The lag is usually pretty low) with a low player count. That's why we are currently accepting applications. People have for the most part, gotten relatively set up but we've only just set up a spot for shops and the nether hub, so there's still plenty of stuff to get done. The server is in 1.14.2 currently, to take advantage of some game mechanics. We will move to the latest update at some point. The server is semi-vanilla. The data-packs installed are pretty standard. A full list can be given on request but the bigger game changing ones are Sethome, Multiplayer sleep, and Customisable Armor Stands. Rules are mostly common sense. Acting less than pleasant towards other players will result in an immediate ban. Only prank with people you've built a rapport with. Bases should be separated by a considerable distance so you're not stealing any land, unless you have permission. There's no age requirement but basic maturity is expected. Most current players are in the low 20s. I do not want any shop guis or NPCs, just player on player interaction. PVP is optional though I'd rather have it be PVE. However, if it is PVP, if there were different tribes in the jungles that warred each other for territory, that would be cool as well. Huh? Okay, anyways, I've had this server for about 1.5 months now, and so I'm still trying to build a player community. So far, I've had about 60 players join the server (including me and staff). Not too shabby. However, there are never more than about 3 players on at once, which makes this server less fun than it should be. The saying is, as you know, the more the merrier. And that is true and applies perfectly to a new Minecraft server. This new server has many items to offer. First, did I mention that you get 7 FREE diamonds when you join for the first time? Spawn is nice, nearby we have a house I made but that you can't touch because I'm mean. Other than that, we have a hotel in spawn, which using areashop, we have setup as $1 a day to rent a space in that hotel. We only have 3 rooms so far, but it will continue to expand. Next, we have a city, which is also very new, Then again, so is this whole server. But we have a few houses that are available to buy there. Right click the signs and boom! You can now open the door, and the house is yours. We are also giving away VIP ranks, which allows you to /nick yourself. Jobs Reborn allows you to have jobs, This is a lot I just wrote, so please, for the sake of my hands and keyboard, just try out the server. You won't be disappointed. [link] [comments]  |

Sigma Realms is a semi-vanilla survival, PvP server focused on a simple yet fun experience of Minecraft. There is no land protection on this server outside of spawn and our difficulty is set to hard. We have a few plugins to keep hackers in check and to ease the players experience with /sethome and /tpa. We also have several parkour courses and paintball arenas for some prizes and side fun. We think community is really what makes a server unique, and ours is very friendly, welcoming and plays consistently. Do be careful who you trust though. We have a Teams plugin that will allow teams to be formed, set an HQ, talk in a separate team chat, but there is still no land claim involved.
