Currently the server has 6 people that are all just starting out in different directions from spawn and we are looking for other dedicated people to join us. Dedicated doesn't mean "online everyday" but rather "staying with the server and not giving up after 2 weeks". "And what's the theme of the server?", you ask. Let me tell you. We are very heavily into automating pretty much everything you can think of in Minecraft and instead of doing that in a singleplayer world, we decided to team up and start off on this journey together. There are two factions that you may join known as the Solar Empire and the Lunar Empire. Roleplay is encouraged and PvP is limited. Property is protected by server rules. Knights are the basic members of an empire and do everything from farming and building to mining and fighting. Praetors are the leadership of an empire and do everything knights do while also maintaining peace and order within the empire as well as discussing diplomacy with other empires. If you are unable to cooperate within your faction, you will be exiled. Exiles get no protection from the law and have bounties placed on them. The two empires are engaged in a minor conflict which means that small skirmishes over resources may take place while trade and joint projects continue. Minecraft Server IP: 149.56.29.166:25570 Official Server Rules: -Do not alter property you do not own in any way. When in doubt, assume it is someones property. This applies to everything in the game, such as: items, blocks, and entities. -PvP is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by everyone involved in which case you may take ownership of any drops. Areas that are clearly designated as arenas may allow PvP at all times within that area without consent. -All blocks removed or placed by a player must create a medieval fantasy like style. -Automatic farms, generators, and mob grinders are not allowed and redstone builds should not be excessive. -Use common sense. On the server , we have an amazing plugin called Slimefun 4, a plugin that adds a lot of amazing content, such as jetpacks, or super storage, and more weapons, Ore crushers, Smelteries, more armour, and magical gadgets, all while being within the realm of a 1.12.2 vanilla server. We are going to be whitelisted because if we are making large machinery and builds, we do not want random people joining and blowing everything up, ruining tons of work. The world is limited to a 50000x50000 area, but will be expanded if found need be. this is simply to help the server running well with lots of redstone machines. I'm a former server owner who has run very successful servers in the past. Eventually maintaining a public server just became less fun for me and I went onto playing on my own instead of hosting a server. My latest project is starting a new world using the map "Le Monde." It's an epic 16kx16k map with custom terrain made using WorldPainter. It's really quite a beautiful map. I've started building some villages on here and hope to expand them into kingdoms and a large interconnected world, and I'd love some other builders to come alongside and build with me. (This is strictly for fun, I'm not hiring builders. This server is if you like to build and want to build 'with purpose' with other builders) If you've seen any of Bdoubleo's "Building with BdoubleO" you'll know where my inspiration for this world comes from. Really I'm just hoping to build a world that carries a story and where the villages/cities/kingdoms are all interconnected and easily accessible by roads connecting them all. You could chose to go and be off on your own building your own little house or village, or you could start your own city and grow it to its own empire. Build by yourself, or with others, its totally up to you. Please note that this server is geared towards builders with a creative eye, if that's not you then we wish you good luck on your search for a new server. | [Wanted] [Semi-Vanilla] Thimble/Death Drop server Posted: 25 Dec 2019 11:43 AM PST I remember a few years ago, most recently 2016 if I'm not mistaken, I would always play a game called Death Drop (previously known as Thimble, a direct translation of its French name "Dé à coudre"). The objective was to jump off of a platform and hit the water, placing a single block where you landed. The more blocks filled in the space, the harder it was to hit the water. There were at least two variants: one that was elimination-based, with the last player standing taking the victory, and one that was points-based with a fixed number of rounds and bonus points awarded based on how many blocks you landed next to in the water. I played this game on The Chunk when that server still existed, but after its merger with CubeCraft, the game has been nowhere to be found. I've looked up "death drop server", "thimble server" and "dé à coudre server", to no avail. The closest I can come is Dropper, which is similar but not quite the same (not playing against other players as in Thimble/Death Drop, but simply trying to successfully skydive through obstacle courses).
