We are looking for American and European time zone players. Are you a chill, active and build-oriented player? Then this is the server for you! -= About the server =- As the name Architect SMP suggests we focus primarily on building, with some redstone and exploration as well of course. No need to be a great builder, just have it as your primary focus. Right now we have players of different calibers in various stages of the game, all helping each other when needed. We get together for the occasional community build, to do trading, or for games hosted by players. Players can open shops in the Shopping District or games in the Gaming District, both on mushroom islands. We have a community board with future projects we'd like to build on together that you can express interest in, no obligations. Multiple project sites per player are allowed, we add them to our online DynMap so everyone can see what areas are being built in. We also offer a creative server next to our survival server to test builds in, to which you can easily switch to in-game via a command. Our vision is to have a warm and welcoming community where people want to share their creations with others. We currently run the server on version 1.16.5 and the difficulty is set to Hard. We try to keep the vanilla experience with some tweaks to enhance this experience. A list and description of the plugins, data packs and crafting tweaks we use can be found on our website: Architect SMP We will reset by the time the 1.17 update comes around, but only when all the necessary plugins and data packs that we use are updated. Whether this is the first half or the second half of the 1.17 update that we will update is not yet determined. We'll make sure to announce it ahead of time and will provide a World Download of the 1.16 world files for everyone to keep as a keepsake. After that we'll try to stay up to date as much as possible with the 1.17.x updates as they come out. This server does not use plugins to claim and protect containers or land, nor do we have a world border. Instead we want to believe that people can respect each other, their belongings and their space, and follow the few rules we have. This is an 18+ server and we expect everyone to act like responsible adults. Our current map was started August 7th 2020 (Season 11) and will remain for at least 1 year. We created the server after some of our favorite servers closed and we were unable to find the same game style. We are a Raiding-Survival server with very little moderation. LegoWelt server is just that... This is a small vanilla server with a few vanilla tweaks. (We try to stay vanilla but we use paper so the tag is Semi Vanilla) We started out as a small group of friends from Germany. We are in our mid 20s and have been enjoying Minecraft since our school years. We have always been keen on playing together and having fun in this virtual world. Living in a world not only by ourselves is a lot more enjoyable and fun! Seeing buildings grow and other things being built from other people is just a great feeling and gives so much joy. We have formed a very diverse community of people from all over the world in almost all age groups.Very friendly and helpful. Most of us are Europe Based but anybody is welcome. There are many abandoned bases, depending on who's base it is, these bases may be claimed and brought back to life. If that is not your thing, there is near unlimited unclaimed land... just go anywhere! If you don't feel like building alone, I am happy to introduce my big mountain area project that needs a lot of work but is looking great already. Or just ask others to come help out or form a partnership! There are also a few groups around that you will learn to know that exist. There are no set rules on where you have to be on the server, it would be cool if we are all closer together so we can see each other from time to time. (There is a lot of space nexts my mountains ) Features: This is a vanilla server and there are no mods installed. We are running on papermc with a few little tweaks that visually don't change the vanilla gameplay but improve the vanilla experience on a server by a lot! We do everything in survival, no creative or other game modes. There will be no commands for items/levels/spawning etc. Literally the scoreboard command will be used, because we like to see how often someone dies when pressing tab. We use a few tweaks without destroying the vanilla experience, some are just plain fun or near essential for a SMP. None are final and voted on by the community: Mob Heads have a chance of dropping on a kill (Reason: Fun) Player Heads will drop if killed by a player (Reason: Fun) The Enderdragon will drop an elytra (Reason: this helps the long marches through the end when it's been raided for thousands of blocks already) Shulkers drop 2 shells each (Reason: Same as above) XYZ and Time Display (Reason: Ability to show only the Coordinates and Direction instead of the whole F3 screen, which is overwhelmed by information and text) AFK Display (Reason: To see if someone is afk and not active) Multiplayer Sleep (Reason: Only 30% of the people in the overworld have to sleep to skip the night) And a few more small changes, check them out on our discord server!
