Laetus (Realistic); Once you have mastered survival and feel like you need a bit of a challenge then come here. We have created a survival world with custom world generation and filled it with plugins that make you need to sleep, find medicine, build with support or blocks will fall, water has physics, and be careful in caves.
Valhalla: Creative, new world and we are still building the spawn area so come and help us create and decide how we should run this world. It can be confusing on first join, but once you pick a world that you like and a spot you want to build then its really easy to continue. Players decide how things should be changed, spawn towns are created by players. We keep things simple, no crazy plugins, no overwhelming rules, no pay to win. We do have a patreon but we do not give any in game bonuses for supporting the server. Players who play on the server and are able to can help keep the server running for as little as 1 dollar a month, completely optional. For many, we have been the only server to play on for two years. Whitelist application at the bottom of the page. IronRidge is a community-focused survival server running on Minecraft 1.14. I had two goals when I started IronRidge in early 2017:
And I think we have knocked those goals out of the park. The ServerOn the server side we are running Spigot 1.14 with only a few plugins. We want to maintain the core Survival Minecraft experience while still taking advantage of the great tools the modding community has to offer. Our complete plugin list with their uses can be found at the bottom of this post. We just reset the server for 1.14 and won't reset again for at least a year. The spawn city will be a blend of medieval and nordic styles. We also have a history promoting member-built cities if that's your style. However, if you want to hunker down behind a wall and/or focus on complex redstone farms, you can do that too. IronRidge enables all playstyles. Our rules and guidelines are simple. There is no world border, no enforced building themes, and a very limited set of rules to keep things fun without allowing others to spoil it for you. Here are our rules and regulations in no particular order:
The CommunityBecause we are a community-based server we try to run events (both social and antisocial) as often as possible. Right now, because the world was just reset for 1.14, there is a prize for the first person to create a working End Portal. First person to locate an end portal and get it operation will win a Terraria Steam Key or a $10 Steam Credit. Real world prizes aren't common, so I suggest you get in here and get to work! Speaking of community, we use Discord to stay in touch in and out of game. Having an account with Discord isn't a requirement, but it definitely makes the experience better. Taking a few days off from Minecraft? Our community regularly plays other games together in groups. In fact, we are seriously considering opening a Terraria server this summer (hence the current event prize). I could go on for days about how great the community is, but I'd rather you see it for yourself. One last thing - I've been playing Minecraft for years. I've played on a ton of servers. One of my biggest complaints about other communities is that they're mostly monarchical. By that I mean one or two server admins make all of the decisions without taking any feedback from the community. We don't do that here.
