. There are portals to 16 different biomes, as well as to locations 100K and 200K blocks in all 4 directions. All portals return to spawn, which is a safe location for players. In addition to these portals, there is one other that will take you to where town is to be located. Town will be built by all those willing to participate. It's not a requirement. PVP is not a focus on this server, though it's not "illegal". If both participants are willingly engaging, that's fine. If you're continually killing people who do not wish to have this happen, you will be removed. All "exploits" that can be taken advantage of using ONLY ingame components are allowed, unless it is game breaking. If something is being blocked by a plugin or config setting, don't be afraid to mention it. If it's not game breaking, it will be changed. Hacking is not allowed. Being the third and fourth owners, we want to carry the torch in delivering players an unbelievable multiplayer experience, without risks of being griefed or stolen from. The server utilizes a custom plugin that grants players their own area, which prevents griefing issues from happening. By using this method, we dont need overly complicated claiming plugins. Do you want to build with friends? Teleport them over and share your area! This method applies to both of our servers. Survival The survival server is our core server. It recreates the default survival experience, with the benefits of a multiplayer server. Survival yields most of our features and the biggest portion of our great community. On this server, we hold events every once in a while, but will also introduce some minigames. You can PvP in the dedicated PvP arena (/warp pvp), with the chance of a head drop as reward. They had really great gamemodes where it was 100v100 and options were stuff like Capture the Flag, Team Deathmatch, or a gamemode where you had to destroy the enemy team's base. You could break blocks, craft things, and use TNT, which made it a really creative gamemode, and because it was such a huge scale battle, it was casual because there was little-to-no pressure on you. It sucks that it shut down, but I'm hoping there's something like it that's casual and creative and massive scale. There's nothing exactly like it on big servers these days... [link] [comments]  |

Our world has several competing market places that are privately owned by the players. More than 15,000 hours have been played in the last 5 months.
