    This is a role-playing server. Our players work together and form communities to tell immersive stories. Nebelloren is the 4th world in its series and our server has been around for over 8 years.

    We have had an exciting update for BWRP where we released two new classes: The Alchemist and The Doctor, 368 Custom Brewery recipes, 48 Resource Nodes, over 100 custom mobs, and a library of custom models.

    Two factions flee their homeland in the wake of undead hordes that were destroying everything in their paths. Setting them selves adrift upon the waves, they have found a strange land in the mists where they seek to reestablish their societies.

    Races and Factions

    • The Imeris Entente
      Comprised of the proud Dwarven clans of Votha, the star-gazing high-elves called Caeli, humans recently returned from Hell called The Lambent Front and more recently the mysterious Myriad; constructs who woke from what seems to be centuries long slumbers upon the arrival of newcomers on Nebelloren. The seat of their power is Parravon, a feudal city built in the northern fjords from which they base their operations in this new land

    • The Wildchoir
      Made up of the comfort-loving halfling Cuthaill, the plant-like elven Kihai, the spiritual and wise orcish Hjen and the traditionalist monster-hunting human Endless Spears, the Wildchoir prides itself on becoming one with nature. Having been driven from their first settlement on Nebelloren due to the risk of upsetting the strange forces of a malevolent forest, and driven from their home on the high reaching Savannah Plateau, The Wildchoir has taken refuge near Parravon and is working together with the Imeris Entente to reestablish a foothold on Nebelloren.

    The World

    A huge custom-made map, populated with over 100 wildlife mobs unique to our server, gorgeous biomes, and dotted with strange ruins and interesting vistas! Our Storytellers and Community Moderators provide support for personalized crafting and plot. Mechanical combat abilities and profession based classes with their own abilities are available!

    Role-Playing

    On this server, you will be playing a character of your own design! Think of a backstory, which can be as detailed, or as sparse, as you want. What are your characters interests? How do they talk and act? Are they brave or cowardly? All these little nuances will add up to create a truly memorable character.

    You can be any profession you wish, from 10 mechanical professions such as blacksmiths, doctors, and alchemists, to roleplay-based professions, such as cobbler, explorers, cheesemakers. Our team of Storytellers and Community Moderators will do their best to allow each player to form their own stories and make their own experiences.

    We are a small and friendly group of old and new minecraft players who like to play and hang out together. We frequently use the discord voice chat and like to talk to new people there, tho it is not necessary to talk to us if that makes you uncomfortable. We're a mix of people from around the world and you're welcome to join from anywhere. The server is hosted in Europe, so keep that in mind that you might have a slightly higher ping if you're from far away.

    We usually have a build-anywhere policy and very loose building rules in spawn. We irregularly host events that everyone is invited to join and everyone may host events themselves.

    What is the server?

    We are currently on our 4th season of Cruxkraft. The current world started on the First of April, with the nether being reset when 1.16 released.

    The server chat is connected to our discord server, so you're required to join discord too, since that's where all the announcements are made.

    We usually have a dynmap to help people navigate the world.

    We have some datapacks which mostly add small QOL improvements to the game. These Datapacks are: Double shulker shells, player & mob head drops, anti endermen grief, armor statues, multiplayer sleep and better void.

    Advanced-Kind Is A New SMP Towny Server

    That is probably one of the most overused server descriptions in Minecraft Multiplayer history, but this server is far more than that. We aim to create a gameplay experience that is centered around Towny and its community creation capabilities. We plan on bringing Towny to the modern Minecraft server scene, with all the features we have grown used to and some more. But we will also keep balance as our goal. Access to plugin commands and functions will be tailored to enhance the gameplay without killing the difficulty of the game. The best way to describe our approach to gameplay would be Vanilla+.

    One Beautiful World

    We have a fully rendered custom generated world that will bring Towny and player creativity to new heights. No client-side lag, and no server-side lag. The most beautiful beaches you have ever seen, surrounded by awe-inspiring mountains and brought to life with lush forests to get lost in. All while still feeling like a Minecraft world.

    Rethinking the Towny-Economy

    The players drive the economy. No Admin shop, no P2W features. However, there is another, very important, agent in Advanced-Kind's economy. The cities themselves. Towns will be able to choose from a variety of production centers to build and upgrade over time as their population grows.

