There are no rules. The server gives players the freedom to experience Minecraft the way the original developers intended. A community has been formed and various groups fight for control of the server. There are events held on the server weekly. You can use hack clients. We have a developed nether highway system with cardinal and diagonal highways including ring roads and even a map. If you would like to be part of the fun join in and see what you can build or destroy. Server Information
The server will be online 24/7 and we will make every effort to update the server to the newest Minecraft version as soon as possible. We do block certain movement hacks to maintain server stability. Other than that most other hacks work fine including elytra fly. The over 1 year old map will be maintained and never reset. The server files now total over 450GB in size and over 8,000 unique players have joined. There are no operators. No one has access to commands. RandomSkyBlock RandomSkyBlock is a unique twist of the classic gamemode: Skyblock. You will be given a random item every 15 seconds (10 for new players) from any of the materials in the entire Minecraft catalog. Your luck will be tested, and you'll have to engineer your way to the top just as you would on an ordinary Skyblock server! If PvP is your jam, you can hop into our expansive warzone with the gear you acquire to pillage even more, whether it be through other players or our unique events that happen within. The way it works is, if you want to make a nation (you can also join an existing one), you choose ANY area of land on the server, it is not limited by location, connected borders, or size. What will limit you, however, is how the other nations choose to react to your claim. If you claim an area that someone else has, there is likely to be a conflict. If you claim an area that someone else wants, there may also be a conflict. The goal of the server is to create diplomacy and roleplay throughout the nations, as opposed static land claims that can only be changed through /war or some other command (boring lol). The server is a map of Europe, including a large portion of Russia, Africa, and the Middle East. We want the main focus to be having an epic nation and roleplaying with other nations, so if you intend to focus more on getting stacked, or tryharding the game, (these things are fine, just not the main focus), then this probably isn't your server. | Traveler's Wasteland [modded] {pvp} {smp} Posted: 25 May 2021 09:30 AM PDT If a semi-anarchy server had a ton of magic mods and increased the difficulty of the game this would be the easiest description of Traveler's wasteland. But we don't want easy, we want a challenge which is why I created a server with minimal rules (no chat toxicity, no cheat mods) for people to play on as they like. PvP, Raiding, and Griefing are allowed but that doesn't mean you have to play that way. It's been a wild first two weeks and we already have our first serial killer Mr. Gingerbread who on top of murdering plenty of players destroyed Donny and bulldozed his home. Please come back Donny we miss you. Someone has made spawn a nightmare with tons of stuff from security craft, so be prepared to die, like a lot. We have around 95 mods, the custom pack requires 4 to 6 GB of RAM to play with. There is no guide-book there are no quests you're gonna have to use JEI and rely on the books provided while the pack itself is a WIP. We have planned reset in 2-3 months before the permanent pack and map are live. It's been a bumpy road the server isn't lag free all the time, but I'm always working on fine tuning it in order to populate it. Make a hidden base using the Create mod, or Secret Rooms mod, Explore dangerous dimensions like The Abyss or The Undergarden, Have some early to mid game weapon variety with Spartan Weaponry and Spartan Shields, Take the game to its hardest level with the Ring of Seven Curses from Enigmatic Legacy mod, Explore added dungeons and structures, have a break from vanilla terrain with Biome's You Will go. Explore overpowered alchemy and even make a freaking gun with Reliquary. Bored? Stack animals to the sky with carryon! There is all this and much more, make friends or foes and have a blast doing it. We're running spigot with a few plugins such as functioning chairs, pixel printer, timber and one player sleep. We specifically picked out these plugins and we hope they won't burden your experience on the SMP. --- Why the whitelist? We have a whitelist to ensure we at least know surface level info about the people joining. If the case is that you pretty yourself up in introducing yourself, a hasty kick or even ban isn't something we hesitate to act on. This could mean lying about your gender, age, when you started playing MC, etc. --- Server Specs? This quote was taken directly from our server hoster, 'Stipe': "The games run on latest custom server grade hardware. We upgrade every year to the latest tech we can get our hands on. We also have bedwars, party games, and of course the main attraction being the survival world. We are a small server with a lot of features. Very small and friendly community. Our server is almost 1 year 3 months old. The current world is a bit less than a month old. We do not allow a toxic nature on our server. It's a great place to relax and have fun with a small group of great people. Gameplay in survival is mostly vanilla, with some quality of life perks. Dragon will drop elytra , and egg, and a head if you respawn it and kill it. Lots of other small tweaks for quality of life, that doesnt effect the vanilla too much, such as holding a torch in your hand keeps phantoms from swooping at you. We aren't fans of players who come and join one time then leave and never come back. If you do that often then you probably aren't a fit for us. We prefer long term players in small amounts rather than tons of players who constantly join one time and never return. Any theft or griefing will 100% caught. We use coreprotect and can look up every single action you've ever done. Since we stay close to vanilla, we do not do land claims in the world, and this helps us know who took your items, if it ever happens. If someone reports stolen items, the person who did it cannot deny it, as the logs show exactly who took what, and exactly what date and time they took it. These things can range from something mundane like airdrops to certain players being marked with a time-limit bounty. These events are designed to feel as vanillas as possible while still remaining exciting and fresh. The server will be run on 1.12.2 for maximum performance as well as be hosted by a paid provider in the NA region for the best stability possible.
