Pretty much basic rules. Info: Well where do I start.. SoftSlayer has been around for about 8 years now, though a lot of the players have moved on from Minecraft, there's a pretty dedicated community that still plays a bunch of games together (obviously including Minecraft). Our server is pretty simple, it's a mostly vanilla atmosphere with a few things added like /home and /warps. Everyone is friendly and helpful with most things needed. The lag is usually pretty low) with a low player count. That's why we are currently accepting applications. People have for the most part gotten relatively set up, but we still have plenty of room for shops and community projects. The nether hub, for example, is pretty barren at this point and we plan on setting up proper ice tunnels to everyone's base. The server is semi-vanilla. The data-packs installed are pretty standard. A full list can be given on request but the bigger game changing ones are Sethome, Multiplayer sleep, and Customisable Armor Stands. Rules are mostly common sense. No hacking. Acting less than pleasant towards other players will result in an immediate ban. Only prank with people you've built a rapport with. Bases should be separated by a considerable distance so you're not stealing any land, unless you have permission. There's no age requirement but basic maturity is expected. This means entities/mobs will never randomly disappear and view distance will never be nerfed. On top of that, the server is redstone and afk friendly. It's survival without the limits of a typical multiplayer server. We do not spam your chat with remind messages and we don't beg for votes or donations, instead we believe these things will come naturally as we continue to provide a quality experience. The server is PvE and the difficulty is set to medium. Things are pretty vanilla here, but there are a few added features that make SqueejCraft different: SqueejCraft features a generous land claim system that you can use to protect your builds and everything within your claim. You immediately start off with 300 claim blocks upon joining, and earn 150 claim blocks every hour of gameplay until you reach 3000. Every vote for the server earns you 20 bonus claim blocks and there is no limit to the amount of claim blocks you can accrue through voting. You can also donate for a lump sum, though you'll find they're very easy to come by from simply voting. There are also many useful teleport commands such as /tpa (player) to teleport to a specific player, /wild to teleport to a random location out in the wild, /home (home name) to teleport to a set home (8 max homes), and of course, /spawn to teleport you back to spawn. Speaking of spawn, spawners can be mined using a silk touch pickaxe. Another feature that you may or may not agree with, is the lack of phantoms. Squeej believes phantoms were a mistake, so he removed them. Their membranes are still obtainable. Why bother sleeping when 10+ people are online, so we installed a plugin that turns night to day when only 25% of players are in their bed. An announcement will be made when someone lays down, prompting other players to join in. And let's face it, nobody likes cheaters. so we have that taken care of with a premium anti-cheat. We thoroughly tweaked this plugin to eliminate bugs and reduce false positives as much as possible. You can permanently change the color of your ign at any time, and there is also a plugin that allows you to /afk, letting other players know you have real life things to take care.