    Mines, sawmills, farms, and much more. All unique advantages to living in a town, custom coded, and exclusive to our server. They will provide a source of regenerative resources that will re-balance gameplay around them.

    Those who wish to explore the world in search of resources will still be able to, but as time passes towns will grow in production capacity while natural ores dwindle.

    We have lots of features and most of them are explained thru our in-game NPC tutorials. However, we have tried, whenever possible, to give players the chance to skip them so no one has to bother with a feature they don't enjoy.

    Rules:

    1-Be respectful to other players and Staff.

    2-Only use English in General chat and when talking with Staff.

    3-Do not engage in toxicity or trolling. In any chat.

    4-Do not spam general chats.

    5-Do not advertise other Minecraft servers, Discords, and/or websites.

    6-Cheating is not allowed. Modified clients that provide any sort of advantage are not allowed. Mods and texture packs such as X-Ray are not allowed. (Optifine is allowed)

    7-Do not use exploits. Whether from Vanilla Minecraft or specific to ADK, they are not allowed.

    8-AFK farming and client automation are not allowed.

    9-Do not exchange IRL money for in-game items, currency or services.

    10-Griefing is not allowed in the wild. You're not allowed to destroy terrain around a town with the objective of making it ugly.

    11-You're not allowed to claimblock or destroy the terrain outside of other towns.

    12-Terraforming is allowed, however, excessive terrain destruction is not.

    13-Follow Staff indications when required.

    A rogue in an unknown land, you don't know who or what is waiting right around the corner.

    It's a dangerous thing to be on your own. Can you best the wilderness and the brigands waiting in the shadows? Or will you swear allegiance to a kingdom in exchange for safety and safe trade? Choose your leaders carefully: peaceful diplomats, wandering merchants, or powerful tyrants. Engage in politics and, if you play your cards wrong, go to war. Gather other rogues and create your own kingdom. Create a name for yourself in the server's lore library. In this fantasy medieval land, the possibilities are endless.

    Many kingdoms here in Exilus seek the legendary relics that bestow the owner with the power to become the High King of Exilus. Rule over the other kingdoms by enforcing your will and collecting your taxes. Claiming the throne can be a heady thing, but watch your back - other kingdoms can assemble to challenge your rule or assemble more relics and take over. Conquer the portal and spawner relics and run a monopoly on resources...if you're feeling lucky.

    If ruling isn't your thing, maybe a trade is - join the legendary merchants of Adstris or serve food and drinks in the hobbit tavern at Periannath.     Server26 [SMP] {Small} {No Teleport} {1.16.3} {18+} {Dynmap} {GriefPrevention} {Player Shops} {No Resets} {+5 Years}

    We are a longstanding SMP with currently ~8 active players and we are looking for more! A few players have been there since the early days, others since last year, and a few joined only recently.

    • Overview

      Our main guideline to leave the "meta" of pure Vanilla survival as unaltered as possible (for a public server).

      The only 3 plugins that interfere with this are:

      GriefPrevention, a sleep voting plugin, and player item shops for trading. That means as many features from other plugins you know from other servers are absent by design and won't be added. There are two ranks "new" and "player", they do not give any benefits. You can not buy "power" for real money here and we have no adminshops. Everything on the map was build and farmed in survival.

    • No Warps, No /tpa, No /sethome

    • No McMMO or alike, No donation perks or any such frills

    • The world will never reset

    • Land claiming

    • Community

      What you have read so far sounds like your cup of tea? Well then you may fit right in. Rules are laid back. We aim for a close knit community, have some events from time to time, and there is always something you can help with. Staff is usually available to help. Need help digging? Just died far away? No problem. We also have a Hermitcraft-like shop area for players using a trade shop plugin.

    • Gameplay

      This is supposed to feel like a vanilla server. Currency is diamonds. This is not enforced its just what everyone uses. No warps, you have to walk, or fly by elytra. You can focus on long term projects, take your time, because we NEVER RESET the map. Leave for months, pick right up where you left. In +5 years time we built a lot of farms and infrastructure. This makes it a lot easier to get going early in the game, especially for endgame players. But fear not, there is always need for expanding upon whats already there.

      The spawn city is protected. Areas there are released for community builds. Outside the city you can build your own base(s). You will get more claimblocks during play.

