    Welcome to E Project

    Welcome! E Project is a community founded by a group of friends in the UK. Our server mostly consists of players in their 30's, which is why we set a 21+ age requirement to try to cater to a similar age maturity. We promote a low-stress environment, helping one another in-game and out.

    The server is based in Falkenstein, Germany, we run the latest PaperMC with a multitude of Quality of Life Enhancements. Friend referrals from the community are welcome if you wish to bring others along.

    Server Setup:

    We are a simple setup, with a few changes to better cater for multiplayer along with several additions on top of the standard gameplay. Our survival alterations are as follows:

    ✅ Night Time cycle cannot be skipped. ✅ Phantoms are disabled - Bats drop membranes. ✅ Can /home to your bed. ✅ Toggleable auto fill hand. ✅ Lightning Fire Spread is disabled. ✅ Shift-Click toggle visible/invisible item frames. ✅ Armor stand editor. ✅ Beehives & nests have a UI. ✅ Tree gravity assist. ✅ Creepers, Enderman, Ghasts, cannot pick up/damage blocks. ✅ Sign chest protection. ✅ Player controlled trading. ✅ A large range of Advancements to unlock.
    We do have some rules we require players to follow.
    1. Please speak English in public chats.
    2. No griefing or stealing.
    3. No harassment in the chat of any kind.
    4. Avoid being inappropriate in chat, most notably sexual comments, and media.
    5. No Cheating of any means to give an unfair advantage (Duplicating, X-Ray resource packs, map modification mods, obtaining seed, scripts of any kind, flying, ...).

    Server Rules

    • Absolutely no griefing or stealing.
    • We allow duping of TNT entities, minecart rails. carpets and gravity affected blocks - with purpose build device no general duping glitches. Any other types of duping are strictly prohibited.
    • Be nice to other members, and try to make friends! The people of our community are very friendly, so don't be an ass.
    • The server is for the most part 18+. You may apply if you are younger than that, but you must prove yourself.
    • Killing players without their permission is not allowed.
    • Be mature. Hate speech is not tolerated. Swearing is fine, just don't be Gordon Ramsay.
    • All items must be returned to dead players when PvP is involved unless bet.
    • Include the word 'Penguin' somewhere in your application.
    • No hacked clients, x-ray, flying, forcefield, etc.
    • Pranking is allowed, as long as it doesn't interfere with the rules listed above. Please avoid pranks that use lava, fire, TNT, and other destructive elements.
    • Sign your stuff! Put signs or banners to mark your things and builds!
    • Please patch up creeper holes.
    • Be extra nice and friendly when you join, first impressions last!
    • Use the server's custom resource pack in order to get the full Elkia experience! It doesn't change any textures, just adds support for our custom tweaks.

    About Elkia

    Elkia SMP is a friendly, semi-Vanilla Survival Minecraft server. Our idea of a server is a Mindcrack/Hermitcraft-esque group. We are a whitelisted community to keep the community small and happy. Being a social-oriented place, we have meetups every Wednesday where we might work on a large project, participate in an event, or play something completely different. Players also have meetups whenever they feel like it, it's always loads of fun, and a great way to meet other people!

    Our sixth season started a couple of days after the release of 1.17, on June 11th. This time, we decided to use the short nature of the season (we will be starting a new map with 1.18) to have some fun with a more customised map. Instead of a normal overworld, Our wiz-tech Caoimhin used a datapack to generate a floating island overworld (nether and end remain the same and won't be reset with 1.18). As such this map has a unique survival feel with the void splitting up the world into a big floating island - bridges galore for sure (we are only 2 years behind the Minecraft bridge craze!). Note that overworld ores still spawn at appropriate heights and once we go to 1.18 we will be using normal terrain generation to check out the new features Mojang is adding. We're always on the lookout for new ideas, though, and we're looking for the creative type that always has some new things to build. If the game is over for you after beating the Ender Dragon, we might not be the place for you.

    This is our classic trailer made by Cerx. It's called a trailer, but it's really more of a compilation of our stupidity, though a lot has changed since then - we're working on a new one, and it's hopefully ready to be released sometime soon.

    We have some datapack setups running. Here's a list of the features:

    • Player heads drop upon PvP death.
    • The Ender Dragon drops Elytra upon death.
    • No Enderman griefing or fire spread.
    • A modified version of one-player sleeping that includes custom messages!
    • All mobs have a small chance to drop their heads.
    • A Written Book that lets you have full armour stand control. Yep, it's the one they use on the Hermitcraft server.
    • Universal dyeing.
    • Several quality-of-life crafting recipes to make the game less tedious. Examples include Stripped Logs to Logs, Logs to Chests and more Quartz Blocks when crafting Quartz.
    • The Wandering Trader sells miniature editions of random blocks. Yes, it's the one they have on Hermitcraft, but we have removed the Hermit heads from the setup.
    • In addition to the decorative heads, we also have a very nice system made by Caoimhin that allows us to create customized weapons and armour! A lot of these weapons are custom made by our community, and we sometimes have competitions to build new models! This feature requiring using a resource pack, and you'll also need OptiFine if you want to see the armour. The default textures will not be changed in any way; you can still have your regular diamond sword.
    • Some additional small tweaks.

