    Project Nebula

    Project Nebula is a Hermitcraft-style SMP started by /u/Colinator007 and I. We love playing as a community and generally interacting with new people, which is why we started a server. Our community is tight, and very welcoming! We are full of personable, interesting people, and I hope you give our server a shot. You'll meet lots of new people!

    We are currently running a server-wide Secret Santa. Join us if you'd like to participate!

    Additionally, we are hosting a community UHC game tomorrow! This game is open to all members, so apply for our server if you want in!

    About Us

    Colin and I are college students looking to play with new people! We're both engineering students and love to fiddle with redstone and farms. But we also love building beautiful structures and planning a nice base, and just generally hanging out and relaxing with some games. We encourage all playstyles and love to see the creative ways you guys play this game! We have experience hosting multiple servers in the past, such as Colincraft and Nebula Network, and have joined/played on many servers, too.

    Our goal is to not only create an active Minecraft server, but an active community and group of friends as well. While our community has a solid base, we are always looking to expand our group and we'd love to get to know you! We'd love to play other games with you in addition to Minecraft, such as Terraria, GTA V, Smash Ultimate, or whatever else you may have on Steam (or other consoles, like Switch)! We've found that many of our players tend to be college students majoring in engineering.

You must agree to our rules using !agree and will then be able to apply for whitelist, with a special message DM'd to you with instructions. Upon acceptance you will be granted access to the rest of the Discord!

    We are hosting the following servers:

    • Minecraft 1.14.4 Vanilla (Running Paper MC with no major plugins. Our map started June 8th 2019 :))

      -This server uses quality-of-life datapacks, which are designed to aid the experience and efficiency of the game without altering the Vanilla feel. Examples include one-player sleep, logical uncrafting, and Ender Dragon dropping elytra. A full list of datapacks can be found here! To improve server performance we've been running the latest builds of Paper MC because it has better chunk loading and is generally more stable than Vanilla. No game-changing plugins are used, we only use a couple plugins to optimize villagers and pillagers, as well as core protect for admin purposes. We run Paper just for the better performance. Full Vanilla experience!

    • Minecraft 1.14 Creative

      -Flatworld for our community to test their builds and other creations. Uses same datapacks as main server for consistency.

    • Terraria Server

      -We currently do not have a Terraria server running, but we can start a run soon if there is enough community interest!

    • Hytale server (Upon release)

      -We're hyped!!

    • Modded Minecraft server

      -We have a modded server with the All the Mods 3 modpack! Come check it out.

    • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

      -Not a dedicated server, but we'll have arenas open pretty often for you guys to play, and even tournaments if we have enough interest in that. Send us your friend codes if you'd like to play with us! You already know we're playing as Sans Undertale.

    • Other Minecraft gamemodes & community events

      -We played our first UHC as a server on October 5th and it went well! In fact, we are hosting our 3rd server-wide UHC this Saturday! We've also hosted community events, like build battles on the Vanilla server. Let us know what you're interested in and we'll see what we can do!

    Rules

    The obvious rules with whitelisted servers, such as:

    • Don't be a dick (aka: the Golden Rule ™)

    • No griefing or stealing. Even if it's a small thing, at least notify the person with a sign or DM.

    • PvP is allowed only with consent from BOTH PARTIES. If you keep pestering someone into PvP, that isn't consent; it's peer pressure.

    • No hacked clients or client-side mods that provide an unfair advantage. Things like inventory tweaks, minimaps. and litematica are perfectly acceptable. Ask an admin if you are unsure.

    • No slurs or offensive statements that attack someone's religion, gender, or other beliefs. This includes building hateful monuments as well.

    • Discord and a working microphone are required. We obviously don't expect you to always hop into a voice channel whenever you play, but we value speaking to our players and getting to know them through voice chat!

    • This community leans towards applicants that are 18+. However, this is not a strict rule, and we encourage everyone to apply, no matter their age. We base our whitelist decisions based on maturity rather than age, but simply prefer applicants that are a closer age to ourselves (which means 18 years and up). To put it in perspective, most of us are college students around our 2nd-3rd years.

    • Just be nice and friendly, we're all here to have a good time! :)

    Server Features:

    Economy:

    Our server features an economy system, wherein players can buy, sell, and trade items and services between each other, the market place, or the shopkeeper. Our shopkeeper sells nearly every item ingame, and likewise players can /sell nearly every item ingame.

