    CivClassic is based in the Minecraft civilization server genre. This server is almost 4 years old, and has transitioned from the original 1.10 to 1.16.5! We average 40 players daily, with highs of 70-80 players in US afternoon, but we have American, European, and even Australian players.

    We sometimes say "Semi-Anarchy" because with the exception of hacking, cheating, and harassment, the admins let you do whatever you want. But don't let that fool you, the players have formed powerful governments and nations which strictly enforce their justice! So if you expect to jump on and do some easy raiding, you'll be in for a surprise. You'll find we take the concepts of "towny" and "factions" to higher levels, with more freedom and more flexible tools!

    We have a suite of plugins developed over the course of many years that give you the power to control the world in the ways most other Minecraft servers do not:

    • Use Citadel to protect your builds by reinforcing them
    • Create custom groups using Namelayer which allow you to distribute different levels of permissions to other players and chat from across the map
    • Climb the tech tree with FactoryMod which gives you the power to harness industrial efficiency surpassing vanilla rates
    • Enforce your own justice or ideologies with ExilePearl which allows you to imprison your fellow players
    • Defend against grief with Bastions which provide regional protection, but be careful because they can be broken
    • Track player activity in vital areas with JukeAlert, allowing you to receive in-game notifications or check logs for evidence
    • Custom ore generation using HiddenOre with rare but lucrative diamond veins
    • Brew alcohols and other beverages using BreweryMod with an entirely custom recipe configuration
    • Farm crops with RealisticBiomes which creates biome diversity with options to enhance growth or make greenhouses
    • Buy and sell goods with ItemExchange, which lets you setup shop chests for trading

    Explore a large map rich with towns and civilizations, some active and some abandoned ruins. But beware, even abandoned towns may have other nations which watch over their ruins and will imprison looters!

    Are you interested in politics? Many nations have been formed around political ideologies! Mount September is a nation created in the spirit of "minarchy" after the collapse of a previous similar nation called Mt Augusta. Others such as Icenia are democratic in style but with a permanent leader, others still are dictatorships, oligarchies, or even tribal.     This server is a pure vanilla survival. No land protection, no tpa, and no cheating. To enhance the vanilla experience, the coordinates are disabled as Notch and Jeb originally intended.

    The world is on it's second year and is filled with elaborate towns, both prospering and burning wrecks. There are both friendly communities and hostile warring gangs.

    We are a friendly community with players from the States, Europe and even Australia. All the settlements on the server are built against the tide of griefing. From Greater Cobbleton to Origin, the server stands strong. See you in the North!

    Unity [SMP] [Vanilla] {Whitelist} {1.17} {18+}

    The Unity Server is looking for more active players to join us! We're a long-term focused server with around 15 active players, so we would like to see people working towards larger projects and dedicating a fair amount of game time to the community and economy! We are an 18+ server, no exceptions! We are looking for active players, if you drop off, you are subject to removal. We are a casual server, but we are consistently online and interacting with each other both in discord and on the server.

    The server reset for 1.17 on June 12th, and we'd love to have you join us on our fresh world!

    Rules

    1. Respect other player's builds and personal property, generally just don't be a dick

    2. Please build bases within a 300-2500 block radius from spawn. Spawn is an the entire island near 0,0 so it should be easy to avoid this area. Please contact an admin if you are unsure or feel you are special and plan to build somewhere outside the designated area.

    3. Spawn is reserved for shops and community projects/services, any bases or unapproved projects built there are subject to removal.

    4. As this is a community based server...be friendly! Reach out to other players if you need help with something, and pitch in if you see another player who could use help. Ultimately, we are hoping this server concept will allow for incredible builds and an especially enjoyable player experience.

    5. If you have any issues, whether it be in-game, with another player, with someone on discord, please reach out to an admin ASAP and we will be happy to help you!

    6. Please don't invite people to the discord server without asking a mod first, we like to keep track of who came from where so we know the most effective ways of getting new people.

    7. Rail Duping, carpet duping, and TNT duping are allowed on the server. The duplication of gravity based blocks such as sand and concrete are currently NOT permitted.

    8. The AFK-ing of farms is permitted during late night hours between 3am and 12pm when the server is less active. If you choose to AFK farms with redstone intensive systems or high mob spawns that negatively affect other players online, you are subject to getting kicked temporarily until these hours. The AFK-ing of villagers, passive growth farms such as sugar cane, or small mob farms with fast kill designs are not included in this restriction.