    • Specs & Plugins

      Hosted in Germany with 32GB Ram, an i7-4770 CPU, and 2TB storage. We do weekly Backups and run on paper. Regarding updates we don't always run the latest version but we plan to update to every major release eventually. In case an update brings a big change in world generation (e.g. 1.16) we delete chunks that have been loaded less than 3 minutes. Meaning someone likely just passed by while exploring.

      For land claiming we use GriefPrevention, which lets you protect areas you selected with a golden shovel. You can allow certain or all players to build and or access chests/buttons, on your claim. It also protects your claims and the worlds surface from creepers. Then there is also a chest shop plugin. You can use iron nuggest to create villager-like trades. You can do this anywhere, but its recommended to do this in the shopping area or your claim. Harbor is a plugin which skips the night, if 50% or more players are in bed. Lastly there is one that makes bad omen only available at pillager outposts, and one that lets you rotate Glazed Terracotta.

      Additionally we have some datapacks: Ghasts don't break blocks. Shulker respawn ~2 months after they were killed. You can silent mobs by naming them "silent" and undo this with "unsilent". Your 1st Enderdragon kill gets you an Elytra. You can craft Enchanted Golden Apples. Some recipes have been tweaked (bone blocks directly from bones, recolor glass,... )

    Epitome is a Minecraft server focused on leveling the playing field between casual and frequent players and maintaining the spirit of survival mode.

    What does the above mean in practice?

    • Global shop - We have only a single centralized shop, and not a plethora of player run shops. The players are still the ones setting prices and selling their wares, they just do so from a single centralized shop. This makes it easier for both sellers & buyers.
    • No teleports - Teleports/warps take away a lot of the challenge of survival. Instead we use a network of roads in the nether, with portals spread out across the world. This also encourages building of a community, and results in people getting to know who their neighbors are.
    • Hard difficulty - The game difficulty is set to hard, with a high server render distance allowing mob spawning to be very active. Things like zombie hordes, and going out at night, are a very real threat.
    • Daily bonuses - Players receive a few bonus effects each day. Things like an XP boost, or Haste, or Speed. This is meant to help out those who can't play as much still be able to get things done.
    • No vote/pay-to-win gameplay abilities - We don't allow any special gameplay affecting abilities. Meaning no flying, infinite water buckets, or anything of the sort. Vote rewards either pertain to claim management, or are purely cosmetic.

    While we are primarily a PvE server, we do allow players to enable PvP in their claims. So you can duel, set up arenas, etc.

    We also have a small creative world you can use when you want to explore new designs or game mechanics, and show someone else, or remain a part of the chat without having to go to single player.

    Our rules?

    That's pretty much it. Griefing, being an ass in chat, playing unfair (x-ray), etc, are examples of being disrespectful. Some people need specifics, so a more detailed list is available on the site, and in-game.

    What does this look like?

    Claim management

    Advanced claim management capabilities: Visualize claim regions, add members, & control granular permissions.
    You can create claims, and then create subdivisions with different members or permissions. Useful for managing towns, or granting access to just a small part of your base.
    Granular permissions let you do things like allowing people to shear sheep, but not kill them. Or let people use buttons & pressure plates, but not breaking blocks.

    Since we don't have warps, we instead have ice roads in the nether with portals spread out across the world.

    Global shop

    A global shop which allows anyone to sell & buy. An easy centralized location where you don't have to go from shop-to shop trying to find someone selling what you're after, and that has it in stock. Or where you can sell something without going through the effort of having to build and maintain a shop.

    My mission: To create a server that is akin to the prison servers of 6 years ago -- hardcore; you have to risk your life just to sell your items. I am going to build a community like prison servers all those years ago -- where there are actual guards, mods, and wardens that run the prison. Once you complete all the ranks, you will be let out in the free world. This will no be an OP server, you will have to grind if you want to dominate.

    This may be a little unlike other posts on this reddit -- I am not advertising my complete server here, but offering everyone on this subreddit a chance to build a community and server with me.

    Here is a little bit about me.

    I am a 17 year old high school student, and have run a few servers in the past. I just got back into minecraft, and have experience with luckperms, essentials, and all major prison plugins. I wanted to play on a prison server yesterday, and couldn't find any "OG" prison servers. I could only find OP ones. That is why I want to create this server. I am great with the tech side of it, creating and running plugins, multicraft etc. But I need builders and people who want to create a community.

And while they are fun to play, they do get boring in singleplayer. So I'm looking for a similar experience or maybe something more exploration based.