    In addition to money, we also use "Merit" points, earned through completing daily tasks and voting. These can be used to purchase ranks, lucky blocks, etc. through the website store.

    PvE:

    We run a PvE server, so you won't find PvP or griefing in the survival world. We have a land claiming plugin in place to help you protect your homes and keep your valuables safe.

    As we are a PvE server, we include MobArena, where you can fight waves of monsters and bosses to earn money rewards. Our 3 MobArena maps are Call of Duty themed, including Highrise, Standoff, and Hijacked.

    For that PvP fix, you can take to /pvp where you can fight your fellow Minecrafters with the items you've earned in our Nuketown arena.

    Hardcore Skyblock:

    If you feel up to the challenge, we have a Hardcore SkyBlock world, if you die, punishment is high. This world offers no protections from fire spread, creeper explosions, or other natural disasters, tread lightly. Consider teaming up with up to 3 other players to try to conquer SkyBlock and reach the top 10 islands leaderboard!

    mcMMO:

    We have mcMMO on Pinchcliffe, a plugin which implements a levelling system for various minecraft tasks, such as mining, woodcutting, taming, and archery. Level up by simply performing these tasks in your play time, and watch as these skills become more and more powerful.

    Extra Hard:

    Our server difficulty is currently set to hard. We have a system in place to increase the amount of monsters that spawn near the player, truly making nights something to fear.

    Parkour:

    In addition to MobArena and a PvP arena, our server includes a custom built, custom coded parkour hub, so you can practice your jumping skills in up to 12 parkour stages when you need a break from surviving.

    Daily Tasks:

    To keep you supplied with a goal moving forward, we have a daily task NPC so that each day you log in, you have a goal from the get-go, and an extra means of earning item/money/point rewards.

    Evionic Reborn [Vanilla] {Whitelist} {Survival}

    Evionic Reborn is looking for new, regular players for our Adult (18+) Minecraft Server. The server is almost entirely vanilla, with a few small tweaks similar to those seen on the Hermitcraft server. We are mature, easy going, and friendly.

    We have an established map that has been running since August. There is a community XP farm in the End, a Shopping District, and Nether Hub.

    Gapple Ultra-Hardcore [Semi-Vanilla]{1.14.4}{Competition}{Prizes}{Discord}

    Goal: Stay alive and earn the most points doing it.

    Score: +1 per minute you stay alive, +1 per experience point you earn.

    Examples: killing a skeleton earns 3 points, and killing the dragon earns 12,000 points.

    You will start in a safehouse until you are ready to enter the world.

    Hold a bone block to see the server's current top scoring players.

    New lives reset typically every Friday (3:00-ish).

    About the Server

    KamaCraft is couple of months old, long term server, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. All server members are adults with adult jobs, meaning things get done but not everyone is online 24/7. We don't expect you to be either, so no pressure! :)

    So far we have a community housing for new players joining the server to use until they have their own home (you can choose not to use it of course), a shopping district (new shops are welcomed) and a minigame area. Player bases and community areas are linked with nether tunnels.

    Players are free to build their own stuff and/or help with the community areas. It is important to us to provide a place where all players can have a good experience. Player suggestions and bigger community decisions are welcome, and are voted on in the discord chat.

    Discord is mainly used in text form. Joining discord is not neccessary but recommended. It's the easiest way to get to know each others!

    Hello there!

    We are looking for friendly players to join our community. The server provides a unique semi-vanilla experience and a great atmosphere for new and older players. Feel free to hop on and test our atmosphere. :)

    SimpleCraft is a free-to-play (meaning no purchasable ranks available), semi-vanilla Minecraft server with a friendly and welcoming community. The server allows you to claim large amounts of land, set as many homes as you like, pick up spawners and create shops to trade with others. The map is really big (75.000 blocks in all directions), only a small portion of the terrain has been explored as of yet. If you rather live near others, there are some players towns on the server, you can even build your own!

    Dunwater; Far from your typical Roleplay server

    In a colonial fantasy setting, players inhabit a long abandoned colony, founded initially by the Dunwater Trading Company. The possibilities in the revived colony are endless. Play as an exiled human merchant, missionary, or a spellcaster, a halfling, and more. The server is starting with a low amount of initial lore in order to pave the way for player generated stories.