    9. The use of X-ray is NOT permitted on the server. If you are caught using X-ray for personal gain you are subject to immediate removal from Unity.

    We are Untitled MC Project, a new SMP server. The general concept of this server that it is "community managed". We have a fair good amount of QOL addons, the server is smp style so there is no tp, land claim. We do have 1 player sleep, vein miner, online stats to compete with fellow players. The discord was created a week ago and has some good people in who are talkative and interactive. The server is mature and has a 18+ limit, this also comes with an application system to join the server, that is in our discord. Detailed answers are needed as we want people in the community who will contribute, we care about quality not quantity.

    Description of community managed:
    Majority of server features to do be done by player suggestions
    Suggestions made, for big features to be added i.e. new qol addon 2/3 upvote
    Suggestions made for changes to current features i.e. changing % of players to sleep (AN EXAMPLE) 1/2 upvote
    Lower level staff hires to be voted on a community basis (high end positions i.e. admin and manager done internally)
    All suggestions to be reviewed and actioned upon on a bi-weekly basis (subject to change dependant on amount)
    Cooling-off period for denied suggestions 2 months (Subject to change upon community discussion) (this means if a suggestion is denied 2 months until it can be raised again)
    Cooling-off period for accepted suggestions 3 months (Subject to change upon community discussion) (this means if a suggestion is accepted 3 months until it can be changed if players deem it bad)
    Removal of voted server features requires a 3:4 ratio of votes (Subject to change upon community discussion)
    If a suggestion is undoable by the staff/management team and there is no alternative option a suggestion may get veto'd
    If a suggestion is game-breaking/moves the server away from the core value it may get veto'd (i.e. a suggestion removing age limit, or removing whitelist/landclaim etc)
    Bug fixes/server updates not considered up for community suggestion as is considered server maintenance.
    Player bans not community voteable, appeals can be taken in for all bans and voted by the elected/higher staff team

    FAQ
    What is Untitled MC Project? Untitled MC Project is a new server launched on the idea of the community controlling the majority of aspects on the server. Most major decisions on the server are suggested and voted by our community.

    What makes this different from most servers with a suggestions channel? While it is trust most servers have a suggestions channel as well, they are usually managed, voted on and controlled by the staff team/management team. On here if a vote passes we guarantee it's implementation (if request is possible).

    What if I want to make a suggestion? We love it when the community makes suggestions! After all that's what we're all about. That's why it is so easy to put one forward, simply head to our #bot-commands channel, and do ?suggest with a compelling argument as to why the community should vote for your idea. The more detail the better.

    How do I become staff? We really appreciate the support you want to give us! Our staff hiring process, like most else is also done by our community. Every 45 days we open the application system for a week, a small screening process will be done with the management team, then if all is okay, you will be asked to produce a statement to show the community as to why you should be staff. Then... you guessed it, the community will vote on who they want represented on the staff team.

    Apart from staffing, is there any other way I can support the server? Ofcourse there is! We really appreciate you helping us, we do have a donation store where you can purchase some cosmetic perks to play on the server while also supporting the server. This server is ran non-profit, any funds taken from are put right back in! Donations are NEVER expected from our players, other ways of supporting our server would be to be voting daily! Voting also gives you cosmetic perks (and some nifty ingame gifts) and massively supports the server by getting our name out there.

    I've noticed some rules being broken and need help with this! Oh no! While our whitelist does keep out a lot of rule breakers sometimes they can slip through. You can report any player you suspect of rule breaking and our staff will investigate. While we do treat rule breakers seriously we do have compassion in some aspects, small rule breaks are treated leniently and with confidence, last thing we want is drama on our server. Serious rule breakers (either continuously or breaking rules in a big instance) is treated very seriously and can result in permanent bans from our server.
    Where can I find the server rules?We have made our rules super easy to find, before joining the server you are dm 'd our rules by the bot when opening your application ticket, you can also find our rules in the discord page #rules.

    I'm going away for a while, will I lost my whitelist spot? Absolutely not! There is no whitelist limit on the server. There is also no limit on how inactive your base can be, if you come back and find any issues with your base let the staff team know! (Please note the shopping district does have a inactive removal policy of 30 days).

    What goes on in terms of server events? Events are great, they are an awesome way to bring a community together for a few hours a evening. Any events on the server are player managed and player built. Keep an eye on our #events channel. There will be events coming there soon. Hey, you can even win some real life rewards .

