We are hoping to grow and are looking to invite new players to join us. Friend referrals are welcome if you wish to bring others along. The application process is quick and painless and our only requirement is that, while we don't ask your age, we do expect a fairly mature attitude. The server is based in the UK, we run the latest PaperMC but have removed some of the paper fixes so that e.g. bedrock breaking, improving villager trading by curing, etc is still allowed together with a few plugins made only to assist with grief prevention and overall community integration. It is a randomly generated survival map with a world border currently at +/- 7500 which will be expanded as needed and also for generating new 1.17 terrain. We do not plan on resetting the map. Sweet Anarchy is a 1.15.2 anarchy server offering a semi-vanilla Minecraft gameplay experience with a working item dupe and no rules. Clients from 1.12 to 1.16.5 are supported but the server runs 1.15.2. The server started in September, 2020 and the world file is over 140 GB. IP: sweetanarchy.net Description: TLDR; Hacks allowed. Duping allowed. Active players. Admins fix stuff but do not mess with players. Use any client 1.12 up to 1.16.5. Sweet Anarchy spawn is damaged on a scale that defies adjectives but is not impossible to escape with trees and animals less than 300 blocks of zero zero. But also hundreds of withers... or thousands of enchanting tables. Or extra trees. Or water. Or something else because players are constantly griefing spawn. Someone will probably offer you a kit if you make even a little effort. Though only 5 months old, Sweet Anarchy has an intriguing history of player conflicts, builds, wars, exploits, map art and even illegal items. There is plenty of griefing, stash raiding, double crossing, did I mention withers? And we have back stabbing, portal traps and PvP but also a friendly community of players who leave kits around and help new players get started... or kill them. You never know for sure. Sweet Anarchy is an anarchy Minecraft server: that means server admins try to be hands-off with player projects, conflicts and not interfere with community culture. There is minimal anti-cheat software installed to ensure server performance but you can boatfly, elytra+, speedwalk or jesus with good clients and settings. Your definition of anarchy may differ from ours. Your definition of "vanilla" may differ. No one cares. You can live as a nomad, town up with other players, join a griefing group and probably get backstabbed or contribute to one of the many highway and world border projects. Because this is an anarchy server the players define the game. Sweet Anarchy does not have a Patreon page or accept donations. We are fortunate enough to operate without the need for player cash to offset costs, at least with the current hardware requirements. Staff and Ranks On our server you an equal member of the community, everything we know you deserve to know. We do have an option to donate, and we have donator ranks. There is no in game items or commands provided to these players. Donators head's are placed at spawn and they are given a colored name. Well then what do donators get? Donators receive a colored name based on the rank they provide. MVP is orange and VIP is light blue. We have just recently added cosmetic crate keys which the community is very excited about! We have two ranks: MVP: $5.00 monthly VIP: $2.50 monthly The prices of these ranks are capped very low because we do not want a large amount of money from any singular player. We want the experience to be as low cost as possible for as many players as possible so by employing this donation system most players can play for free and those that do wish to support us do not have to pay much. We will always share how much we have received in donations and even how we are deciding to spend it. In addition, we are completely transparent about any dilemmas regarding media influencers, high ranked staff, or any fundamental changes within the server. Your Voice Matters! Any changes to the server will be run through our community. No changes through executive decision will be made. The server will contain the mod Origins, Extra Origins, Slime Origin and some QOL datapacks. The server is Dream SMP inspired, using roleplay to create a story. Origins is a mod that allows the user to pick an "origin" when they first join a world. The options range from the agile flying Elytrian to fiery Blazeborn.