    Nerdscraft [Modded] {Voltz Server}

    Hello everyone

    It's a pleasure to meet everyone, my name is Helio9938 as from the title of this post I'm looking for players to join the Nerdscraft server my discord moderator has available. So far we have gotten bored playing with the same people over and over again. We currently are planning on running Voltz minecraft mod. (We use the Twitch launcher). I'm going to post a link to our discord server for gaming. At the bottom. The info about the Nerdscraft server will be at the discord but to sum up what we have planned for the server. We will be having two teams competing to reach the endgame of Voltz. I.e blow up the server with red matter bombs etc. Both teams will be reaching goals set by the moderator of the server. Once a goal is reached, players will then enter a battle arena and fight each other. With the winning team getting additional resources for the next goal set by the moderator. Players can still feel free to work on side goals other than the one set by the moderator. We typically like to make our Nerdscraft modded minecraft experience to be interesting.     Craftial - A cosy community

    Introduction

    Hi there, adventurer! My name is Fred and I'm the owner of Craftial. Craftial is a Minecraft community that focus on core gameplay (with very few conveniences) and is hosted on a dedicated machine in Germany. Once you join Craftial you're greeted by staff and players and you receive a small introduction of the features before getting teleported to a random fresh location. We do also have some areas where you can sell your own hard worked items, however it's all based on item trade so no virtual currency is added.

    • Kick access (24H playtime) - ability to kick players with less than 24H playtime, once kicked the whitelist is turned on and staff is notified.

    Near Completion is a fairly new SMP server looking to recruit a bunch of members to build a community with. We're almost completely vanilla other than a few small tweaks to help things run smoother [Will list below].

    We're looking to achieve something similar to Hermitcraft in that we want to create a trust based community with cool builds and community projects. We aren't trying to completely copy the series however we will be putting our own twist on things!

    About the server:

    Oftentimes the multiplayer experience can negatively impact the vanilla minecraft experience, or vice versa.     Why hello there, welcome to my reddit Post :)!
    We at ShellCraft try to put community over everything, we have all sorts of quirky things going on at the time. A Cult of demonic Snails, a cult hating on thr demonic snails, a giant Island that we call our home, which has been kinda overruled by the blasphemist... ... nevermind that. Our small community has come far over the last couple months, and I would like more people to join, so we can expand evermore!

    What can you expect on ShellCraft? A small handful of regular players, a nice discord server, and lots of dumb shit. We have a sizable amound of datapacks and plugins running, as to expand vanilla gameplay. Currently we have an unfinished unavailable hub that will come online in the next couple days, and a few plugin ideas that I will try and write.

    Yes, I can write plugins, so if you have any ideas on what to make, I can maybe, probably make it happen.

    Once 1.15 hits, we will of course update to this version... well at least if spigot updates too, hehe.

    We are a MCMMO JAVA Survival 1.14 server. Players get to claim land outside of cities that are 100% grief-free, and as they spend more time on the server, the number of blocks they can claim also goes up.

    Inside the cities, players can buy plots of land with in-game currency to set up a mob-free home (mobs don't spawn in cities) and/or a shop.

    The server also has edited mobs. They get more powerful the further you travel from spawn, and the more powerful they are-the better the drops! With these edited mobs we have bosses with their own mechanics and drops in the server as well! We currently have four bosses in the server with more on the way!

    You can use /home and /spawn to get around on the server. There is also a teleport room for different cities.

    The spawn of the server rotates throughout the year between different cities to keep players spread out.

    We have seasonal events and dungeons such as our Zombie Santa event right now! We are also working on raids.

    With McMMO you can train skills, and train/summon horses as well.

    This server has a unique in-game ranking system with which you unlock commands at each rank. The Rank Points as we call it could be unlocked in a variety of ways, from breaking/placing blocks to completing minigames.

    Be Nice and Cool [vanilla] [SMP] [Realms] {30+} {Casual}

    Server has been going about and a year and a half.

    Six potential players, but we all drift in and out depending on real life stuff. We mostly build our own little projects with some collaboration when we can. We have supplies to spare if you want a jumpstart.

    Server Rules:

    2. Be cool.

    If you want a server where you see someone every time you log in, we aren't for you. If you just want to know that someone will probably see and appreciate your builds now and then and potential collaborators for big projects, we might be a good fit.

    We haven't done much voice chat, but I've figured out Discord now.

    We've very tentatively discussed resetting the Nether for the Nether update. Other than that, we won't restart the map, and we'll keep it going as long as anyone is interested in playing on it.
