My plan was to use minecraft as a way to escape the brutally hot desert while in my barracks room bed. My plan was to have a home away from home. In the year since then we've come a long way. At first there were rules like no griefing, but I realized with my long hours at work it was impractical to be constantly enforcing rules. So, I declared the server an anarchy server with one caveat, no cheating. We've gone from no players to over 100 players that have each spent between 100 to 1000 hours playing on the server. We're a laid back group that generally like to help each other out and just have fun chilling either on the realm or in our discord chat. We've gone for a hermripcraft seed on bedrock with a large (huge) mushroom island as the main world spawn and shopping area, we encourage people to find there own plot of land to build and thrive in but if you're after a specific biome area we've got people out that would love new neighbours at a reasonable distance. We're running a couple add-ons for some ease of play and fun, such as vanilla tweaks for bedrock, foxys mob heads pack, and one player sleep. I'm also in the process of adding players heads to wandering trader trades (not just free leads anymore) We have an established starter town called sugar that has a skelly spawner, basic slime chunk, oak tree area, librarian trading hall and some other starter farms and bits. We're connected via a large nether hub ice road as we're pretty spread out but still help eachother out with builds and ideas. Main 3 rules of all SMP realms. No stealing, griefing, duping. We are on paper and have 0 lag on the server because of our dedicated team of devs working super hard to utilize the servers power. We have a dedicated area for the shopping district with many different kinds of shops ranging from ores, mobs as pets, and more. Most of our current players are building large scale bases with a ton of redstone so if this sounds like you, feel free to join and take a look around. We also have a lot of casual players like myself that just wants to build farms and a nice looking house. We have multiple data packs such as the armor stand movements, 2 shulker drops, a couple crafting tweaks like universal dye and more trapdoors but nothing straying from vanilla MC.
