They discovered a strange new land in the mists, where they seek to reestablish their societies. The continent of Nebelloren. This is a role-playing server. Members of our community work together to form characters and tell immersive stories. Nebelloren is newly updated to 1.15 with brand new content alongside the new Vanilla features such as two handed weapons and overhauls of our custom plugins. Our Races and Factions:
Comprised of the proud Dwarven clans of Votha, the star-gazing high-elf Caeli, humans recently returned from Hell called The Lambent Front and more recently the mysterious Myriad; constructs who awoke from long slumbers upon the arrival of newcomers on Nebelloren. The seat of their power is Parravon, a feudal city built in the northern fjords from which they now govern their people in this strange new land.
Made up of the comfort-loving halfling Cuthail, the plant-like elven Kihai, the spiritual and wise orcish Hjen and the traditionalist monster-hunting human Endless Spears, the Wildchoir prides itself on becoming one with nature. Having been driven from their first settlement on Nebelloren due to the risk of upsetting the strange forces of a malevolent forest, and again from their home on the high reaching Savannah Plateau, The Wildchoir has now settled near Parravon and is working together with the Imeris Entente to reestablish a foothold on Nebelloren. The World: A huge custom map, populated with over 100 wildlife mobs unique to our server and gorgeous biomes dotted with strange ruins and interesting vistas. Our dedicated team of Storytellers, Community Moderators and Techies provide support for personalized crafting, plot and mechanics.With a plethora of combat, racial and story based abilities, profession based classes and even opportunities for your own unique and custom skills, both our mechanical and story based interactions are beyond the vanilla experience. Sadly using paper doesn't count as Vanilla here. We try to stay as vanilla as possible, with a few quality of life changes and tweaks for more enjoyment. We started out as a small group of friends from Germany. We are in our mid 20s and have been enjoying Minecraft since our school years. We have always been keen on playing together and having fun in this virtual world. Living in a world not only by ourselves is a lot more enjoyable and fun! Seeing buildings grow and other things being built from other people is just a great feeling and gives so much joy. There are many abandoned bases, depending on who's base it is, these bases may be claimed and brought back to life. We are running on papermc with a few little tweaks that visually don't change the vanilla gameplay but improve the vanilla experience on a server by a lot! We do everything in survival, no creative or other game modes. There will be no commands for items/levels/spawning etc. Literally the scoreboard command will be used, because we like to see how often someone dies when pressing tab. We use a few tweaks without destroying the vanilla experience, some are just plain fun or near essential for a SMP. None are final and voted on by the community: Mob Heads have a chance of dropping on a kill (Reason: Fun) Player Heads will drop if killed by a player (Reason: Fun) The Enderdragon will drop an elytra (Reason: this helps the long marches through the end when it's been raided for thousands of blocks already) Shulkers drop 2 shells each (Reason: Same as above) XYZ and Time Display (Reason: Ability to show only the Coordinates and Direction instead of the whole F3 screen, which is overwhelmed by information and text) AFK Display (Reason: To see if someone is afk and not active) Multiplayer Sleep (Reason: Only 50% of the people in the overworld have to sleep to skip the night) And a few more small changes, check them out on our discord server! We are too. conceptually, Anarchy appeals, as with no higher power, you as the player are given complete freedom of expression within the game, which is exactly what Minecraft intends for. However, as has been seen, modern anarchy servers have some... problems, many Anarchy server communities seem to equate "Anarchy" with "Chaos", and this creates an expectation for players to act as indecently as humanly possible, we seek to change that standard. Our server is no different from other Anarchy servers in that it has no rules, however, we're looking for more mature players to improve the sense of our community. We have a large number of game-enhancing plugins, including Towny, McMMO, Mythic Mobs with great custom bosses, ArtMap for creating custom artworks, Jobs, chest shops, crates, auctions and auction house, quests, treasure hunts, business partnerships, etc! These plugins help players have the best experience, whether it's having fun with friends, working hard to level skills or trying to build the best town. Our staff also hosts events like trivia (all with items obtained legitimately), weekly contests and competitions! We're family friendly, so keep the chat appropriate for children: no swearing, or discussion of inappropriate behavior allowed. We are Playhouse SMP and always looking for like-minded people to play Minecraft with us. We are a vanilla survival java server for adults (18+). Are you looking for a friendly and tight community? We all have things to do in our lives, be it kids, work, or studies. We simply cannot devote every minute of the day to Minecraft, even if we wanted to sometimes. A while ago, a group of players who met through different servers, noticed we are all looking for a place to hang out and play, but never really found it. So we decided to create it ourselves. As we were all in our 30s, we noticed we have less time to play than our younger counterparts and we need a steady place where we can play at our own pace. We were tired of servers shutting down, resetting maps just when we were getting started, leaving us to have to start over again.
Because of this, we decided to create our own server. A steady server which is still there, even when you are unable to play for a week or even longer. A server where you know the other players because they don't change every day. After we founded the server, we thought it would be fun to include other like-minded people. And so we did.
We have been growing steadily since we started in August 2020. Right now, we have a player-base of about 50 active players from all over the world: about 35% European based, 50% USA, and 15% from Asia, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. There is always someone playing because of this diverse population.
The majority of our players is between 25 and 50 years old. A rough estimate would suggest 30% of us are 30+ and 50% is between 20 and 30 years old. Usually, you will find around 5 others online, with peaks going between 10 and 15 on the weekends, and the daily activity is at around 20-30 unique players.
Rather than have everybody fend for themselves, we tend to help each other. We build big communal farms for everybody to share, like iron, slime, wool, enderman for exp, etc. We have a couple of communal projects going on, like a community trading hall and some farms. Everybody who wants and has time can help by either supplying resources needed or building. It's a real group effort.
Besides all the group projects, many of us have built our own bases, but even here we can see the community coming back. Some of us are good at building farms, some can do redstone, some can decorate really well. We all tend to help each other everywhere we can because, in the end, Minecraft is most fun when being shared with others. Having farms of our own also allows us to trade with each other. There is a huge shopping district, with shops selling pretty much anything.
Our server is on a dedicated host, which provides us with excellent performance and stability. Season 2 has started recently, we have been playing on the current map for about a month.
Some of us have grouped up and started our own community village west of spawn, for those who don't want mega bases and would rather live closer to others. There is plenty of space available, so you're welcome to find a place for yourself as well. The area around spawn is the shopping district, directly linked to our nether hub. We develop all these projects as a group, and everyone can pitch in as much as they'd like.
