| Posted: 02 Dec 2021 04:53 PM PST AVAS is a 1.18 Anarchy Server like 2b2t (joinable with 1.9-1.18) that tries to keep the multiplayer game experience as close to the vanilla release of the game as possible. This includes the use of all hacks and exploits, provided they work in the current official release of the game. The server has been in development for over a year, and the map is a year old. We had some resets early on, but another reset won't happen.
Specs: - i7-7700K - 64GB DDR4 RAM - 8TB HDD - North America (New York) (Server is relocating to EU around April) - Dedicated Hardware - Average player count ranges between 10-15 on off days, and 20-30 during the summer and weekends (i.e. usually when kids have free time) Features: - Complete freedom on use of hacked clients, with limitations only on hacks that affect the server. No hacks are completely patched. - Minimal lag and a development team that solves lag issues in hours. - Active Discord community with many "friendly" players - No pay to win. Donors only recieve cosmetics that do not interfere or affect gameplay. It is purely a flex. - Always-active dupe. Voting for the server allows one dupe every twenty-four hours. Exploits: - You can abuse any exploit that doesn't break the game entirely (i.e. godmode, bedrock breaking) - Any exploit that does not meet the above criteria and works on a vanilla multiplayer version of the game will be available. - Anything that Mojang patches, we patch. We try and stick to the vanilla base game as much as possible, bugs included. - If Paper, Spigot, or Bukkit patches a vanilla exploit, we have & will manually unpatch it. Restrictions: - An anti-cheat is enabled conditionally when TPS drops below 10. This disables flight and movement hacks until TPS recovers, at which point the anticheat disables, and flight and movement hacks are usable again. The 10 TPS threshold has not been hit in months. - There is a fixed 36 blocks per second speed limit. This does not apply in the Nether. - Nether roof is disabled. Even with our restrictions, it is not feasible, as it allows unrestricted movement and causes disk space issues. - You cannot break unbreakable blocks. We want the end open and bedrock out of circulation, as these things are both not vanilla. - Spamming is limited. We don't consider chat part of gameplay, so we limit things like this. - VPNs are prohibited for non-donors. This mitigates botting attacks. - Lag machines and other machines built to intentionally break someone else's game or the server will be removed. Right now the server is in 1.17 but we're moving to 1.18 here in just a few days. It's not 24/7 active, but the kind of active that if you start a vc, everyone usually shows up. We have about 30 members and are looking for more! There's a whole spawn economy/'government' that a lot of players are in to, but if you're not into that, then don't, play how you want! The Twist:Custom Furniture, Foods, Items, Weapons, and Enchants...How? Well I abuse datapacks and this little fabric mod that allows me to make crafting recipies with NBT data to have the illusion of them being original items.
