Now on 1.16.1! After six months in 1.15, we've updated to 1.16.1. For this update, we didn't consider it being necessary to reset the overworld since there weren't any significant changes like there were in the Nether - which we did reset. We're very excited to continue into this new chapter of Altitude's story with all of you. For more information about this update, or other significant changes please check out our Discord or blog. Our community is aimed towards English-speaking members. This is a server where you will be able to build large, long-term projects with other community members without fear of a world-reset. Our shopping district has come along well, we have a variety of shops established by our members selling all kinds of books, shulker-boxes, Elytras and a lot of resources! We've hosted a few in-game community eventsover Easter, including an Egg Hunt as well as a "Secret Bunnies" event where everyone secretly exchanged gifts, set up pranks, and even treasure hunts. Normal difficulty. DescriptionAll-new amazing world spawn, built in newly-generated 1.16 chunks (with a Nether portal to 1.16-generated Nether chunks, so all the Nether Update goodness!) A good, simple survival server, running since 2012, close to vanilla but with the addition of Grief Prevention to allow players to claim land to protect their houses from griefing. PvP is enabled, and there is an awesome city-based PvP arena to battle in, although PvP isn't the focus of the whole server - there are plenty of players who play only to build, and do not partake in PvP, along with some who do play to PvP. The spawn area is PvP protected, and the Grief Prevention plugin means you're safe if you build a safe house. New players are also immune to PvP for a period to get settled safely. Claims, In classic survival fashion, the only thing that players are able to do to protect their items is using a golden shovel to select the area that they want to build, players are able to earn more blocks to claim by playtime or ranking up to the next rank with /rankup. CustomRain, A chance rain will sometimes drop valuable items from the sky. Shopping+, Completely custom coded and optimized to work with this server to prevent lag and keep the economy balanced. Chat+, A unique plugin that allows you to see unique details of players and their chat when hovering over their names. Custom Enchants, Players are able to purchase books and redeem them for an enchant, they can then drag and drop the book onto the tool and it may either take to the tool, do nothing, or destroy the tool entirely. Fishing+, Fishing has gotten a complete revamp, players are able to fish to retrieve different levels of fish that are worth more to the shop. Players can also purchase different baits that attract higher-level fish, the bait store is unlocked at Nomad Rank. Pets, 48 unique pets, we allow you to customize their appearance to give them a nice personalized feel. These pets are amazing and we hope that it encourages players to keep playing.