    General Information

    We have a 1.17.1 Survival Multiplayer server. This is Season 2 for Digital Terrain. We originally started with a 1.15 world in May 2020. Our current world has been live since June 25, 2021. We're looking to grow our community with some great people and to have a stronger, more connected, community by the time 1.18 comes out.

    We aim to have a Hermitcraft experience where everyone can work together, have fun, pull pranks, make diamonds, and make amazing builds with each other. We have an active community in game and an active Discord out of game. With Discord hooks and Dynmap you can interact with the server while not actually playing.

    If you join you'll notice that players have setup a few provisions for new players to make it to the location of their choosing to setup base and get started. You'll have basic iron tools, food, a bed, and a few other things to get started. Or if you're feeling hardcore go at it empty handed!

    We have a complete list of our information, rules, pictures, dynmap for you to look at, and a place to apply on our new website at linked above.

    We do plan to update to 1.18 when it comes out and is stable. We are also toying with the idea to use Fabric instead of Paper so we can have mods like proximity chat but still have a vanilla experience. Until then we have a Discord proximity chat plugin that you can use.

    About Admins/Mods

    We have one Admin, Panda_Brah, who has been running the server since it's inception. As a software engineer and avid system administrator the server runs smoothly with few hiccups, 24/7 uptime, and quick maintenance. Panda is also a player on the server, participating in server events, and helping people out when he can.

    Our mods, Faeppuccino, Dadsamuggle, and FalconRx have been with us for over six months each and since near the beginning. Our mods are active and very helpful to new players. Fortunately we haven't had a need to do much moderation.

    ComparatorCraftSMP is a Hermitcraft like Minecraft server experience with our own spin. We are a community focused SMP for more hardcore players, builders, and technical players. Our goal is to try to grow a community of skilled and dedicated players to push the limits of what is possible in survival Minecraft. Here are some important things about the server.

    Hi there! The Diamond Dominion is a medium-sized SMP. With a heavy emphasis on community, all players either build at spawn or in a settled town. Infrastructure, like our Nether Hub and Shopping District, are currently in the works.

    Hello! Are you interested in joining a brand new SMP world freshly created in a 1.17.1 universe? Pride is a newly established SMP focused on a wholesome and welcoming community of 16+ builders, technical players, and community members.

    The server launched a month ago; so it is still very fresh. We are looking for people to operate shops, contribute to community builds, and all sorts of activities.     The Blur SMP is a brand new content driven SMP looking to grow a healthy community and make interesting content. This is an 18+ server (with limited exceptions) with a requirement to make, or plan to make some form of online content (Twitch/Youtube/etc...). We plan on using skeleton scripts to create events/story and rely heavily on roleplay and improv. The server just started, and we are looking for roughly 10 more people.     FamilyCraft is currently looking for new Members! We started as large group of friends that originally met on a Server called Glayze and together we played on 3 so called "Seasons". Over the past 1,5 years we found some new friends and some friends moved on with their lifes or lost interest in Minecraft. Due to that we want to open FamilyCraft to the public.     Dusklight Volume 2 is a server that just restarted last week into 1.17. We're an American based Hermitcraft-like server that is looking to add more players to our existing player base. We have a few plugins for admins to admin along with one man sleep.

    RatCraft is a small SMP that started around 5 days ago, right now there is around 12 players that would love to find more people to play with!

    There is not much to say, we play and voicechat on discord every evening! There is no need to join us in VC, although its a lot more fun for everyone!

    The atmosphere is chill, all players are 16+ but we don't mind anyone younger / older than us. We love to goof around, don't mind if you swear and often discuss a wide range of topics. And if you feel comfortable about something you can always ask others to stop! We respect eachother.

    About Cocoville

    Hi everyone, Cocoville is a new, small, lightweight, Fabric-modded server with a small number of active players. I was hoping we could expand! We whitelist players for entry.

    Some cool features of the server include races, classes, stats, expanded cooking, expanded potion-making, backpacks, waystones, and more!

    It is a PvE server primarily, but players can declare war and have PvP battles. There are also PvP tournaments where players can show off their PvP skills, class, and race abilities.

    Speaking of which, professions organically emerge in the server. With races and classes come unique skillsets, which means if you have a particular skillset, other players will come to you to collaborate! It encourages player-player interactions and makes multiplayer far more rewarding. We currently have a blacksmith, a merchant, and even a mercenary hired to help players fight their wars.

    I personally am a cleric and specialize in potions and enchanting, and live in a giant treehouse near spawn where I brew my potions for my community. I hope to see you in there!
