In a server where dying means losing everything, only the strongest alliances can survive. At the center of the map there is the core, the ones living near it are the wealthiest, the ones living further from it are the poorest. Level up with your friends to build and destroy closer to the core, where lower level players will have no chance at interfering with your reign. But be warned: new players won't stay new forever, so be prepared for attacks when you least expect them. And choose your fights wisely: as i told you if you'll die you will lose everything, and you will be banned for 24 hours. We love playing as a community and generally interacting with new people, which is why we started a server. Our community is tight and very welcoming! About Us Colin and I are college students looking to play with new people! We're both engineering students and love to fiddle with redstone and farms; but we also love building beautiful structures and planning a nice base, and just generally hanging out and relaxing with some games. We do have a few streamers (YouTube, primarily). The Free Colony Survival Multiplayer Server is a fully Vanilla Minecraft community-based server with the goal of bringing together a group of people who are as passionate for the game as we are that means no plugins other than core protect to rollback any damages so don't even think about it griefers, and Dynmap (more about that one later). DATAPACKS: We aim for a true Minecraft experience without the interference of things like plugins. The server promotes a play-style for all players that focuses on finding your own tribe, your own colony. We all start out in an island, not too big, not too small and just open enough for us all to start there. As soon as we spawn in we start off the first colony. For the beginning of the server we will all populate this island. This means that all of our starter bases will be located on said island so we will all be together allowing us to progress faster and build our community. After we have already settled down in our little houses and progressed far enough to really take off, we will separate all throughout the world. We also allow and greatly encourage the creation of teams/corps/whatever you wanna call it. We also will have shopping district where you may freely build shops and sell items for either netherrite or diamonds! DISTRICTS REMOVAL: This second season we have decided to remove districts and to go with a free organization. We make perimeters for almost all of our farms, or use the end gateways. We use carpet (Monitoring tool) for lag reasons & loading AI accounts instead of alt accounts. We are looking for crazy & ambitious decorators and technical players. We're fans of TIS/Prototech/Scicraft servers, but like decorating just as much as the tech side. We are still growing the community, only 7 active players currently. We share our storage, so their is no real reason for bases, or shops. Our decisions/rules are decided by everyone active & their is no ranks/owners/patrons bias, stackable shulkers and single player sleep is enabled. We also dupe Shells & Elytra as they are not renewable, we have a 40,000 world boarder & use 1000s of shulker boxes in our farms (Guardian-farm=1.4m items/h). We have currently built witherskele, Double guardian, Quadwitch farm, but haven't finished tweaking/decorating. The bad things? Well, we aren't very experienced, and we do not have many players as we are still starting out. The good things?