    All of these datapack setups do not alter vanilla gameplay other than a few minor, tedious features, and they're completely optional. We hope you like our special setups and we're always open to suggestions!

    As we have mentioned in the rules, we request that you be mature. The age limit is set to 18+, but it isn't a requirement. All we ask is that you be a mature, open-minded person. We are open to taking in people of all ages, whether it's 16 or 40. We are very widely spread, with many people from the US, many from Europe, and a few from Australia. The goal of our server is to create a friendly, happy community, full of people from all over the world with completely different backgrounds and ideas.

    We strive to make a tight-knit community, and again, we really want to see you active and participating in community discussions and events!

    The Cave [Semi-Vanilla] [SMP] {Whitelist} {1.17} {18+}

    Hey everyone!

    My name's Brett (_Boils_ anywhere else) and I run a server, obviously. Season 3 is in full swing, and we are a couple days into things. It's a small server, to be sure, but that's perfectly fine for me. Everyone there is pretty close and well-acquainted, and as long as you are not a dick, you'll fit right in. Our community is 18+, with most members being around 20 or so. This rule is firm, with no wiggle room. Sorry to you young whippersnappers, but this server is for the grizzled old geriatric fucks. The server is based in the US, but we have players from Australia, Britain, Belgium, Russia, and probably some others that I'm forgetting about. Point is, you get to listen to Dutch music when Seppe turns it on using the Rhythm Bot. It's up to you if that's a plus or not.

    What you can expect...

    We are booting up the server on 1.17 and looking to run it through to next June before a reset. Now, 1.18 is set to release around the holidays, but we will not reset at that time. Instead, there is currently a world border of 12,000 blocks set. This border will be expanded upon 1.18's release meaning that everyone will essentially have a fresh start. Check out our roadmap for more infomation.

    The server itself is semi-vanilla with various vanilla tweaks enabled in order to round out the gameplay experience. You can find a list of those datapacks here.

    At launch, the community will be split up into two groups, The Republic of Diptheria and Greensward. Each are currently in the process of building up their respective bases. You can find more details on exactly how the system will work along with the rules in our server manifest. The best way to think of it is as a light version of factions. But don't click away yet, you will not have to worry about your base being destroyed, as all the regular rules apply.

    We have an anarchy-ish attitude to rules (we do not like rules and only intervene when needed to maintain peace and a cheat/toxic-free environment), not much mod interventions, yet we have rules; no cheating, no griefing, no stealing, no racism/sexism/hate/etc., no unnecessary drama, let people do what they would like to do and let people be who they want to be.     Vellum is a 1.16.5 roleplay server set in the medieval era! Players can make their own characters and interact with the world around them, changing it for the better or for the worse. The server is set to launch this weekend!

    Our goal with this server is to create a world that is completely driven forward by the players! Players can make unique characters, entirely crafted by their own creativity and imagination! These characters can them band up and form towns and nations, changing the course of history itself!

    What is the lore of the server?

    The server is set in the medieval era, with some fantasy elements to spice up the world. The full lore of the server can be found in a google document located on the discord. Here is a snippet however:

    After 3 years of difficult fighting with the combined forces of Shosta and Izari being forced back, a last ditch attempt was made, culminating in the world's most powerful mages clashing against one another. As these world-altering beings fought against one another, the magic that they thought they once understood, reacted violently, culminating in a massive explosion of magic energy. A massive crystalline crater was formed from this final combat and the surrounding land was turned into a barren wasteland, much of it including Izari.

    It was at this point that the three surviving nations, Shosta, Tiran, and Novior, thought it was over. This was not the case. The resulting explosion infused the entire continent with an extreme amount of magic. The overwhelming amount of energy causes life on the surface to begin to die off, forcing humanity to hide underground.

    Now, life has had time to adapt and return to the surface. Whether through the verdicts of the nations or through your own will or even by sheer chance, you have made it to the surface. The only question left is… what will you do?

    How does roleplay work?

    Roleplay works using the Medieval Roleplay Engine plugin. Players will roleplay in a separate chat, accessible by typing /rp in the chat. The roleplay chat has a limited range, and players will only see the messages of people nearby. There is also a card system so you can easily see the basic information of a character from within the game.

    How do I join?

    The server is whitelist only and you will need to apply before being able to join. To do so, simply join the discord linked below, read the rules, and fill up the application form.

    If you are an adult looking for a place to relax and enjoy Minecraft without childish behavior ruining the experience, welcome! With that said, we expect practical jokes, pranks and the like to be played. If you are overly sensitive, then this isn't the server for you.

