We try to keep our server fairly vanilla, so no /tpa, /home, or similar commands. Our community has 10-20 active players. We are really looking for people that want to settle down with a server/community for a long time. Our ages range from 16 to 70, and we all share a love of Minecraft and a sense of community. We have a community shopping district, player created villages/towns, occasional events, and more. We just launched Season 2.5 on July 1st. This is our way of doing a soft reset for those who want it. We have reset both the Nether and the End. We have also started a brand new area (the New World Order) for those players who are looking for a fresh new start, a new economy, etc. The rest of the Overworld is unaffected. Hello! My server is a 1.16.1 SMP-oriented server with a twist. The entire map is a 1:1000 scale replica of Earth, all shown and updated in real-time on Dynmap. What makes my server unique over other servers that use this map type is that it isn't necessarily a geopolitical kind of server, more like a normal SMP that just takes place on Earth. I am looking to really create a good community on here to build and explore the map together with. On this server, everyone is dropped in somewhere on the map to start, and they are welcome to travel all around the map to explore and see others. Guilds is a plugin that is similar to both towny and factions; it allows you to create a nation and claim chunks to protect your territory. Furthermore, you can create states and towns within your nation. This and the the map itself means that you can create the nations with geographical accuracy, allowing you to roleplay your way into this geopolitical server. Our website, the dynmap, and the discord server allows you to grasp the full picture and keep up with everything going on on the server. Economy: The server is using a custom economy made out of gold. Towns cost 64 gold, town expansions cost 16 gold, nations cost 256 gold and have a 4 gold daily upkeep. Towny: Towny is a gamemode in which you can create cities and nations, cooperate with players, trade, fight wars, and rule your own land. Start off by gathering 64 gold, which you can do by voting, mining, trading or making deals with other players. Once you have gathered 64 gold and found the perfect spot for your town, then simply execute /t new (town name). You will then have your own town, which compromises one chunk! A chunk is a 16x16 block area, which can be found by pressing F3+G (or fn+F3+G). To add more gold to your town, you use /t deposit (amount of gold). Expanding your town costs 16 gold. To create a nation, you need to have 256 gold in your town bank, and then simply execute /n new (nation name). Make sure to follow the rules for what's allowed and what's not. To add more gold into your nation bank, you use /n deposit (amount of gold). Nations cost 4 gold per day. Guilds: Guilds is a plugin similar to towny and factions that is still being worked on. In Guilds, there will be such things as proper wars where nations can conquer towns and states from other cities, a new nation-state-town system, in which you start off by making a nation, and in that nation then make states, and in those states make towns. | MytholgyCraft [PVP] {Survival} {Clans} {Powers} Posted: 05 Aug 2020 06:30 AM PDT MythologyCraft [Semi-Vanilla] [PVP] {1.16.1} {Gods} {Powers} A mythology themed server with powers, a clans plugin (faction alternative), epicrename to make RPG styled, personalized items, and gods plugin (create altars to create your own religion and have your own god to make sacrifices/ go on quests, etc for him/her). This server is very new and launched on Monday. rules: Don't cheat, Don't advertise History This text is so the tryhard auto moderator doesn't remove my post. Mythologycraft is very new and we have only a few players who play consistently since our launch monday, we are pretty relaxed and don't really care what you say or do as long as you follow basic server rules. Our community is very small and we are open to potential staff members (after playing an adequate amount) and builders if that's your thing. For Plugins we use New Gods to give players the ability to make altars with Gods which allows players to go on quests, sacrifice items or animals to gain favor and be rewarded, or suffer the punishment of insolence. We have S86Powers where players can choose 3 powers total, one from each category (offensive, defensive or passive) that has a variety of powers to spice up the faction styled server. For example one player has a power called brawl which increases hand damage 400%, a dodge power which gives him a 15% chance to dodge every attack that resets on death, and a werewolf power that gives him superhuman speed and damage resistance on a full moon. We also have epicrename so that you can rename your loot which makes killing people in clans cooler in my opinion because you can see whose sword it is and any lore attached to it. We would love to see you soon! Future Development: Eventually, we are looking to expand the theme of mythology more by adding custom weapons and using the MythicMobs plugins to integrate mythology-themed mobs in the server! There are no rules. The server gives players the freedom to experience Minecraft the way the original developers intended. A community has been formed and various groups fight for control of the server. You may use hack clients. We have a developed nether highway system with cardinal and diagonal highways including ring roads and even a map. The server will be online 24/7 and we will make every effort to update the server to the newest Minecraft version as soon as possible. We do block certain movement hacks to maintain server stability. Other than that most any other hack works fine. The 3 month old map will be maintained and never reset. The server files now total over 150GB in size and over 3,300 unique players have joined. There are no operators. No one has access to commands. There are a few quality of life commands on the server such as /kill, /reply, /ignore, and /ignoredeathmsg.
