The server has very little game changing plugins like /tpa and /sethome from essentials, A shop plugin, Coreprotect for block logging, GriefPrevention for landclaiming, headdatabase for decorating, and then a few cosmetic plugins for active players, last of all Geyser so bedrock players can join! One of the more fun things we do have on the server is the Blazeandcave's Advancement Pack it adds over 800 new advancements so there's more to grind in the game that doesn't take much of the vanilla experience away. There is two more datapacks them being custom nether portals which allows nether portals to be any shape besides the normal rectangle / square and then dragon drops! Drops an elytra and dragon egg on its death everytime. There are some ranks in game like the No Life rank which is just me giving ranks to very active players There is a newer shopping district if you're into that aka /warp shops The server is hosted in Chicago and up 24.7. It operates with minimal admin intervention, and we only ask that you don't threaten the stability of the server (no intentionally causing lag/crashes) and don't do anything actually illegal. * We have a few utility plugins that let you see server stats - they don't alter gameplay in any way. Check the website for some commands Why 2? Well, unfortunately, about half a year ago the original melonhell suffered a hardware failure that essentially killed the server. While we had a full backup of the server, we didn't have the hardware and were unable to get replacements. But now that we're reviving melonhell, we had to decide whether to use the same map or start afresh - and we decided, given we're a small server and that it's been 6 months since then, to start a new map.

Everyone in the server knows each other and we tend to do towns or collab builds rather than live 10,000+ blocks away from each other. We have data packs and some plugins to change the game like tweaking some villager trades or changing some mechanics of the game to be more balanced. Our discord is quite active (there is usually at least an hour or two of texting happening) with a variety of people. We do have a whitelist, this is not a public server it's more like Hermitcraft. If you want to play you have to show us your interest in our server and willing to put time into the server and the community, we're not just going to let you join for one day talk and then never play again. Voice chats are fairly common (usually one every afternoon) along with proximity chat for Minecraft (plugin not a mod!). Bedrock (not X-Box or Playstation) and Java players can both connect to this server, so we have crossplay. Our current map was started August 7th 2020 (Season 11) and will remain for at least 1 year. We created the server after some of our favorite servers closed and we were unable to find the same game style. We are a Raiding-Survival server with very little moderation. We allow raids, PVP, and griefing. On feather64 you cannot protect/claim land. We have a clans system, an economy system which uses Lapis Lazuli, and basic commands like sethome and tpa. Play your way on feather64. Grief and raid, hide and collect, design and construct, enchant and pvp, it's up to you. Rules
Loopholes will NOT be honoured. Administrators discretion will lead. Joking about breaking any rule is bannable at administrators discretion. Community Most of our active players are located in North America however all are welcome. Many of our players are friendly and supportive however because we provide very limited moderation, you may find some toxic players. You are able to use type "/ignore <player>" for anyone that bothers you. We have an active Discord server for feather64. Discord is where we give out important information about the server. You'll find voice channels with active players and text channels with memes etc. If you join the Minecraft server and decide to stick around, please join the discord. I'm epo from Bityard, the casual adult Minecraft server and gaming community. We're looking to welcome some friendly new faces to our space! Bityard is a typical survival multiplayer server that has been online since 2014. You may pretty much build and do what you like as long as you respect other players and public spaces. We are a smaller-population server that isn't active all the time - we're not what Hermitcraft or Legacy might have you looking for. We're simply a group of adult Minecraft enthusiasts who have grown to be good friends through the game. We all have our own bases and busy real lives going on but we revel in coming together to help each other out or work on bigger community projects when we can make time for it. We at least set aside an evening every two weeks to meet up and discuss new developments in what we're making and try building something new. We even occasionally organize events. Just recently we've been spending a lot of time reorganizing and beautifying our beloved Spawn island to make space for more player shops and amenities. Beyond our Minecraft server, We like to keep up with each other through Discord and play other games together too, including Valheim, Animal Crossing, Warframe, Among Us, and Overwatch. We are hosted on a "High-End" DediMC New York node. We play on 1.16.4 with Fabric for a few server-side mods like Lithium, Phosphor, and BlueMap. Our current world was started in 1.13 and it is our 4th world so far. Though it is a couple of years old now, there is still plenty of room for new projects. That said, we are all looking forward to the world gen changes coming in 1.18 and we will be voting on whether or not to reset the world again when the holiday update draws near.
