Currently there is a nether hub with ice roads also there are quite a number of shops near spawn with loads of different goodies up for sale. The plan is to build a community town near spawn with everyone getting a plot for a home / shop also we will make some builds together in it like a library and a town hall etc. The only plugin's currently in use are dragon drops elytra also core protect which is only an anti grief pluggin. I am open to more suggestions of plugins but we are a democracy here so its up to everyone together to vote on it. The rules are: No greifing, raiding or stealing No pvp unless agreed upon by both parties No x-ray or hacking Don't build right next to someone unless you both agree on it Don't be an asshole keep chat mature and don't spam ​ We have around 10 people on each night usually sometimes more. We're a community of both veteran and new players, and we appreciate a good factions experience. We've built this server on years of experience of hosting popular unique, custom servers and we think you'll enjoy the simple but refreshing take on a factions experience. But enough introduction. Buildings must be semi-realistic and at least loosely medieval. This is a lenient rule, but no skybases, underwater bases or unrealistic underground box bases. This makes raiding and defending much more fun and engaging. We have a market at spawn where you can sell and buy a wide assortment of items, so living the lifestyle of a merchant is entirely feasable. Creepers don't spawn in the overworld, and TNT holes regenerate after 60 seconds. This is to sharply increase the rarity and value of explosives, so that builds won't be destroyed when factions are raided. We've also disabled use of the elytra in the overworld (it's still usable in the end), and the enderchest has also been disabled - although Shulker boxes are still available. Endermen also do not spawn in the end, so enderpearls are a rare and valuable commodity for raiding. On top of this, we've got two special plugins - werewolves and vampires. NeatoBuilds Laetus [SMP] {Realistic} Posted: 24 Feb 2019 01:56 PM PST Hello Everyone! ​ I have started a new server with a lot of plugins focused on making it a bit more realistic. It is very much in the early stages but so far my players really like it and I feel it is stable enough to start inviting new players. from here on we will just be tweaking the plugins we have and rarely add or remove any features ​ So onto the list Custom world generation in overworld and nether Realistic water physics, when it rains things can flood and lakes can be drained Fatigue, when you build a lot or mine you will get tired so you need to take a nap You can get sick and will need medicine and have to wear armor in cold environments Different mobs in caves so be ready to get scared Trees fall when you chop the bottom blocks Furnaces can be improved to speed up smelting We use coreprotect to be able to roll back griefing and theft, everyone has access to the /co i command to check their own items and report damage or theft to guardians ​ Future features: Harvest crops without having to replant, currently removed because of a bug Improved item repairing with anvils similar to furnaces Known issues: Nether doesn't generate fortresses and will reset the nether when the plugin updates to fix it Getting sick doesn't really work for everyone Fatigue happens too often when placing blocks ​ We are open to all suggestions and are still fine tuning the server so all help is appreciated! ​ Rules: Do not PVP without consent No griefing or stealing or you will be banned Building is allowed anywhere as long as you are about 500 blocks away from others of course unless you are building with a friend or ask ​ The server IP is mc.neatobuilds.com It is a part of our bungee network so you can always switch to our creative or survival worlds submitted by /u/NeatoBuilds [link] [comments]

Hosting information: Server Location Ohio AWS Region Server Hardware Scalable EC2 instance with bursting capabilities Operating System 64 bit Linux (Ubuntu) MC Stack Java Open JDK 10, Spigot 1.13.2 Hard drive type Solid State Drive (SSD) for maximum performance CPU The cpu is scalable anywhere from 1 core/4 threads to hundreds of threads and cores if necessary Onboard memory The amount of RAM allocated to the minecraft server will be adjusted to scale up and down with the size of the community Lag mitigation strategy Players are encouraged to use the /mail command to notify owner/admins of lag.