    About the server
    The server is based out of France (Gravelines) and provided by our own dedicated server.
    We are a Java server running the latest PaperMC with a few changes in order to bring it back as close to the original vanilla as possible while maintaining many of the benefits of running Spigot. This is a randomly generated survival map, with a few plugin concessions made only to facilitate administration, grief prevention and overall community integration. The game difficulty is set to hard and PVP will be enabled with the intent that it is used for consensual purposes and not griefing.

    What kind of players are we
    We are all adult players with normal lives who just happen to like Minecraft because it is relaxing and fun. We understand that people come and go, that motivation goes up and down. We joke and laugh and respect each other. We also try to get together regularly (on Discord) and do things together in game (minigames, base tours etc). The current average age is well above 25 at the moment.

    What kind of server is this
    We promote a low stress community atmosphere, where we can take our time, think before we act, and have fun together! We respect each other and our differences. We act and communicate responsibly and take responsibility for our actions in game. It is a server free from griefing, thieving and moderators. We want you to help us make a tight knit community of fun-loving Minecrafters.

    Game altering features:
    ✔️ TreeAssist (toggleable).
    ✔️ Enderman do not pick up blocks.
    ✔️ Ender Dragon drops Elytra and Egg.
    ✔️ Husks have sand on their drop table.
    ✔️ Worldborder with a 10,000 block radius.
    ✔️ Fire spread from lightning is turned off.
    ✔️ Shulkers will drop 2 shulker shells upon death.
    ✔️ Mobs have a slim chance of dropping their head.
    ✔️ Ability to rotate and edit the parts of an armour stand.
    ✔️ Drowned have a very slim chance of dropping a trident even if not wearing one.
    ✔️ Trash items have a despawn timer of 2 minutes to prevent excessive ground items.
    ✔️ Loot inside Treasure chests will respawn between 12 hours and 2 days (one person can only loot once).

    Light-weight add-ons:
    ✔️ 3 hour AFK limit.
    ✔️ Slime chunk finder.
    ✔️ Single player sleep.
    ✔️ An online world map (Bluemap).
    ✔️ Discord integration (chat with people in game from Discord).

    Things we most likely will never implement:
    ❌ MCMmo.
    ❌ Landclaiming & container protection.
    ❌ Teleporting & warping.
    ❌ Setting homes.

    Here are some simple criteria for being accepted:

    • You are at least 18 years old.
    • You are a nice person (it is really that simple).
    • You aren't overly sensitive and you recognize this is a game and fun will be had.
    • You are not asking yourself "I wonder if I could be considered an adult.." right now.
    • You divulge accurate information about yourself. Not interested in men and women of mystery.

    Things that DO NOT matter:

    • Your redstone skills.
    • Your building skills.
    • You are an introverted hermit or an extroverted social communicator.

    Things that DO matter:

    • Do not abuse anyone.
    • Do not grief anything.
    • Do not steal from anyone.
    • Do not use cheats of any kind.
    • Scripts of any kind are forbidden.
    • Using duplication glitches is not allowed.
    • Do not dig out deserts for sand, use the sand farms instead.
    • Lootable chests may not be destroyed if not using the area it is in.

    We have a strict zero tolerance policy, players doing any of these things will be removed from our community permanently. We don't want our members feeling cheated or abused, so we aren't going to lower the bar just to keep a person around. Recognizing a fine line however is important. I am specifically talking about pranks and jokes. We have many on this server now who like to welcome new players with some practical jokes - the end state of course being that you conducted yourself admirably through it all and you end up rewarded.

    • We dedicate 10GB of RAM to the server.
    • We have a 1TB SSD memory.
    • We use a GigaBit connection with an unlimited amount of bandwidth.

    All this will ensure people all around the world can expect no lagg while playing on our server!

    How to get whitelisted?

    The Beyond SMP [SMP] {Voicechat} {Bluemap} {Whitelist} {18+} {1.17}

    Hello everyone!

    My name is Jack and I am the owner of the Beyond SMP. The Beyond SMP has been around since early January with season one, with the 1.17 update, we decided to reset. We have just started our second season (on the 9th June 2021) and we already have a very active player base. We are looking for skilled and dedicated players to join the server! The community is aiming to have a very relaxed atmosphere with trust and mutual respect for other players.

    What makes the Beyond SMP different to other vanilla Minecraft servers would be that the community has become very close and have come together to build huge community projects in the past. The newly added Voice Chat mod reinforces this massively by encouraging players to communicate verbally when in a nearby area, it truly makes Minecraft a whole another level. As the world is fresh, we are looking for new ideas and talent to help collaborate and construct a spawn, shopping district, gaming district, nether hub and a lot more. I have added a list of the mods and datapacks we use on the server that amplify the vanilla Minecraft experience:

    - Be respectful. That means no offensive, homophobic, racist, etc. statements. Do not harass other users. Do not spam the chat.
    - Pranks may be conducted. However, your pranks must be easily reversible.
