Welcome! E Project is a community founded by a group of friends in the UK. Our server mostly consists of players in their 30's, which is why we set a 21+ age requirement to try to cater to a similar age maturity. Normal difficulty. Fresh new spawn area. Dynmap and CompassEx for navigation. DescriptionA good, simple 1.17.1 survival server, running since 2012 with a small friendly community, close to vanilla but with the addition of Grief Prevention to allow players to claim land to protect their houses from griefing. PvP is enabled, and there is an awesome city-based PvP arena to battle in, although PvP isn't the focus of the whole server - there are plenty of players who play only to build, and do not partake in PvP, along with some who do play to PvP. The spawn area is PvP protected, and the Grief Prevention plugin means you're safe if you build a safe house. New players are also immune to PvP for a period to get settled safely. There's also automatic spam-kill prevention to deal with repeated kills, bed spawn camping, etc. We upgrade to new Minecraft versions once the new Paper build is available, had a little time to shake out the bugs, and we've tested it on our test server and are happy with everything. We are a small 1.17.1 Technical SMP that has been running for a year since February 2020. We have a lot of farms with most of them being built in a perimeter (dual witch, creeper, iron, raid, and many more). We have a piston bolt track to all our farms, shulker storage hub with almost all items, mob switch/nether mob switch and much more. We also have a CMP (Creative Multiplayer) that runs on carpet so you can test anything without going into singleplayer What do we do on the server? We take on many projects and we always work together. We don't set up our own bases or set up shops at spawn because we all have a combined storage system and we all work on the same(or different) projects. Every player must understand this when joining the server. One example of what we're working on is 17x17 perimeter and we are planning to build a 48 chunk-EOL slime farm. For this we need to destroy all the bedrock in the area so we can build at y0. And for that we need to craft over 450,000 pistons. We dont always take projects that are this large but this is what we are working on right now. | Posted: 31 Aug 2021 10:11 PM PDT Le epic minecraft server is a political and geopolitical simulation within vanilla minecraft, create your own country or join an existing one and engage in both national and international politics, hold elections, do diplomacy, start conflicts and so much more. Or maybe stay just play Minecraft in a friendly community where you can either remain apolitical or at least contribute to your nations future with your vote (assuming you're in a democratic nation). This is a vanilla server, borders are defined by physical red lines on the ground and there are almost no plugins, including no Towny or similar. We do have /home, /spawn, /tpa, and a plugin that lets you use stairs as chairs, otherwise however it's almost exclusively vanilla.
