Star Wars: Conquest- A modpack all about Star Wars, and is the top rated pack on Technic and over all as a server of that genre. Our server uses multiple planets and the Factions Pluggin system to provide a unique experience with warfare and raiding. The modpack is uses the Legends mod to use force and lightsaber abilities, and is focused around the WarpDrive mod to travel the stars, and other great mods like Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, and Applied Energistics. We have a developed nether highway system with cardinal and diagonal highways including ring roads and even a map. With around currently 15 active players. I am looking to still build upon that while maintaining the close knit group of people feeling. Here to create a community of people who lean towards the builder aspect but enjoy everything about Minecraft. About & Gameplay: I am generally looking for people that like to build towns, cities, cottages, kingdoms, etc. Although I do like my redstone contraptions, I want the main top land to be covered in beautiful buildings that maybe even sometimes tell a story. I am looking for anyone with interest in roleplay type style, such as an Medieval Kingdoms with rulers, Modern Cities with Economies, Nordic/Fantasy with Magic and Lore, or even Futuristic/Sci-fi with technology & redstone. Redstone is very much welcome, but i'd say to try your best at hiding those contraptions the best that you can. Also big IMPORTANT thing, is I am not looking for the next guy that knows how to make redstone contraptions or amazing farms... Just about every application says that, so it's not really a skill anymore at this point.. I wanna see people's skills like "Modern homes" etc. I enjoy my redstone and farms as much as the next person, and one would say they're essential.. So I would like to see a little more of your creative sides when applying :) My goal with this world is to keep it for as long as possible. I generally like to keep playing in worlds for longer amounts of time. As mentioned above, we all take breaks sometimes. And when we are feeling crafty again we don't want to log in and find that the world has been reset and it's time to start all over again. That being said, this doesn't mean that a reset can't or won't happen. Because at times it seems that's the only way to freshen things up, although I find moving out to a new area leaving everything behind is a great way to start all over, but I digress. I'd like to at least get most of the current 8,000x8,000 world pretty filled up by the time a reset does come around. I want to encourage players to build and work together as much as possible. Various projects to work together on such as Shopping/Trading areas, Spawn Town, Gaming and Theme Park are a great way to band together. I want to have the feeling that this is a server a people playing together, rather than people playing a server doing their own single player projects. Although those are still welcome, I just want to get people working together doing things as much as possible. To give you an idea of what kinds of builds I expect, here are a few of my own along with some images of builds from friends that I play with on another server from time to time. We all play often together and separately depending on events on the server. Everything is built in survival mode, and we have fun doing it. We have a website map so you can view and decide where you want to base. You can also view your builds from isometric view. Lastly you can create markers to mark points of interests from in game. You won't have to worry about griefing and no we don't have land claims. We have a system in place to check block/container updates, restore blocks with a bunch of filters, and check who exactly griefed an area. We have several datapacks to accommodate for multiplayer scarcity, but nothing too rash. As far as events goes there will be alot of player hosted events. We will implement a weekly PvP event for a collectible item. Everyone will be encouraged to come up with minigames, PvP arenas and other event worthy ideas. Whether you are a pro-builder, or make dirt houses, it offers a chill space to break some blocks. I prioritize keeping the game as vanilla as possible, while optimizing the community fun. I have added mcMMO, the ability to sit (works on slabs, stairs and carpets), and of course the essentials commands (/tpa, /sethome, etc). We offer voting rewards that include mob & player heads! We have active staff to support the community. That means you do not have to use land-claim! I have custom plugins amongst other resources to help me detect sketchy behavior. All you have to do is play like normal. You will never need to worry about your belongings being damaged or stolen. And now I am searching for more players to join. The server is almost brand new its like 3 days old. The age range is from 14-16 but most people are 14/15, and there are 12 players right now. We are pretty chill people who don't take the game too seriously and aim more for just having fun, we Vc a lot and if we don't we text in the Minecraft chat.
