We are currently looking to expand our player base to make the server a bit more lively and to play with others. The server is about 1 year old but we are still far from done. The server is 99,9% vanilla, no mods, only a small datapack to allow people to sleep if others are AFK, and the more heads datapack from Hermitcraft, which allows most monsters to drop their head, though the chances are slim. We have a few plugins but these are only to keep logs and backups in case anyone griefs or steals. All your stuff is safe here, and we will of course repair all damage and return stolen items should anything happen. As a server we can promise 99,9% uptime and minimal amounts of lag. We also pride ourselves on our community which is always helpful and nice towards old and new. We try to help each other out and work together as much as possible. I, as the owner, have run countless servers before and i have many years of experience with it. I've also played on countless servers that was, eventually, shut down for whatever reason. I know the feeling of losing the ability to play on a server you've worked on for very long, and for that reason I can promise you, the player, a steady server that won't go down for any unexpected reason. We are hoping to run it for at least 1-2 years, and when the day comes for the server to shut down, whether it be 2 or 10 years, we will give out the world to everyone that wishes it so that their progress is never lost. As of right now we are also working on a game hub for players to use. We currently have a wrestling arena, a fully functioning chess board (using only vanilla mechanics), checkers, and a WIP boatrace but there is still a lot more to come! We've also just finished a Capture the flag arena, with even more minigames to come! New to the server is also lore! We have written and published lore behind the server and "gods" that inhabit it. We are making events with this lore and players can travel the wilderness to locate hidden dungeons and find more lore books, all using vanilla mechanics. This is a new direction for the server and we are really enjoying it so far! If this sounds like a server you'd like to join, please read on. Due to a lot of players taking breaks and generally getting tired of minecraft we currently have fewer regular players than before, and we are therefore looking for more to join us in this adventure. We strive to provide a vanilla experience with a few game play improvements that plugins can offer. We value community and teamwork, and we are looking to add some like minded players to our group. A couple groups of players are currently working together to build towns. We currently have three towns that have been founded, and you can choose to join any of them. If you would prefer, you can try your hand at creating your own town! This project is still fairly new, so you would not be behind other players if you decided to start something new. Players are also working on a building a couple of shopping districts working on a vanilla economy system. If you enjoy trading or if you have a favorite farm that you like to build, this is a way to make some extra profit. Towns There are three towns available for players to settle in. Some players have grouped together to establish these, while others have decided to strike out on their own to go solo. Here's a description of each town! Greenville Greenville was the first town built on this map. It is located in a plains biome west of spawn. It is bordered by a swamp, forest, and coral reef. Players in this town have developed redstone farms and villager breeding and trading. Traemor Traemor was the second town built in Minecraft Mania. This small town is located east of spawn in a plains biome. This town is bordered by wooded mountains, a flower forest, desert, and ocean. Players in this town have created a community farm and a workshop. If you would like to settle in a quaint little community with pretty views, Traemor is the place for you! Mycelia Mycelia is the newest town on the server, and it is in active development. This town is the farthest from spawn, and it is located on a mushroom island. Every day we interact, share, build and explore together. A big part of our server is actual social interaction - and being whitelisted, you will have to at least join the Discord server to boot: The server's population is close-knit and people usually settle in towns. However, infrastructure is still scarce, due do the server being rather new. Gameplay is completely vanilla, with custom datapacks that add in Quality of Life, such as restoring the old super golden apple recipe and removing the new annoying mob, the Phantom. Homes are done using armor stands and triggers, and a random, rare Hardmode event is done using only vanilla features and constructs, to appeal to survivalist players. Striving for: A group of 10-20 people who want to play long term and build amazing builds. Talking and working together would also be a great thing to have. All plugins are for moderation purposes only, or to make vanilla work smoother with multiplayer. Our rules are simple: No griefing No cheating/hacking Be respectful. The world is completely fresh and ready for your amazing builds and ideas. The server has a few data packs to make vanilla a little special, but nothing that alters the experience. All staff will respect and listen to your requests, while also being fair to you and the other players. Although, the staff will always be playing, as we are mainly looking for people we can trust!
