It has a small team of devs doing work here and there, but I am the primary developer. It utilizes command blocks and the Skript plugin to provide a completely custom experience! This server has frequent updates and an active discord that can be found ingame with /discord What's unique about it?: Upon joining for the first time, you will receive a chance cube. You will roll that and it will determine one of five custom races that you will play as! Rarely there are events where a chance cube can be earned, allowing race rerolls if one absolutely abhors their initial roll, however the staff team has gone through great effort in designing each race to be as balanced and fun as possible. There are a litany of different spells you can learn, rewards for building a roleplay town and playing in-character, and plenty hidden features to be discovered (or rediscovered) by the players. It is my goal to make the magic system feel as arcane and mysterious as possible, so very often I design spells and leave them to be discovered by the players. What comes next?: The next update is focused on adding progression to each of the races, and after that the race pool will be expanded. After many years of going through servers after server I decided it was time to found a place where I didn't have to worry about it suddenly being gone. This is a place to stay. Now, that's easy for me to say, but I hope that everyone who joins will eventually have that same feeling. The server began earlier this year (at the end of February). We would love to see a few more people join our community. A few players have made quite some progress already, but there is also still plenty of free space to build and explore! We are all adults. We have plenty of responsibilities and obligations in the real world. That's why I don't expect too much from you. Even if you are just someone who comes online every once in a while you are welcome to join us. That said, there are no guardrails in place either: you can go as fast as you want as well. This, Is NorthMC NorthMC is an SMP with Factions, or 'Kingdoms' as I like to call them. While we do use a factions plugin for the Kingdoms system. Gameplay is way more SMP like, rather than actual factions. The server is pretty active, with about 20-25 players during peak hours. | Purity Minecraft [Vanilla]{1.17.1}{Semi-Anarchy}{Democracy} Posted: 24 Aug 2021 07:18 PM PDT Important Links: Description: Welcome to Purity Minecraft! As its name suggests, it's a purely-vanilla Minecraft server. The server runs only the latest official release of the Minecraft server software. Other than that, this is simply a survival server, and its goal is to give players a totally vanilla survival experience. There is one more twist, however. Eventually, when the player base is large enough, elements of democracy will be introduced, and players will have the ability help make decisions for the server. I want this server to be "by the players, for the players." While players will eventually be making the rules for the server, I have taken the liberty to create some for the moment. Generally, players are free to do what they want, but that doesn't mean there aren't any rules. For example, players aren't allowed to make use of hacks or glitches, because this is inconsistent with the purpose of the server. Other than that, there aren't many rules. You can view the complete rulebook including Discord rules here. Running a stock server presents some challenges when it comes to moderation. The server isn't able to use plugins that would normally prevent cheating. However, moderation procedures have been established to help mitigate this issue. If you see somebody breaking the rules, you can report them here. If you would like to become part of the moderation team, you may apply here. This server is a hobby project for me. I'm doing it because I enjoy the game and want to make something cool, not for money or anything like that. I think this server could be unique and cool.
