Every member contributes to making the server a special place to be and we ensure that everyone has fun. We help each other in any way we can and we trust each other to be honest and fair. This is what makes our community great and why you should consider joining if it sounds like a place for you. We strive to be as vanilla as possible on Ascending Embers, but we still have a few plugins. Core-protect is used to check for grief, and we use PermissionsEx and Essentials to provide the Greylist and /spawn. We also have Multiworld so that we can have a separate creative world where we sometimes organize events, as well as SinglePlayerSleep to allow a single player to skip the night if someone is afk. Since we are greylisted you will be able to log onto our server without applying, and chat with all the members as well as move around and have a look at our server. Europa Sandbox is a brand new community which combines a realistic survival experience with the new features of minecraft 1.14. The server is semi-vanilla, with just a few core plugins added to improve the experience, plugins and features are only added when necessary, to make the server more enjoyable and interesting, protection is available, but very limited, and while it may protect your most valuable items, it wont stop mobs or enemies from coming after you. Farming is more realistic, with growth rates set very low by default, you will need to prioritize food collection if you are to survive here, mobs are plentiful, and must be kept at bay with an effective defense. Players can build near the spawns, or venture out into the world to find a good spot, you can build alone, or join with friends/other players to build communities, since teleportation is limited and only helps you get to spawn and back, players will need to create their own forms of transport between settlements and bases, in order to trade items and food. There are several player-made towns around the map, which you can explore and join Europa Sandbox has been prepared to be a challenging, but rewarding experience, where players can play how they want, with who they want. As a group we have decided to expand the servers population to increase the feeling of community on the server. However as all of us are friends in real life and hence know each other well enough to understand limits, we aren't interested in going truly public. We're looking for players preferably within 3 hours + or - of the PDT time zone that are able to be at least semi active and are willing to understand and abide by rules in order for the server to function as a community ( An example for this would be hermitcraft or mind crack).
